- Kimiadventurese (10/5): No dramas - We had no problems staying here for 4 nights. I read the bad review after we had booked and was nervous but we had no drama at all. Staff friendly hotel is kept clean pool is nice. Probably a good idea to hire a motorbike while staying here we did & it made getting around a breeze. We loved the bunker bar. Definitely go have a few drinks there. 7/11 is across the road easy to walk to as are other food places. It was a very quiet hotel. Shower was good & it had a big fridge & cooking utensils ect which all were very clean.

The location is central to the beaches, markets and malls, with a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are the most lovely people! And the big factor for me - an amazing strong hot shower! lol

Not friendly, I have to go in to Bang for 5 days business trip so when I get back room is clean but no water, this morning I requested from her on front desk, she tells to wait until room getting cleaned, I told her that I am trusty , I need water now but she refuses. and I spoke to different ladies here they are Experian the same. So I guess that’s how she treats everyone. I just keep on putting my big smile. This is my 5 hotel in one month. I can work for you too. As a reviewer

- Deth (4/5): A lot went wrong - When i check-ins the desk clerk lady told me to keep the sheets clean or she'll charges me for it. I've never heard of such things and i travels all over the world. Where does she expect me to sleep? The safe lock is dated and not working. The wifi is on and off every few seconds. TV has no signals. Bathroom rug were torn. Location from the hua hin train station is about 14 minutes car ride not as close like the website mentioned. See my Google reviews and pictures.
- Michael (10/5): A Hua Hin gem. - The hotel is modern, has a nice pool surrounded by lush plants, has a restaurant right next door that serves great food and amazing coffee for those of us who need our morning coffees, and the location is primo! The room is again, modern, bright, the shower is nice and strong, and the air conditioner works great! To add a cherry on top; the staff here are just lovely people! I actually extended my stay here! lol

- broadiel (8/5): Good budget choice for Hua Hin - Good value for money if you are looking for an option, 7 or so mins by transport, outside the tourist centre of Hua Hin (and with cheap Grab taxi/bike easy). Rooms are a good size with balcony (small). Refreshing swimming pool in the shade. Beds and shower are comfortable. Very walkable to Taramind and Circadia markets.
- chrisoulaq (8/5): Fabulous value. - Love this place. We booked initially for 10 days but liked it so much added another 14 days. The rooms are large and well-fitted out, spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds with lovely fresh linen. The housekeeping is excellent with daily refills of toiletries, coffee etc. There is a lovely shady garden, a very nice big pool and a gym. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located for easy access to Hua Hin sights and nearby are shops and restaurants. 7 11 two minutes walk. You do get a lot for your money here. I would have given 5 stars but the shower pressure was poor, the WiFi hit and miss and the garden could be improved with more loungers available. It's still a fab place.

Derudover kunne deres babyseng som vi havde bestilt ikke komme ind på værelset fordi sengen var for stor ifht. Døren. Værelset var stort og det så flot ud. Poolområdet var rigtig god til børnefamilier fordi der var skyggeområder. Alt i alt value for money
- Robert (10/5): Magnificent stay! - Great location with short walk to a lovely stretch of the beach. Cicada and Tamarind Markets a short 6 minute stroll away. Room had all necessary facilities. Modern design and bright room although paintwork was a little unprofessional. Also, an old fashioned style painting was very out of place in an otherwise magnificent room. Big bonus is also the gym. Would definitely want to stay here again if returning to Hua Hin.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Comfortable but a bit worn out - We stayed in the junior suite which is very generously sized and comfortable. However the room did not feel particularly clean, in fact it felt like the room had sat unused for quite a while and wasn't recleaned prior to our arrival. The decor is tired and worn out, there were visible stains on various furnishings. The daily room clean I would say is inadequate too. It was clear that surfaces weren't being wiped down as we had ants swarm over some drops of orange juice left on the kitchen bench. The bed was very large but quite hard. There were two air conditioning units in the suite which kept us cool and meant we could turn off the unit over the bed to avoid the cold draft, while keeping it on in the main room. Views of the sea are nice from the seventh floor. On a positive note, the staff were always incredibly friendly and welcoming in our numerous interactions. The salt pool is great, quite cool being out of the sun which is ideal in my opinion. Wifi was perfect. The hotel is well located near to both Cicada & Tamarind markets, and a great restaurant next door called Prik Khee Noo which serves good value Thai food. Taxis into central Hua Hin are typically 150 baht a trip.
- Wilfred (4/5): - Dit hotel moet heel veel veranderen wil het de moeite zijn om te boeken. Nergens behalve je kamer airco Airco kamer alleen als je er bent dus bij binnenkomst is het 35 graden. Het is verouderd maar ook niet schoon, overal haren. Geen ontbijtmigelijkheden. Bedden erg slecht en zelfs beetje gevaarlijk als je niet oplet. Uiteindelijk 800 meter verder aan de overkant ander hotel geboekt die het wel voor elkaar heeft. Voor minder meer en veel beter hotel. Het heeft wel potentie maar er moet geïnvesteerd worden. Voor nu, geen aanrader

