Lifts are shaky and scares the hell out of guests. Closet in room has broken door. For the price I paid I expected the hotel to be better maintained and managed.

- Kendal (4/5): Malfunctioning AC's in both rooms - Air-conditioning in both rooms was stuck on heating, 26'C, regardless what lower temperature you tried to adjust it to. Maintenance came to clean the filters but this ultimately did not work, they still reverted back to heat the rooms to an unbearable level. No alternate plans to be made since hotel was full. My in-laws literally left that same evening as the room temperature was unbearable, refund pending.
- Jenna (8/5): maintanence - amazing hotel room just needed some maintenance water seeps through to the toilet side, the basin is blocked and plug points are not working the light bulb is also blown in the lamp on the desk thought of advising, not sure if you are aware of it.

The biggest downside was at the pool.. no towels and waiting 30m for towels.. when they arrive the staff member was on the phone having a big chat while us and other people were just standing wet in the cold so she could finish her phone call.. Room was clean, check in fast, and staff friendly.
- Unali (6/5): Average hotel at a high rate - Excellent location, right at concert hall and casino. The shower had no door and the basin was shallow. The bathroom and toilet paper was always wet when one used the shower or the basin. For the price charged, they really could go a little further. There were also no glasses in the room and very little coffee and sugar.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Tried it again after but disappointed - Lots of technical issues. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked and in some cases none which forced people to use stairs. Also had a problem with my room lock that caused me to walk down and up the stairs twice.

- Jacobus (6/5): Good - not yet excellent - Good overall stay, but there seems to always be something at the Maslow thats not 100% Water from the showers are leaking through the wall to the entrance and the toilet, no hot water, faulty toilet. Maintenance did attend. Aircon is a bit difficult to operate, I prefer my room to be freezing for a comfortable sleep. Breakfast is amazing and well worth it. Covid regulations very good. I understand the difficult trading environment currently, so can mostly let alot of the negative points pass. Regularly stay here. Somehow, I always get a stuffy nose though- may be the cleaning chems or air freshner - but it happens here more than at other establishments. Overall good hotel - and I always return. Just stay away from the casino unless you want to drop a bar with no joy
- Theodore (8/5): Great but also disappointing - The location is great as the Maslow allows for direct access to the Times Square Casino and restaurants. The check in staff were also great however in room hospitality is seriously lacking, i waited over 2 hours for ice to be delivered to my room. I had to go to reception in person to re-request for the ice, for it to be sent 30 minutes later. The room itself is comfortable however the water from the shower leaked out and flooded the bathroom floor. The aircon unit also tripped requiring maintenance to reset which took awhile to resolve. The Maslow has a great location and the check in staff is great, but overall it is not what you expect from a 4 star establishment

The food received in the room was not as advertised on the menu and oats took nearly an hour to be delivered.

- Raksha (6/5): Maslow stay review - Room was ok. It did however have excess amounts of room freshener. Because you cannot open the windows i had to leave the door open for a bit. Under the bed looked like it hadnt been cleaned for months. The curtains seemed to be very dusty, if you move them you could see alot of dust being emitted. It was also a bit confusing to find the place. You see mostly Sun marketing everywhere. Theres one place where maslow is written, when i indicated that to the receptionist she responding in a rude tone indicating the sign is outside. I think you will easily find a better place for the amount you spend here. The bathroom sink does not drain water well. The toilet space is pretty small. The shower is good.

We did not get our 3 rooms next to each other as we have asked for and two of the rooms key cards did not work and one room's aircon did not work properly and we had a battle to get them to come and fix it. The one room's shower was leaking water from underneath the shower onto the toilet floor next to the shower.
- Natasha (10/5): Beautiful hotel! - The Maslow Time Square experience is a beautiful one. The grounds are lovely, and they include a spa, 2 pools, an arena, a casino, and SO much more. It must be experienced to be believed! Outside of the actual premises, there is a shopping mall and other great restaurants in the immediate area. The Maslow, however, is the 'belle of the ball'. We fully and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

- Terence (8/5): Dissapointed - I enjoyed the stay at the Maslow, however the cleanliness of the carpets in the passage was not good. We booked in on Saturday and the same pieces of paper were still in the passage on Sunday at the time we booked out. My biggest disappointment was the shower and toilet area where there were pubic hairs in the shower and on the floor in the toilet. Further than this, the staff was friendly and the service was good. The room was great with a great view. The food was also good.

- V (4/5): Unpleasant Stay - It took us 45 min to checking. I was not happy with the service at reception. It took us 45 minutes to check in. They said they did not receive payment from your side. We ordered room service it came after 40 minutes The food was cold and there was no cutlery and plate. The Toilet seat was loose. Very disappointing

- Debbie (8/5): - The stay was wonderful only drawback was after the show at 10.30 nothing was open for food or drinks and your coffee shop was not geared for the rush, we placed an order at the counter, were told to take a seat and half an hour later our order was not till delivered and we had apparently been forgotten, we left disappointed. When there's a show at the Sun Arena one would think the hotel would make the most of the rush of people
