E poi le ho trovate sporche quindi ho dovuto chiedere che me le cambiassero. Il bagno interno ok ma per 6 persone non è il massimo, ce ne vuole anche uno esterno. Le persone che fanno casino in camera, ma è normalità da ostello. Le sale in comune piccole e brutte

• RYOICHI (2/5): - お湯がでない！ フロントの人に伝えると10分位水を出し続けたら出るというけれども、でない！ 仕方なく水でシャワーを浴びることに。。
• Jacopo (4/5): Non adatto a chi prende un volo la mattina presto, non si dorme. - L'accoglienza del receptionist e la vicinanza alla stazione centrale. Letto scomodo, cuscino deformato e scomodo, pareti di cartapesta e quindi si sentono tutti i rumori delle stanze adiacenti, odore di fogna, check in fino alle 23 mi pare, hanno finito di andare avanti e indietro a mezzanotte, capisco sia un ostello, ma spesso l'ora del silenzio è dalle 22, così da tutelare chi deve svegliarsi all'alba per prendere un aereo. Sono conscio del fatto che in Italia se paghi meno di 80€ a notte ne paghi le conseguenze, ma 30€ per un ostello del genere mi sembra esagerato. Dovessi paragonarlo ad altri paesi darei 1 di voto.

• Elisa (6/5): Da migliorare - Tutto sommato un buon ostello, dopo altre mi esperienze in altri ostelli di Milano. Il letto è comodo, lo staff gentile, la posizione buona. Troppi letti in una stanza piccola. Non avevo nemmeno visto la porta del bagno perché è incastrata dietro 2 letti. La cosa poi che le lenzuola si pagano a parte la trovo assurda, tra l'altro le lenzuola erano già sul letto fatto, se non le volevo cosa facevano, le tiravano via?? Oltretutto sta cosa è scritta in piccolo tra le clausole, e mai visto un ostello che non dà le lenzuola comprese nel prezzo. La struttura dei letti andrebbe modernizzata, io sono stata in diversi ostelli in Europa e la qualità degli ostelli di Milano è pessima, e si fanno pagare un botto. Per dire ora sono a Zaragoza e con 44€ compreso TUTTO faccio 2 notti in un ostello molto bello.

Un poco escondido, puede ser difícil de encontrar, la puerta es como la de un parqueadero y adentro está el hostal Los lockers tienen para usar candado pero no pude usar el mío porque el espacio era muy pequeño y no pasaba, a pesar de que mi candado es de los pequeños. El bidet estaba muy pegado a la cisterna, un poco incómodo. Finalmente, deje mi cargador conectado a la pared y al preguntar luego por el no me respondieron, cuando tuve la oportunidad de volver me dijeron que si habían revisado pero que seguro se lo habían llevado.

• Daša (2/5): If you see this message I kindly suggest add nother 30,40 € and go anywhere else - Good connection to trams & main station, nice staff The hostel was honestly a very bad experience. Every morning from before 10 AM everyone had to leave the rooms and wait outside so they could “clean.” If you arrive late at night, it’s ridiculous to be forced to wake up early and leave your room just because of this rule. Also there is no toilets outside of the rooms so even if you wait in the kitchen, you can’t go to the toilet for a couple of hours. The lockers were bent and damaged, the bathrooms were extremely old, everything had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were stained and even had holes in them, the toilet flush button was broken and even had a hole in it. There was also a problem with my room, so they moved me from a room with 6 beds to a room with 4. But because of that, I had to wait again for check-in time, meaning I could not access my room from 10 AM until 2 PM. Overall, a very uncomfortable and poorly managed hostel. On top of everything, they also charge an extra 3 € per day for bed linen instead of simply including it in the final advertised price, which feels unnecessary. Area is also not the nicest, it’s also super loud at night from the cars etc. but at least it’s nicely connected to the trams etc. I guess the low price, that ends up being higher at the end, also attracts people that shouldn’t stay at hostels - in both rooms I had such loud snoring I didn’t even know it is humanly possible. Couldn’t wait for my stay to end honestly.

• Alessia (4/5): Staff gentile, struttura malissimo - Lo staff al nostro arrivo è stato molto gentile e disponibile a chiarimenti e aiuti. La stanza femminile da 6 è veramente troppo piccola, e i letti sono per bambini, in legno, senza tendine o altro. La stanza è completamente da ristrutturare, la chiusura degli armadietti è instabile, le prese della corrente si staccano dalla parete durante l'uso Non ci sono bagni esterni ma un solo bagno in camera comune e la porta (con serratura non funzionante) a meno di 50 cm dal primo letto. Durante la notte non c'è impianto di areazione/condizionamento continuo, il che rende l'aria pesante a meno che non si tenga la finestra aperta (che necessita di zanzariere intere). Le lenzuola e un asciugamano grande sono a pagamento, 3€ il giorno.

• Paulina F (9/5): Tolles Hostel- komme gerne - Wie immer sehr nett. Lage ist toll. Überall ist man schnell- auch zum G Flughafen LIN..Personal ist nett und die Badezimmer sind im Zimmer. Komme immer gerne Ich hatte rücksichtslose Mitbewohner- 1 std lang packen ab 23 uhr und laut im Zimmer telefonieren ,auch nach 23 Uhr- aber dafür kann das Hostel nichts.

• Mariusz (5/5): - Lokalizacja, bliskość metra, duży wybór knajp i sklepów w okolicy, Materac w łóżku aż prosi się o wymianę - komfort snu praktycznie zerowy, czterry litery czują każdą deskę pod materacem. Łóżka tak mocno skrzypią, że każdy ruch powoduje spory hałas. Brak dbałości o detale, które pomagaja: smrud skarpety w pokoju byl noe do zniesienia, podczas sprzątania prawdopodobnie nikt noe wietrzy pokoju. Na minus także czystość: stoliki w kuchni brudne. Kuchenka elektryczna brudna i wyglądająca na mocno wysłużoną. Łazienka wymaga gruntownego odświeżenia. W pokoju jedno, centralne światło, które nie pozwala zasnąć gdy inny z gości korzysta z niego - brak lampek nocnych przy każdym z łóżek.

When I asked for a refund it was denied on the premise that I haven't checked in and seen them myself. The owner denied all claims and said the reviews were false. Why would I enter the building and risk my belongings getting contaminated. The owner provided no evidence that the claims were false or that any type of treatment had been done. They didn't listen to my concerns or validate my hesitation. Look at the reviews yourself and decide to go somewhere else
