- Rosalyn (7/5): Conveniently close to the cruise port - The customer service was very good. Everyone was very nice and greeted us when they saw us. The breakfast was good but it could of been better. The room was a nice size and clean. I requested a handicap room and it didn't feel like one. The bench above the tube is actually very dangerous and not connected to the wall properly. When the bench extends from the wall it comes down as at a slant. When it gets wet it was very easy to slide off bench onto the floor. Luckily I was able to grab onto the bar before that happened. Please check on this. I would hate to see anyone hurt.

- Kevin (7/5): Unhappy with false information about having an airport shuttle. - You advertised a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I found out the shuttle was broken down and I had to pay for cab rides. That alone left a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and apologized for paying for the cab out of pocket, especially since there were four people and seven suitcases, so I had to pay for a total of four cabs.

- Wasim (8/5): Typical average Hampton Hotel - Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who made a good first impression. The breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. I also appreciated the fitness center—it’s well equipped and, importantly, not overcrowded, which made for a pleasant workout experience. On the downside, the bedding was disappointing. The pillows were noticeably worn out and uncomfortable, which detracts from the overall stay. For a room priced around $200 a night, the quality of the bedding really needs improvement, as comfort is a basic expectation at this price point.

Don’t get fooled by the photo posted by the hotel. They might make you think it is a new hotel with clean and modern design. It is not! It’s a very bad maintained hotel. The door of bathroom won’t stay closed. AC is old , loud and dirty. There is even a big crack on the sink of bathroom. The cleanliness of room is also disappointing. Sofa, armchair, carpet, even bed sheet and bath towel has some mystery stain on them! The bath towel are hard as rock also, they probably should replace them long time ago. Breakfast is way below average of Hampton Inn standard.

Location near an interesting aviation historical park. Eateries within walking distances. Parking lot well lit and very adequate with sufficient parking. When I travel, I stay in a hotel so that I have a comfortable place to sleep. Sleep is important to me. But, the bed was uncomfortable, too hard. I had restless sleep and woke up tired and achy. - O (5/5): comfortable room, uncomfortably scented lobby atmosphere - Location is great, close to the airport No mention of a fee for parking until I saw the charge on my credit card. It's not that they charge for overnight parking, it's that they didn't mention it when they handed out the parking tag. The lobby was HEAVILY scented, sinus-impacting scented. Way too much
- Marino (8/5): Good place to stay - The property was clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms were decorated with a modern look and the space was excellent. Also they have a complimentary breakfast and 24 hour gym that was better than most hotel gyms I’ve seen. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors and so sometimes it was a little loud but for the most part at night it wasn’t too bad.
