- Joseph (9/5): excellent facility and location. All screwed up by booking.com. Never again! - Location. Horrible service by booking.com. Will never again book with them. after paying in full in May, notified a dozen times including two weeks after we checked in, that our reservation was not being held, because our credit card was denied. Text phone calls to Booking.com and RedAwning were unable to stop the stream of denial of booking. We were uncertain up to the last minute, if they would be trouble checking in.
