• Cyril (7/5): Bien situé et agréable mais manque de confort indispensable ! - L’emplacement 3 chaises pour 4 Les toilettes bouchées ( ne se vidangent pas normalement ) la Douche Idem. Pas de plat pour le four. Literie pour les enfants très très moyen … voir catastrophique.

• K.K. (1/5): - Die Lage Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss , ohne Gittern an den Fenstern. Sobald Fenster offen sind, schaut jeder rein, der vorbeigeht. Sie stecken sogar den Kopf durchs Fenster. Das Schlimmste: wir wurden in der vorletzten Nacht ausgeraubt, obwohl die innere Holzjalousie zu war. Der Vermieter reagiert auf keine Nachrichten oder anrufe, er steckt wahrscheinlich dahinter. Wir haben alles bei der Polizei gemeldet

• Elisabetta (2/5): Umidità orribile - Posizione buona, strada tranquilla Da dove iniziare.. appartamento estremamente umido, con una puzza di umidità insopportabile che è rimasta persino sui vestiti in valigia una volta tornata a casa! “Risolvevamo” aprendo le finestre, cosa possibile solo nelle poche ore in cui eravamo a casa, dato che affacciava direttamente sulla strada al piano terra, dove passava molta gente. Inoltre era pieno di formiche. Appartamento molto trascurato, pavimento con dislivello, senza condizionatore ma solo dei vecchi ventilatori. Sembra fatta approssimativamente e con materiale scadente, inoltre sia il lavandino che il WC erano otturati. Ah dimenticavo, le porte sia della casa che dell’edificio sono vecchie e lasciano spiragli, quindi non si chiudono bene.

Preuzimanje ključeva jer se ulazna vrata teško otključavaju šifrom Stan je u prizemlju a vrata stana tik uz ulazna vrata u zgradu, i to su stara, drvena, ne dihtuju dobro, pa se svaki ulazak u zgradu i razgovor u hodniku doživljava kao da je u samom stanu.

• Markku (9/5): - Sijainti äärimmäisen hyvä. Vakuusmaksu kummastutti. Sen palautus kesti yli sovitun ja vaati useamman yhteydenoton.
• Vitor (6/5): Great location and price, but with some caveats - Wonderful location, close to everything and in a dead-end street so it was very quiet even during the day. The building is beautiful with flowers growing on the facade. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and when I had to get in contact with the property, they were quickly to respond and very friendly. I got a cheaper room so it was at ground floor. The problem starts when the outside cover for the kitchen window was broken off, so I had people walking by and looking straight at the bathroom (across the apartment). The other problem with the glass windows was they did not lock, so everytime I had to leave to lunch, I had to close the windows with the wooden indoor blinds. The apartment door was also a problem. It was not soundproof at all, which made all noises heard inside the apartment, since the unit is at ground floor, right next to the building entry. Lastly, there were some unpleasant odors coming from the kitchen area and bathroom even after cleaned by the building's staff, maybe it's just older plumbing.

• Eneko V. (6/5): - La ubicación y lo cerca que estaba del transporte público. Los dos primeros días estuvimos sin agua caliente, y el WC estaba atascado, y nos tocó desatascarlo. Nos solucionaron el tema del agua caliente, pero la comunicación con la empresa que gestiona, fue pésima ya que les escribíamos y no contestaban. Comunicación nula.
• Mayalen (3/5): - L’appartement est au rez de chaussée et cela n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Très humide, avec des odeurs de canalisation. La tuyauterie ne fonctionne pas bien : robinet cassé, toilettes qui tirent mal la chasse, fuite au niveau de l’arrivée d’eau nous obligeant à mettre une assiette en dessous…. La porte d’entrée est mal adaptée, il y a un jour en haut à droite ce qui fait qu’on entend tous les bruits des voisins qui entrent dans l’immeuble. La machine à café doit être branchée sur une prise à même le sol par terre, faute d’espace adapté pour la brancher. Pour le prix payé, la prestation n’est clairement pas à la hauteur.

• Claude (10/5): Hormis l'acccès - parfait! - L'emplacement et la proximité d'un magasin tenu par des gens très sympatiques Le parcours du combatant pour accéder à l'appartement et en obtenir la clé en raison de l'utilisation d'une vieille clé (extensible pour pouvoir ouvrir et qui n'avait pas été précisé) ... donc perte de temps, mais contact rapide s'est fait avec Holming et rapidement expliqué ensuite :)

Torneremo Le uniche 2 finestre danno proprio sulla strada e non si possono tenere aperte ma stando poco in casa (per dormire e la colazione) non è un grandissimo problema