- Hatyaiman (8/5): Almost Double OK - Just stay during Government Relief Campaign Program from Covid 19. We stayed room type of 2-Bedroom Suite for 2 nights. We experienced somethings in the room not perfectly worked such as Washing Machine (Leaking and Smell !!!!! may be not used for few months) Lamp (with no light) , Fridge (lower door not closed 100%), Poor TV signal in master bedroom, etc. I think we could not much blame on hotel since they have been closed for a big while from Covid 19. Many people love swimming but not fitness as I could see our balcony from 6th floor. Cicada Market can be reached by foot within 7-10 minutes. Hotel provides free shuttle to Beach, BluPort, HuaHin Village Market, Bus Station, Night Market. I love free coffee with snacks ( ABC Biscuit and Pineapple Biscuit). 7-11 not far the hotel. Hotel is not located at beachfront but we could walk to beach just across street near alley of Ibis Hotel. Feel like service apt not hotel. Recommended for family

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed in the family suite. It was lovely and comfortable. The room included everything that was necessary and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen came stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. The pool area is beautiful! There is even a koi pond next to it. My kids loved the infinity pool effect using glass. There is also a small play area for little kids(0-3ish) near the pool. We did not eat breakfast there. In terms of things that can be improved: The internet was AWFUL. We frequently used the hotspot feature on our phones. I wish the family suite included a washer machine. There is a woman who does laundry, but she charges 100 Bhat/KG. Also, I wish the hallways were air conditioned, because they can be very hot in the afternoon while walking the surprisingly long distance from the elevator to the room.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for short stay with easy access to town - Good stay for a short break. well located near to the town and walking distance to local restaurants and night market. Swimming pool and surrounding area was pleasant. Downside, was there was no small cafe or restaurant on site for a quick snack. Another downside, although the staff were friendly and helpful, the manager reprimanded a staff in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable and was very unprofessional.

