• jarro (10/5): Cosy homestay - Me and my partner stayed at the Homestay with Gloria and Dario for one night. We booked through booking and arrange the boat transfer with Amantani agency at the port ( recommended by Dario ). Gloria was waiting for us at the port in Amantani and she cooked lunch once we were at their house. In the afternoon she braided my partners hair and she sent us for a walk around the island. After 3 hours walk and a deserved beer at sunset at Pachamama (4130m) we went back to the house where we had dinner with Dario and he explained the life on the island. The day after depending on which port the boat will depart from, you have the opportunity to do another walk or you can go with a local on a motorbike. The hospitality throughout the visit was great and it was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.
• Eduardo (10/5): Una experiencia inolvidable - Todo. Darío y Gloria son encantadores y atentos. Me explicaron sus costumbres, sus experiencias y se interesaron por las mías. Tuvieron una conversación excelente en todo momento. La comida preparada por Gloria fue exquisita. Además, la Muña Wasi estaba muy limpia, era acogedora y la habitación muy cómoda. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y la repetiría más veces. Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona. Reservando por booking en lugar de por agencia, los propietarios de las casas en las islas del Titicaca reciben el dinero directamente sin las comisiones de la agencia.

• FRANCESCO (10/5): - Fantastico soggiorno !!! Ero preoccupato perchè le valutazioni su Booking erano alte ma con poche recensioni. Confermo che il soggiorno è andato oltre le nostre aspettative (famiglia di 4 persone, 2 camere). - Qualità / prezzo (compreso pranzo, cena, colazione) imbattibile. - Cordialità e gentilezza di Dario e Gloria i proprietari. - Sempre in contatto su whatsupp, Dario è venuto a prenderci al porto, Gloria ci ha accompagnati per il rientro. - Luce e presa di corrente nelle camere !! - Non c'è acqua calda (ma non la trovate in tutta l'isola) - Posizione immersa nel verde, perfetta per fare la passeggiata verso la piazza e in cima per il tramonto. - Mangiato benissimo - Camere semplici ma perfette (3 coperte per letto). Alcuni consigli : invece di partire da Puno (come fanno tutti i turisti) soggiornate a Llachon o Chifron da quest'ultimo prendete la barca dei locali per Amantani (45 minuti, costo quasi zero) - Se avete la macchina ci sono parcheggi sicuri vicino al porto. - Per la WiFi ad Amantani, basta andare in Piazza e bere qualcosa ai Caffè o ristorante

• AKIO (9/5): 笑顔が素敵なDarioさん家族の宿 - 事前問い合わせに対し、Darioさんが大変丁寧にお返事をくださったので、安心して宿泊することが出来ました。奥様のグロリアさんもご家族の皆様もステキな笑顔で対応してくださり、夕食、朝食は素朴ながらも感動するとっても美味しいお食事でした。事前に問い合わせた際、1泊の為タオルの用意は無いとのことでしたが、実際にはタオルを用意して頂いており、ありがとうございました。 共用トイレにトイレットペーパーが無かったので、自前のトイレットペーパーを使用しました。大した問題ではありませんが、旅行中に使用するトイレットペーパーは持っていた方が良いですね。

• Amy (10/5): A beautiful home stay - Dario and Gloria are so welcoming. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious, with homegrown and organic vegetables. The scenery around the island is so beautiful too, I would highly recommend staying with them

• Daniela (10/5): Best accomodation - We liked everything about this accomodation. Everything was clean. You live in a local family. Food is deliciaous (local too). Hike around island is so beatiful. Dario and Gloria are so nice. Dario is trying to speak basic Spanish with you so you can understand easily. They care about you, so when we went to bed, they gave us something warm, you just put it in your bed and whole night you feel warm. When you are showering the water is also warm. To get there you need to go to the port of puno and just simple say you are going to Dario from Amantani, comunity Incatiana.
