• Sanzorey (8/5): Das Personal sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt un - Die Lage war 👌 perfekt, mitten im Zentrum und ruhig. 2 Minuten zu Fuss da ist man schon im Bazar. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Im Hotel hat es immer gut gerochen, waren auf jeder Etage mit Parfum Diffuser ausgestattet 🤗.

It was easy to find and the parking next to it was very accessible and included in the price. It is walking distance from the city’s main sights and markets. The breakfast was premade and packed in dishes for guests to take when they went up to the restaurant. Compared to other hotels this was a bit of a downer, yet the food was ok

It is close to the historical Center, but also to nice location to have a beer in the evening The windows, they were big, but on the small street. There is very little view ( I was at the 2nd floor)

• Peter (7/5): Super Lage aber nur geringer Komfort - Die Lage ist fantastisch - direkt in der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und das kostenlose Parkhaus gleich nebenan. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Das Badezimmer roch und die Geräusche der Wasserleitungen waren manchmal unüberhörbar. Das Frühstück war für türkische Verhältnisse eher bescheiden.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Smelly bathroom - I selected the hotel, because of 1. Location, 2. Breakfast with a view, 3. Valet parking (we paid extra) and 4. Spa and pool. Location and breakfast room were good. Valet parking we paid extra didn’t happen (it was provided without problem from the other hotel before we stayed in the similar area) Spa and pool were closed (it was not for the maintenance. It would’ve been closed for a while) On the top of those, when I was having shower around 10 pm, a strong sewage smell started coming from the drainage. As it was late and we were tired, we didn’t ask to change the room. We kept the fan on and the bathroom door shut to hope at least the odour wouldn’t come to the bed area. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug and had to go to bathroom, which was filled almost unbearable smell, many times during the night. We reported that odour when we checked out next morning. The receptionist said sorry and would report to the manager. Then she just said good-bye, not offering anything for our discomfort at the stay. In general, we were easy-to-please with most of accommodations. However, it was really bad experience and this hotel have wrong information on the listing and the staff behaviour was not as good as other similar hotels.

• Tasneem (10/5): - This was my third time staying at this hotel. It is very near to everything, including the tram and bus stops. It's surrounded by a bazaar with loads of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful.

• Nik (8/5): Amazing views across the city and a warm welcome - Excellent central location to explore Bursa, right next to the Bazaar, with convenient free parking and a good buffet breakfast with exceptional views across the city and mountains. Children loved the glass sided elevator too! Fiddly to drive to for a newcomer to the city, into the Old Town.

Le parking gratuit dans un otopark couvert était un plus non négligeable. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, très complet et offre une super vue sur les toits de Bursa et le passage couvert. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel.

Breakfast was very nice and filled us up. Nothing to dislike.
• sofea sabri (9/5): Beautiful, sufficient - The breakfast spread was great, the staffs were all friendly and very helpful, the rooms were in great condition. The view from one of the rooms was exceptional as it overlooked the city. The hotel is walking distance from all the landmarks in Bursa (as me and my family had planned) and everything worked out beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would surely stay here again.
• Tim Vincent (7/5): Vernünftiges Hotel in zentraler Lage - Top Lage direkt im alten Zentrum Bursas, hillfsbereites Personal, tolle Frühstückslocation mit Ausblick, funktionierende Klimaanlage, geräumiges Zimmer, Frühstück war gut Beim Duschen wird das Bad fast geflutet, bei der Badezimmerdecke bröckelt der Putz, Heizung nicht regulierbar weil Griffe kaputt und deswegen sehr warm, Wlan hat im Zimmer nur begrenzt funktioniert,
