• Ulrich (7/5): War in Ordnung. - Nähe zur Marina. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht gut auch wenn Spiegel- oder Rühreier immer mal wieder zu spät nachgelegt wurden. Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt, auch die Dusche. Sitze für Balkon nur einfaches Plastik. Funktionsfähigkeit war gegeben bis auf Zimmertür, da mussten wir erst den Schliessmechanismus festschrauben, um die Tür zumachen zu können. Wegen Hochzeitsfeier vor dem Balkon etwas laut.

Restauranter i gåafstand. Fint lille tog til Rognoziga. Desværre ingen strand meget tæt på i resortet. Manglede information omkring udkørsel ved udtjekning. Vagten måtte ringe til receptionen. Bar med akvarium virkede desværre ikke.

Frühstück super und Personal allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles top! Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Danke an das nette Marina Frapa Team. --

The staff and management of the hotel made a very bad impression. Many of the staff do not speak the local language. It is strange to be in Croatia and not be served in Croatian. Secondly, the owner decided to do maintenance work with heavy tools in the middle of the day. Rest was impossible because they were drilling into the wall all day. We asked for appropriate compensation or at least one day extension of our stay. But we got one drink for free. For a room that costs 200 Euros per night, I would have expected more reasonable behavior. Considering that I was not informed about the works on the building, a refund or at least a voucher credit would have been a reasonable solution. It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel is being spoiled with such a terrible experience!

• Andreas (7/5): - Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Lage als Ausgangspunkt zu einem Segeltörn perfekt. Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Auf dem Boden lagen Haarbüschel und anderer Müll. Wir haben es selbst aufgeräumt, da wir nur 1 Nacht dort gebucht hatten und wir zu erschöpft von der Anreise waren, um noch länger auf unser Zimmer zu warten. Das Bad ist im Verhältnis zum Zimmer zu klein. Alles sehr beengt, kaum Ablagefläche für persönl. Gegenstände Für einen längeren Aufenthalt unbequem.

• Davinia (6/5): - Disappointing for a Supposed 4-Star Hotel We stayed at Marina Frapa Hotel expecting 4-star quality but would rate it closer to 3 stars. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of food. The pool area was enjoyable and provided some relaxation. However, several issues impacted our stay. Hot water and electricity were unreliable — three of us ended up washing in cold water from the sink as the shower wouldn’t work initially. When we raised this with the front desk, it took multiple attempts before they resolved it. Even worse, we were accused of lying about the issue, which was both insulting and unprofessional. There were also clear safety hazards around the property for young children, so families should be cautious. Additionally, the atmosphere among staff was tense — with loud arguments and even objects thrown in public view. All in all, we were relieved to check out. This hotel has potential, but the service and maintenance issues need urgent attention.

Der Konsummarkt war ein Witz, aber 800 Meter weiter war ein viel besserer und eine sehr gute Bäckerei gibt es auch davor.

Das Zimmer war zwar groß, jedoch sehr abgewohnt. Vor allem der Teppich… Im Bad und im Zimmer waren Ameisen unterwegs. Störend waren außerdem die lauten Wassergeräusche von Toiletten und Duschen aus benachbarten Zimmern. Das Frühstück war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen: Leere Schüssel und Teller, Chaos und überfordert wirkendes Personal um 8:30 Uhr.

Das Frühstück hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und hatte eine große Auswahl. • Timo (5/5): - Hotel ist überteuert, veraltet und abgewohnt. Parkplatz ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Frühstück gab es im Ancora Restaurant und war für die Preisklasse alles andere als gerechtfertigt. Es gab kein Buffet. Es wurde abgefragt, was man haben möchte, ohne zu wissen, was überhaupt angeboten wird. Ich habe einen Obstteller bestellt und teilweise verschimmelte Weintrauben und matschige Nektarinenspalten bekommen. Ansonsten gab es standardmäßig einen Teller mit diesen abgepackten Marmeladen-, Honig- und Streichwurstportionen. Wir haben eine zweiwöchige Kroatienrundreise gemacht und waren fast jeden Tag in einem anderen Hotel. Dieses hier war das teuerste mit dem schlechtesten Frühstück und keinem verhältnismäßigen Service.

• Maren (7/5): - Nach der ersten Nacht konnten wir ein Buffetfrühstück genießen, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Zimmer war groß und hell und die Aussicht mit dem Balkon konnten wir genießen. Am zweiten Morgen war allerdings nur noch das Frühstück am Tisch serviert worden. Leider war bereits einige Geschäfte und auch die Tauchbasis geschlossen. Wir mussten bei Ankunft unsere Ausweise abgeben und sollten sie am Nachmittag zurückerhalten. Am Nachmittag wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir die Ausweise erst zurückerhalten, wenn der ganze Aufenthalt bezahlt wird. Somit haben wir für vier Nächte bezahlt. Nach einem Unfall auf dem Parkplatz ließ die Zusammenarbeit mit der Rezeption weiter zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind zum Arzt gefahren, der dann zum Abbruch der Reise geraten hat. Wir hatten dann in der Unterkunft um die Rückerstattung von zwei Nächten gebeten, was diese abgelehnt hat. Wir sind dann trotzdem gefahren, weil uns die Gesundheit dann doch wichtiger war. Der Damen in der Unterkunft war dieses völlig egal.