• Jan (8/5): - Location and roomsize. Some crucial initial instruction was only in portugese... so required help from booking customer service before we could enter the room. Telefone nr of appartment did not work. Shower very small. Toilet bad flushing.
• Astrid (8/5): Super, aber mit Einschränkung - Die Lage des Appartements ist großartig. Es ist nett eingerichtet und sehr geräumig! Es waren 3 Ventilatoren vorhanden um die Hitze erträglich zu machen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, wenn auch nicht ganz zeitnah. Auf unsere Wunsch-check-in-Zeit wurde eingegangen. Es gab einen Staubsauger, sodass man selber zwischendurch reinigen konnte. Wir hatten uns zwei Badelaken gewünscht, die auch da waren. Der zunächst fehlende Föhn wurde nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen am 3.Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft funrionierte der Türcode nicht. Die Elektronik scheint nicht in Ordnung zu sein, da wir das Problem über den ganzen Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder feststellten. Dann hatten wir ja aber zum Glück einen Schlüssel zum manuellen Öffnen. Der Wohnugsschlüssel ist in der Länge ausziehbar damit er in die Keybox passt, was uns leider beim Check-in Prozess nicht mitgeteilt wurde , sodass wir in sehr komplizierter und langandauernder WhatsApp Kommunikation mit Fotos ect endlich auf diese spezielle Funktion hingewiesen wurden. Da sollte die Agentur dringend ihre Informationen präziser gestalten. Die weißen Stühle sind sehr unfallträchtig und sollten dringend getauscht werden. An 2 von 3 waren die Beine nicht angeschraubt. Das hatten wir schon in älteren Rezessionen gelesen und im Vorfeld darum gebeten nachzubessern. Auch Geschirrspülmittel (reichte genau für zweimal Abwaschen!)und Abwaschlappen hatten wir "geordert". Ein Geschirrhandtuch gab es nicht. Für den Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen reichten auch die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Toilettenpapier Rollen nicht aus. Alles etwas sparsam kalkuliert. Der Seifenspender war leer, aber dekorativ. Es gab aber kleine abgepackte Seifenstücke. Die Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Es ist empfehlenswert die Badlüftung Tag und Nacht laufen zu lassen, da es sonnst sehr unangenehm nach Abwasser riecht. UNBEDINGT erforderlich sind Ohrstöpsel! Das Appartement ist direkt neben der Eingangstür und man hört ALLES! Wenn man gut vorbereitet ist und die Rezessionen aufmerksam gelesen hat, kann man dort eine super Zeit verbringen!

Condições terríveis, não há comunicação normal com a equipe desse estabelecimento. Não recomendo a ninguém, é realmente melhor ficar em outro lugar do que nesse hotel terrível 📷 Adicionamos uma foto de como o quarto estava quando o vimos no primeiro minuto de nossa visita

Confortável Único problema que tive foi com o estacionamento, faltou informação sobre onde estacionar. - E quando cheguei no apartamento estava sujo, a equipe de limpeza ainda não tinha limpado o apartamento.

• yarieldis (8/5): actually, was a good experience. - the location was perfect, near everything I needed, quiet place despite being in a loud zone. not a proof of sound, i can hear every neighbor to talk and make noise, ants inside the house.
• Matthieu (7/5): A very pleasant location, with comfort quite limited - The place of the apartment was perfect for a group of young travellers as we could go out at night on foot. We hardly ever needed to take public transport to visit the city. Clean and safe place 4 of the 5 chairs were almost broken (screws were missing). There wasn't any basic condiments to cook in the cupboards (salt, oild, pepper...) The second bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable (mattress very thin). Finally, contacting the owner agency was not that easy
• Salva (4/5): un desastre - la tele funcionaba bien (una tal Florencia se dejó Amazon Prime abierto y lo pudimos usar). El apartamento estaba bien decorado (bicicleta, hombre sin cabeza y con corbata, etc.). El portal era muy bonito Estuvimos esperando 3 horas y 45 minutos a que vinieran a abrirnos la puerta, el "colega" (así es como le llamaban) llegó con un datáfono a hacer el segundo pagamiento ya que por la web el banco nos decía que era fraudulento, al llegar tuvo dificultades para abrir la puerta y se le rompió el datáfono. A continuación dejo una lista de lo que nos encontramos una vez dentro: - La ventana, el grifo del baño y las sillas estaban rotas - El apartamento estaba lleno de moscas - El telefonillo no funcionaba bien - el reloj y la vitrocerámica, así como el ventilador, tampoco funcionaban - no había productos de limpieza ni utensilios para cocinar (tuvimos que lavar los platos con champú anti caspa) - El grifo perdía agua e inundaba el cajón del baño - los taxis/Uber/Bolt no llegaban al apartamento y nos tocaba subir la cuesta interminable cada vez - el sofá cama es el sitio más incómodo en el que he dormido, prefiero dormir encima de la encimera de la cocina, ya que los colchones se separaban y había bichos y trozos de galleta, así como manchas de chocolate y de color rojo - no había papel de baño (lo tuvimos que tomar prestado de una panadería) - no había suficientes vasos (éramos solo 3 personas) - no había puerta para entrar a la habitación, era una puerta corredera de cristal y con agujeros -el suelo estaba rayado A parte de los problemas con el "colega" cuando llamabamos nos derivaban a otros números, que hacían lo mismo, la espera se nos hizo interminable. Para terminar, la puerta del apartamento era muy vieja, no cerraba bien, se escuchaba todo el ruido y tenía agujeros. A parte de eso la estancia estuvo muy bien

