• Vanna (8/5): Il gestore cordialissimo ed onesto nell'informarci del mancato lavoro di imbiancatura nell' appartam - Posizione centrale e vicina alla metropolitana. Per noi che abbiamo viaggiato in treno era fantastica. Direi che andava tutto bene.
• Smaranduta (6/5): Great location in Chinatown - Great location right in the heart of Chinatown’s main street. Despite that, it was quiet once the windows were closed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and check-in/out was easy with the lockbox. However, there was mold in the living room and bathroom, which is a major downside (the bedroom was fine). Also, no shower gel provided, so bring your own. Overall, the mold issue makes it hard to recommend.

• Ece (5/5): - Konum çok merkezi ve çok gürültülü bir mahalle olmasına rağmen camlar oldukça yalıtımlı. Yatak büyük ve rahat, ev oldukça geniş. Asansör olması büyük avantaj çünkü ev 5. Katta. Çok temiz değildi. Biraz soğuktu. Saç kurutma makinesini çalıştırınca sigorta attı ve bodrum kattaki sigorta odasına gitmem gerekti. Apartmanın içindeki duvarlar oldukça ince olduğu için komşuların sesi çok fazla geliyor.
• Leszek (4/5): Niekomfortowy - Lokalizacja - bliskość sklepów, lokali gastronomicznych, komunikacji publicznej, atmosfera miasta. Podziękowania za możliwość wcześniejszego o godzinę zameldowania. W apartamencie bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, wilgoć, wewnątrz urządzenie (m.in. do podgrzewania wody), które jak się uruchamiało to jakby samolot startował, ściany "z papieru" wszystko i wszystkich słychać z sąsiednich lokali, przy włączaniu dwóch urządzeń wybijało bezpiecznik prądu, trzeba było schodzić do piwnicy (strasznie i niebezpiecznie), w dwa wieczory po 22:30 z górnego lokalu dochodziły odgłosy jakby ktoś remont prowadził. Łazienka - drzwi bardzo ciężko się otwierały, trzeba naprawdę użyć siły aby je otworzyć, otwarcie powoduje duży hałas, ściany zawilgocone i zapleśniałe, jedna rolka papieru toaletowego i malutkie mydełko na 4 osoby i 5 dni. Kuchnia - brak ręczników papierowych, kieliszków do wina, w zmywarce pozostawione brudne naczynia i sztućce. Sypialnia - brak możliwości zamknięcia drzwi, zamek wyłamany. Gospodarz - jego zachowanie pozostawiało wiele do życzenia, zostaliśmy bardzo niemiło potraktowani.
• maria (4/5): Noisy, cold and electricity problems - The flat was spacious , clean and with lot furnitures you can't really use cause electricity problems but they were full équiped - The noise : it was like living with the neigthbors in the same place. I could exactly repeat everything they were talking without forcing. Impossible to sleep correctly cause of it. - The street is also super noisy even the windows are closed , i cant imagine how it is in the summer . - Appartement Super cold and The heat was so noisy and take time. - Impossible to use two electrical furnitures without the electricity shut down. - when it happens WE have to go into a creepy and dirty basement to shut-on at the non really conform général electric point . Dangerous , and creepy. Better dont happen at nigth cause the foot is close, and on this point the personal are really not nice .
• Kunthi Afrilinda (9/5): Best location, amazing stay - Great location right in the heart of Chinatown, with plenty of delicious and affordable food options nearby. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with a complete kitchen, and comfortably warm during our December stay. Several tram stops were just a 3–5 minute walk away, making it very convenient. The apartment was on 5th floor, but there's a lift, so it's very convenient. We would definitely book this place again when visiting Milan. The bathroom was a bit damp.

• Allyn (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Milan very much. - location was exellent. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Good value for the area There were no blankets at all in the apartment. Only sheets on the bed and nothing for the couch. All apartments or rooms to rent should at least have one blanket.

• Heidi (7/5): - Asunto oli tilava ja uudennäköinen. Sisäänpääsy oli helppoa. Jääkaappi, osa astioista ja aterinlaatikko olivat likaisia. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut shampoota tai käsisaippuaa, minkä lisäksi lattiakaivo haisi. Asunnossa oli todella kylmä eikä siellä voinut säätää itse lämpötilaa. Majoittaja laittoi sisäänkirjautumisohjeet melko myöhään ja vastasi viesteihin pitkällä viiveellä.