- willscarlett2015 (6/5): Expensive for the rating - Staff were fine, very hit and miss in Thailand anyway, the pool is nice and big but if children are using the small pool next door better to give it a miss. The rooms are dark with weak LCD lights, need a wattage change, at night it was like sitting in a cave, my room had a shower bath which i dont like......dangerous, though it did have a warning label on the wall. The fitness room is good and the lifts work well, it has parking underneath the hotel. Breakfast is not recommended.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Average - Clean hotel in a quiter area about 3k from town. The pool and fitness centre are good, the AC in the room worked fine, the staff are pleasant enough. On the not so good, it has a shower bath which i dont like, i think they are dangerous, the led room lighting in the bedroom and toilet area are took dark, like sitting in a cave at nightime, the bed surround was solid wood that protrudes 200mm which i banged my leg on many times getting in and out of bed and safe i couldnt use as its screwed to the floor in the wardrobe and you have to have a torch on your hands and knees at my age, its not going to happen, and i wouldnt bother with breakfast its a not great and the coffee is 3-1. The other thing i disliked was the fact it was booked for 2 adults and 1 child, when i arrived they wanted Another 700 baht for a room with a single bed and di not supply breakfast for the third person either so overall for 3000 baht a night it was below par.
- dinnosaur (6/5): Ok place - It has all the necessary fixtures you would expect from a hotel including a car park at the basement. However, the staff are very poorly equipped to help travellers. The first thing that struck me was the lack of hospitality as compared to all other places I've ever stayed in Thailand. It even looked as if the staff were very unhappy to be working there. The one who deserves a mention was the guy who oversees the carpark and entrance. Next, we wanted to rent a bike for getting around. Dont have was the answer even when we asked where we could get one if the hotel didn't have it. We were told we had to go to town for that. In retrospect.. Its quite likely that they didn't understand what we wanted too well. A bike was obtained from one of the shops some 5 mins walk out. Then we wanted to get back to the bus terminal after checking out. It took us a total of 3 attempts on different occasions only for the taxi not to be booked and confirmed. Thankfully, we were early enough for them to figure things out on check out. Thai hospitality aside, the hotel is beautiful. The hotel has a gym, rooms facing the very nicely done pool. You can get a pool towel from the reception. They provide some basic amenities and shower foam in a dispenser. Room is big although housekeeping can be more meticulous. WiFi was a pain as u have to keep authenticating each time u wanted to get into the WiFi. Connection speed is good. The corridors of the hotel is quite poorly ventilated as the air conditioning is not always on. Coupled with a largely glass facade, it was definitely sweltering in Thailand where its nearly 40 degrees Celsius. Breakfast options are limited. Either choose from the limited in house set A or B. Or you can make do with food that you can get from family marts or 7-11 less than 5 mins away. Quite decent. If you're out a little later, some cafes will be open and street side hawkers can be found.
- Mi (8/5): - とてもきれいです。海から少し離れているのでビーチがありませんが、プールで満足できるなら良いでしょう。300メートルあたりのところにカフェもあって、朝食には困りませんでした。ナイトマーケットまで少しあるので、移動が少し手間でした。近くのビーチやマーケットまでは車で移動しました。 200メートルほどのところにセブンもあります。部屋からデリバリーを頼むこともできますが、8:00を過ぎると終わってしまいます。 バスタブもあって良かったですが、流しの蛇口がガタついていることだけが気になりました。 アメニティもあります。ただバルコニーも含めて禁煙なので、喫煙者にはきついかなという印象も。

- 868trevorl (8/5): Nice combo - hotel and serviced apartments with good monthly rates - Stayed here for a month in a 1 bedroom suite - Feb 2019. Plenty of space in the room - (62 sq m) with good views of the sea from the top floor. The pool is very pleasant with a waterfall on the side that seems to keep it nice and cool. The free shuttle service runs hourly and is a great way to see different parts of Hua Hin. The staff are really friendly and really responsive and helpful. Walking distance to Cicada and Tamarind Markets and 3 minutes walk to the beach straight down Thanon 1.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location was excellent, the pool look so nice. However the balcony door is broken, the wooden floor on the master room was crack, it can be very dangerous. Also I ask for extra blanket cause I feel cool, the ask for B400 per night, I refused and he call back to offer a cheaper price, I think their policy is not consistent.
- Euan (10/5): A great few days in Hua Hin - A great few days holiday before a work trip in Hua Hin. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure to make me aware of things to do in the area and things to avoid as well. The shuttle bus direct to the beach was fantastic as well and made the trip all the more relaxing. Breaskfast was cheap and relatively tasty for the few days I had it- however their are plenty of great bars and restaurants close by if you fancy heading out for food.