• Zosia (3/5): - The apartment was nice, well located, but the organisation of the reception is not acceptable. I travel a lot and never was received like that. We informed the company administrating the apartment that we would arrive at 15 -16. We paid full amount. We did check in online the day before, we wrote messages but nobody answer. We called from the airport and on our way there - no contact. We arrived as agreed. We had a great problem with entering the apartment as after calling company we heard that 200 EUR has to be paid additionaly (not deposit), as only part payment was done. After that they took this amount out of my credit card(they didnt try to take it ealier). It took over half an hour of phone conersation and they could not solve the problem. On the reception nobody wanted to help. Finally we received the entering code and afterwards 200 EUR was transfered back to my account. We entered the appartment which was not cleaned, beds were not prepared and there were no towels. Again phone conversations and finaly after pooshing twice the cleaning team came at 19 and it was cleaned at 20. (The office is open till 20, what would be if still not cleaned?)

• Alicia (2/5): - advertised checkin at 3pm the room had cleaners in it until 7:06pm (4 hours after checkin time) we stood at the front door with lugges in hand for over an hour. Customer service is non existent here.
• Thuillier (1/5): - Manque de professionnalisme de la part de l’agence qui nous laisse un appartement avec des toilettes bouchées. Après une fuite d’eau dans l’appartement, le nouvel appartement proposé ne répondait pas à nos critères.
• LooseKey (7/5): Città bellissima da esplorare - Punto di forza sicuramente la posizione, alla base del Bairro Alto, vicinissima all'ascensor de Bica e al TimeOut Market. In pochi minuti e con lieve dislivello si raggiunge la parte piana della città. Buona la ristrutturazione anche se l'appartamento al piano terra impedisce di lasciare le finestre aperte. Sufficiente la dotazione di cucina, ma nessuna fornitura in dispensa, neanche qualche capsula di caffè o filtro di the/tisana. il gestore mai visto se non alla consegna delle chiavi, insufficiente la dotazioni asciugamani per 4 ospiti. L'assenza del condizionatore rende il soggiorno estivo non è troppo confortevole (solo un ventilatore disponibile)

NOS TUVIERON UNA HORA ESPERANDO EN LA CALLE PARA LUEGO DECIRNOS QUE NO ERA EN EL SITIO INDICADO Y QUE FUERAMOS ANDANDO CON LAS MALETAS A OTRO UBICACIÓN. EL PISO ESTABA EN PÉSIMAS CONDICIONES, SUCIO, VIEJO, OLÍA MAL, CAMAS SUPLETORIAS, LAS VENTANAS NO CERRABAN, FALTABAN PERSIANAS EN ALGUNAS HABITACIONES, NO HABÍA CUBIERTOS, EL AGUA NO TENÍA PRESIÓN...UNA DECEPCIÓN TOTAL.
• Barbara (7/5): Bom custo-benefício - Gostei da limpeza do ambiente, embora tenha um pouco de cheiro de mofo por ser um apartamento bem antigo. As roupas de cama e toalhas cheiravam muito bem e estavam bem limpas. A localização também é boa. O chuveiro é bom. O apartamento precisa de reformas, por exemplo o chão está quebrado em algumas partes (o rapaz que me entregou a chave disse que já iriam reparar). Também poderiam colocar travesseiros novos na acomodação, isso seria muito bom (os que estão lá são um pouco velhos e não muito confortáveis). Além disso, eu viajei com meu esposo apenas, mas acredito que não seja um bom lugar para quatro pessoas… o sofá cama é pequeno.

• Rafael (2/5): Muito mau. 1 noite inteira sem água no apartamento. - Localização. Na segunda noite não tínhamos água. O responsável disse que era geral, mas ao falar com os vizinhos do prédio percebemos que não era, pois todos tinham água. O problema não se resolveu e passamos a noite e a manhã sem água e sem forma de tomar banho, lavar a cara ou os dentes.

The photos shown are quite old: the apartment needs to be fixed (wall painted, floor repaired and as well the boiler that is dropping water causing a bad smell inside the house)
