• Philip (8/5): Great location for transport into central London and O2 Arena. - Location for our travel to the O2 and then to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line was great. The bathroom sink tap and the shower heads need attention. (Loose)

• Angela Yung (1/5): - Location was too bad Window doesn't close. So slept freezing all night. Heating doesn't go on or work. Lamp doesn't work. Kept up all night and all morning from the couple upstairs having sex and their noise and I had a child staying with me so that wasn't pleasant at all !!! Also communication with the property wasn't the best. Messaged them a few times prior arrival and no response. Took the chance to head to property anyways and there was someone waiting 2 doors down.

• Carley (9/5): Ideal stopover in a good location - It’s an ideal location for the 02 Arena if you get an uber (9-10 mins) Good price compared to others close by Would recommend and already booked again for another concert Nothing to dislike

• courtney (5/5): Really lovely housekeeper but unfortunately wouldn’t stay again if i was in the area, Really uncomfortable bed, unstable - Housekeeper very lovely and polite. Helped us out with parking which was super helpful and saved a lot of stress. Floors very unclean and unstable! Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, lots of hairs over it too. ( we slept on top of covers) Couldn’t lock the sliding door before bed no matter how hard we tried so felt a little unsafe during the night.
• Alina (5/5): Overpriced with difficulty to access the room. - We had a problem to access our room as we received the wrong accommodation number and then the wrong code to the room. Its very annoying when you are tired and having a heavy luggage. The customer service at first was very poor, then a bit better with the second host. The room was small and overpriced. The room was hot with a limited ventilation.
• Paula (10/5): Excellent 5⭐️ - Everything was very clean and fully equipped, with a microwave, cutlery, glasses, and plates. Towels were also provided. The person I spoke with was very kind and attentive. In short, I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

• Courtney (7/5): Ok for an overnighter - Good location for public transport. The lady let us stay on a lower floor so we didn't have to go up to the top floor with our luggage. The bed was very hard. The microwave didn't work and the fire blanket box did not contain a fire blanket but had a condom in it!

It's was like feeling in my own place and the most important very kind host, especially the stuff , cleaner Lady (Nil 🫶🏾) was so nice. I can say, I have a own home in london now.. • Charlie (6/5): Basic but good - The host was very helpful after our original accommodation fell through, we booked on the way to the location, for a 3 night stay. The host contacted us and gave us clear booking in information and was very friendly. The room was very clean but basic. A bed, a wardrobe, kitchenette and private bathroom. On our second day the room was tidied and fresh towels left for us. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was nothing like the photos and was small. It was basic but fine if you only need a bed and not much room. As with most places in London, it was a bit noisy but we did sleep ok.

• Andy (5/5): Okay overall but not what I expected from looking at the listing. - My host was waiting for me outside the property at the time I said I would arrive. The room was clean. The listing shows a garden, a patio, my accommodation had none of these. The bathroom was minute, again not the one pictured in the listing, the shower was adequate but the toilet and washbasin were too cramped together, they nearly touched. Worst of all the mattress on the bed was the most uncomfortable I’d ever slept on which made for an exhausting stay. I just felt a bit cheated after choosing the property and paying on the strength of the facilities on offer only to find I had none of them when I arrived. The sliding wardrobe doors doubled as the bathroom door and were broken.

• Geoff (9/5): Better than expected - As photos of not better, little courtyard was an unexpected bonus, the cleaning staff were very helpful, changed my towels and cleaned up while I was at work, absolutely spotless can’t fault the service. So much so I’ve booked straight away for next week. Perfect location for me for work but not somewhere I would stop as a tourist Check in was unnecessary especially as I had to leave work they could have just given me the access codes via message. Could of done with more pillows and the towels were old and scratchy

Asked for separate blanket as well which was provided. Was good experience. Room was bit smaller maybe than in pictures but was manageable.

Le stanze sono tutte diverse , a qualcuno è capitato una stanza nettamente più grossa mentre ad altri molto ma molto più piccola.