- brianbarry1980 (6/5): Ok for a stop over, but much better options nearby - Decided to stay an extra night in Hua Hin on the Sunday of the long weekend. Very difficult to find accommodation for 10 of us at short notice as it was a busy period. Called Nice Residence and they said we can just walk in, no need to book. That should have been a warning. It’s not a great hotel just like many of the reviews have highlighted. Reminiscent of a cheap condo, it’s not got much to offer esthetically. One thing that it has got going for it is that it’s pretty clean, even if a little gritty. Grumbles: Price: THB 4,200 for family room sleeps 4 people. THB 2,100 for double room. Much better value to be had in Hua Hin. This is 2-3 star and so about double the price it should be compared to similar hotels within 5km. Breakfast: not included. American breakfast available to buy at the restaurant but not worth the additional charge. Deposit: need to leave a deposit with reception for your keys to the value of 25% of the room charge. Can only be cash, doesn’t accept cards for this. I was sent walking for an ATM. Redeeming features: Family rooms: pretty large with kitted out kitchen. This is useful given the breakfast situation. Location (maybe at a stretch): near to the market, 500m down the road. Near to Vana Nava Water Park, 600m down the road. However, nothing very close and hotel sandwiched between 2 motorways with no access to the beach. Large pool: good if you have kids as the size means they don’t disturb other residents. Summary: A short stay is ok, but not if you have any other options. Its fine but Hua Hin spoils you with choice so much better value and facilities available nearby.

