• Laith (2/5): Anstrengend und nicht erholend. - Die Lage war gut. Das Badezimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht, was sehr ärgerlich war. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig und war nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Zusätzlich gab es eine Baustelle über der Wohnung, die bereits früh am Morgen mit starkem Lärm begann, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Das Warmwasser war zudem für vier Personen bei weitem nicht ausreichend.
• Liv (10/5): Absolutely brilliant, the best so far! - The host was very kind and helpful as well as flexible with check out time. The location is superb! The flat is super clean, comfortable, good water pressure, heating, lovely bedding and space. There is also a lovely balcony to sip your coffee in the heart of Rome. Beautiful old building in a super posh area, very quiet and relaxing stay. Walking distance to famous sites and shopping, plenty of bars and restaurants and taxis within 3min walk. I would highly recommend it with no hesitations!

• Elizabeth Buie (7/5): Great hosts, very good location, good use of space; needs a few improvements to facilities. - The apartment had a moka and some espresso-grind coffee, so I was all set for my first morning. The building is on a quiet street, with little traffic but close to Piazza del Popolo (with its Caravaggio paintings!) and is an easy walk to Piazzale Flaminio (where Metro A and many buses stop). The apartment is convenient to many high-end restaurants and boutiques. Although it is very small, it makes good use of space. The wifi worked great. The bathroom could use a rail or ring for the hand towel and some hooks for clothing. The balcony doors could use textured glass or better sheer curtains, so that guests could leave the bathroom door open without being visible across the courtyard. The kitchen would benefit from a dish draining rack, a more absorbent towel, and additional cutlery. The mattress has a noticeable depression where previous guests have slept, and I found it difficult to turn over or get out of bed.

• Sofia (9/5): Would recommend, would book again. - Very convenient location, beautiful old building. Bathroom was a bit small but shower had good water pressure. Big balcony, comfortable bed and very nice host. There was a bit of sewage smell coming from the bathroom pipes, so we had to keep that door closed all the time to avoid it filling the apartment even after showering, which stopped the bathroom from drying quickly/let the steam out. I think that is a common Rome thing though.