• Jose Antonio (3/5): Desastroso fin de año - La habitación es muy grande. La ubicación está muy bien a pesar que está en el barrio chino y se deberia mencionar en el anuncio. Amplio sofá. La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente Estaba muy, muy sucio. A la cocina le faltan muchos utensilios fundamentales como tostadora, paño de cocina, etc. La puerta del baño está estropeada, costaba muchísimo abrir y tenias que abrir a empujones. En la mampara se sale toda el agua y se inunda el baño. La ducha no funciona el accionamiento de la alcachofa del techo no la podías parar. Si no quieres mojarte la cabeza no era posible porque siempre salia agua por la alcachofa del techo y no se podia utilizar la alcachofa de mano de forma independiente. La pared deo baño dónde se colgaba la toalla, llena de hongos La puerta de la habitación no cerraba, tenia reventado el marco y el pestillo no entraba. Las persianas de la habitación tenian cerradura rota y no se podían cerrar para que no entrara la luz y el viento las abría y cerraba. La TV que solo funciona con mando a distancia, el mando estaba perdido y en toda nuestra estancia no pudimos utilizar la TV. El propietario no le buscó solución. El 31 de diciembre a las 20:15 nos quedamos sin electricidad por un problema propio del alojamiento y esa noche y hasta el día siguiente no había electricidad. Se llamó varias veces al número de teléfono del responsable y no atendió en ningún momento. Teníamos todos los preparativos para la cena de fin de año que preparar, tuvimos que tirar todo y salir a cenar fuera cuando ya todos los establecimientos estaban cerrados.Y también se llamó a la plataforma y tampoco hizo nada al respecto.

• Cristina (7/5): Buen apartamento pero con algún inconveniente. - El apartamento ha estado genial. Muy calentito, con todas las comodidades, limpio, cómodo. Quizás algo lejos del centro pero buena conexión con transporte público. Por desgracia una noche no dormimos nada porque en el piso de arriba o contiguo hicieron mucho ruido. Había mucha gente y música alta. En otro apartamento ladraba un perro. Fue una noche terrible aunque entendemos que los propietarios del apartamento no son responsables de esto. Otra cosa en que el check out era a las 11 de la mañana y nos mandaron un mensaje que nos fuésemos a las 10. No podíamos irnos a esa hora y se lo dijimos pero a las once menos cuarto ya estaba tocándonos el timbre…

• Laura Parra Serrallonga (7/5): Sencillo pero buena calidad/precio - La ubicación. Zona de ocio pero bien comunicada y ventanas bien insonorizadas. Hay muchos mosquitos en Milán. Se cuelan en el apartamento. Deberían tener enchufes antimosquitos o productos para proteger de las picadas.

• Giannis (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment. Location is excellent (30' on foot from Duomo) with nearby transportation (metro and tram). Chinatown Neighborhood is very alive during night time with loads of chinese food options. Definitely recommended! Only negative is the sofa that turns into bed. Not comfortable for sleeping.

• Victoria (8/5): Good value for money - The property is a good value for the money and in a nice area. The communication with the owner and the check in were very easy. However, there wasn’t a kitchen towel for our hands in the kitchen so we had to use one of the bathroom ones which weren’t many to begin with for 3 guests. Other than that very good and good communication with owner.
• Camelia (9/5): Superb - I liked that it was close to the tram way so it was easy to explore the city. All the facilities are as described. It was safe and had good internet. The street is busy so it can be a bit noisy at night. Closing the windows solved the noise issue.

• Ebru (5/5): Passable - There was a very small and old elevator. The hotel's location is on a very busy street. The room door opens with a password, but a link is required to open the apartment door. It was difficult to open the outside door because there was no timely notification.

• Merav (2/5): Very bad, not recommended - Nothing The service was bad; there was no shampoo and soap. We got only two towels for the whole stay! when we asked for more towels, there was no reply. The bathroom door was broken. And finally, I’ve asked for an invoice and I never got it.. very bad service. Ending to death that there is a very bad smell from the street.. will never stay there again and will not recommend to anybody to stay there.
• Charlie (10/5): Happy!!! - Alessias flat is really nice and good located. The trem stop is nearby and its easy to go around in Milan. The only thing is the shower in the bathroom. The water goes out on the toilet floor if you don't shower with your back to the wall. Just sayin :) me and my kids had a lovely time in Milan and in this awesome flat. Happy!!!

• Witold (6/5): Pleasant stay, but it could be more comfortable! - Location is great! In the center of China Town, many places to eat out! Easily accessible by different means of transport plus some walking. Not spacious when you use second bed - hard to move around in room.

• Jordi (10/5): Big place in Milan - The space , location and it was clean. Big place and a good location Not much, noise outside but the flat was good
• Mikhail (3/5): Not bad. - The apartment is in China Town, where you can find a lot of Chinese restaurants. It is easy reachable if you go by train. The bad thing is that you can not turn air condition on and, for example, the oven at the same time, because a circuit breaker trips and you have to go downstairs to turn the electricity on in a gloomy basement. So you should turn off most of the equipment in the apartment and then make a cup of coffee. Also the dishwasher sometimes leaking and light in the hall blinking.

• marc (2/5): Stay away ! - Avoid these people, we paid upfront and they never delivered the keys. When we asked them them for the refund, they turn of the telephone connection. We paid for 3 nights stay and never have been refunded
• Vera (10/5): Clean and modern in a good area - The apartment is very clean, newly remodeled(May2018) and it was done correctly. All furnishings and appliances are new. The bathroom is very clean, done very well. The bed is definitely comfortable (I am 6’ tall 220 ponds). I was very pleased with what we got for our money. The neighborhood is fine, no random people bother you. The evenings are active until 9 o’clock, then it quiets down. There are three places within 100ft of the apartment to eat. There are several small grocery stores on the street also. Overall this IS a place that I will come back to when in Milan.