- nigelmance (4/5): The worst of the dozen or so hotels that we have stayed in Hau hin - Although I hate all of the health and safety notices that we have in the UK, I felt that this hotel was dangerous for children. I don't fault the staff at all but the designers of this hotel do not seem to have taken safety into account. There are many sharp, hard corners around the pool area and deep water that toddlers could fall into. We had various other issues during our visit but they were minor compared to what I thought was dangerous.
- CISean (8/5): Nice by Name... - Picked this hotel online whilst in Thailand and stayed three nights during our trip to Hua Hin, it’s a modern clean hotel with reasonable facilities, walking distance to Cicada night market but it’s definitely better if you have a car for the great beach at Khao Takiab and the hotel has an excellent and secure underground car park. Breakfast was cooked to order, it was ok. The room was fairly spacious, we just had the basic double room. Small issue but the bed is on a raised step/platform, which is pretty unforgiving on the shins. Not a great design feature. On the positive side there was a small kitchen area in the room and a few places nearby where you can get street food very reasonably. The pool looks nice but didn’t use it as the beach was more fun to go to. On the whole, the hotel lived up to its name and we found the staff to be friendly, although their English was a little limited. The downside is that it’s a little bit characterless compared to some other places but you will have a comfortable stay if you choose it.
- Zosia (6/5): - Lovely hotel outside main area. Would have loved to have stayed closer to the main area however there was a quick and super cheap shuttle bus/Ute that came every few minutes. When booking we expressed that there were three people staying so we booked a room with two twin beds. Upon arrival we saw that twin beds really just translated to “king singles”. We then needed to pay for an extra rollaway bed. Pool is amazing and staff were friendly enough. Nice and close to Tamarind Market and walking distance to the beach.
- Campbell (10/5): Quick visit - perfect - I was in Hua Hin for only two nights, the hotel was slightly out of town which is fine with local transport being so plentiful. Booking in was simple staff attentive and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. All amenities nearby and the beach av20 minute stroll.
- Patrik (10/5): Patrik och Igor - Väldigt bra hotell, närhet till stranden. Poolen ligger i solen under dagen, medan stolarna är mest i skugga. Gymmet är enkelt men användes flitigt av oss. Det finns ett café i anslutning till entrén för inköp av frukost. De har en egen taxi som kör vid olika tider in till centrum gratis, annars kostar en bil in till nattmarknaden ca 200 Bt. Servicen i receptionen var fantastisk.
- Gracexplorer (2/5): At least have someone who speaks English in the reception please - I cannot fathom why they cant put someone in the reception who speaks English. I almost miss my flight because it took them literally almost an hour to fix my check out. I could write down a list of things that went wrong but they are not worth my time. Just done.
- GTB_11 (4/5): Not worth staying here - From the pictures, we thought, this looks like a really nice place for quite a reasonable price. However we learned that you get what you pay for. The price is reasonable because the place is very basic. I guess it is actually a "residence" that people can live long term in, and part of it is used as a hotel. It's definitely not what I would call a resort. Inside the room the decor was actually not bad, and had just about everything you would want. (Except the wifi was terrible, almost unusable - we ended up having to go to the lobby for wifi every day). Some complaints for the room though: No hot water (it was barely luke warm), One chair on the balcony (they said they didn't have any more), one towel hook, air conditioner very loud and bright at night - difficult to sleep with it on. The grounds were well kept, but the design is awful. The pool area receives virtually no sun all day, so the pool is cold, and you can forget about suntanning. Avoid the breakfast as it is pathetic. We paid for breakfast-included but only ate it once... it really was a poor attempt at providing a western breakfast. Hallways are stark-white with no decoration (almost looks like it's unfinished). From your balcony you have lovely views of the empty lot next door and how it is being used as a garbage dump. Worse than the place itself is the staff, who range from disinterested to rude. Part of me can't blame them because we saw the same people working 24 hours a day. Management is definitely cutting costs with this place. Shuttle bus never seemed to be operating. I just can't recommend staying here when there is far better, even for a similar price.
- jacquies630 (8/5): A Nice Hotel - We decided not to go to Bangkok, with its hustle, bustle and noise, but stay in Hua Hin and chose to stay in Nice Residence Hotel. The hotel was opened 8mths ago so is fresh and new. The rooms are spacious with a king size comfortable bed, refrigerator, tea making facilities, chair, coffee table, bench seat and flat screen TV. The bathroom has a full size bath, with shower over however we would have preferred a seperate shower.The hotel is built around a lovely large swimming pool and has a seperate pool for children. There is also a fully equipped gym. The beach is 5 - 8 min walk away. Although next to a night market and temple which is very noisy at night the noise is not heard in the rooms. I would also like to mention receptionist, Saovarot M and thank her for her help, friendliness and lovely smile. If in Hua Hin in the future we would definitely stay at Nice Residence Hotel.
- mays649 (10/5): Unforgettable Hua Hin Stay - We arrived after a 3hrs drive. Exhausted but we received a warm welcome by the staff. Smiley and Polite. They led us to our rooms in less than 5 min. We were impressed with the size of the room, the jacuzzi, the 2 LED TVs. No one needs to fight over the TV channels. Pool was right in front of the unit and the sound of the water feature created the tranquility in us. One-way hotel transport was provided for the nearby amenities which is good enough for us to shop all day Long. The beach is just minutes away and there were great food along the stretch of the hotel. Cicada night market is just minutes if walk away. The gym is well equipped with the basic machines. After our gym we enjoyed our breakfast from the hotel's restaurant. The price were reasonable and food was superb ! Overall we love the hotel and we would love to revisit this hotel again !
- R534SWmarkd (8/5): Nice Residence - This hotel is just south of The new Bluport Shopping complex and quite nearby the Cicada Market. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are friendly and make every effort to help. All in all good value and can recommend to fellow travellers.
- Chauben (10/5): Alan Robins - Very good hotel clean modern and helpfull staff rooms have nice secluded view of pool fair prices free shuttle buss to town 4 in morning and 4 in afternoon close to nice beach 5 minute walk laudry service to a local laundry rooms need some draws for your smalls etc tea coffe supplied also with 1 large bottle water every day small reastaurant but can get take away delivered taxi rank outside Would reccomend this hotel to friends and intend to return .
- sujitrat2017 (10/5): Spacious family room very impress - I come with my family , we stay in 2 bedrooms family suite room very spacious and come with full amenities and kitchen which is very convenient. Swimming is big and children just love it so much that we will be back again during long holiday!! Front reception is polite and welcome. Recommend and will visit again
