• Siddharth (2/5): Pathetic - I did not like the hospitality provided. Right from the moment we checked in, staff was asking for money for almost everything. Firstly we booked to super deluxe room and we were given deluxe room. After lot of argument and showing our billing from booking.com right room was allocated to us. The room did not have a centralised heating system and when we asked for extra heater they asked for more money from us. I did not know for what I was paying around 8K per night. The furniture was broken in the room, we did not get any reminder calls for breakfast. Seriously if this is what you call service then I really don’t know what to say more. It was a big mistake to book this hotel for 4 straight days on my side from booking.com. Not at of worth the value and your time. Everything.

• Om (10/5): Excellent 👌 suprrrrrrrb 💕 - An incident which touched my heart happened that when I reached the hotel, I saw that the tyre of my car was punctured and unfortunately Stepney also got punctured on the way, the hotel staff itself started changing my tyre and then a young, smart boy came, and he changed my tyre without care about his clothes. If someone likes peace and quiet surroundings it’s fine. Else it becomes boring as literally nothing much to do. 2 days are just enough. One would need to an hour or more to reach Nainital.

• Dr (10/5): Amazing place to stay at Bhimtal - The property lying just in the front of bhimtal lake is amazing place to stay. Everything is so nicely arranged with great professional services. The staff is polite and well behaved. Food is amazing with at a reasonable price. Room service was prompt and efficient. My family really liked the 3 day stay there. The owner is a nice gentlemen who silently looks after everything in order to ensure that the guests doesn’t feel any problem. I wish they had a swimming pool too on the top floor .

I have stayed with family for one night, truly value for money. PROS: 1. Beautifully maintained premises with tables and chairs. We had food in that nice lake-viewing premises. It was very nice experience. 2. Location is also excellent. Easily reachable, just beside the Bhimtal lake. Overall, the hotel got the nice lake view from everywhere. 3. Free parking is provided. They have plenty of parking space available. 4. Many outside dining set up. We can enjoy our food with nice breeze in their well maintained garden/other area. 5. Room was old fashioned but nice and spacious. All the basic facilities were available. Double bed was provided which is enough for Two adults and Two kids. If needed they have got extra bed also. 6. Food was also good. Service was also excellent. They have got a nice restaurant also ( We did not had food in restaurant, we had all the food from other outside dining set up). 7. Well maintained neat and clean bathroom/toilet. Hot water was available 24 hr. Basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, hand-wash, moisturiser, towels etc were provided (No tooth brush and paste) 8. Well behaved staff with nice personality. I had to change my date of stay due to some health issue. They have cooperated and changed the date free of cost. All the above was for just Rs. 5340/- per night (Including tax). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR THOSE WHO VISIT BHIMTAL OR NEARBY AREA FOR A PLEASANT AND MEMORABLE STAY. NIL

Very spacious, clean and beautiful. They were more like a 1BHK flat. They came with a lake view and mountain view which was amazing. The breakfast included was amazing. Restaurant food is tasty with reasonable price. We loved our stay overall. We ordered for bonfire which could have been better. No accommodation and food for drivers which should have been there.

Not taking the lake view room will be compensated by this. We requested for the early check-in but hotel couldn't provide. Also, the remote of TV was not working properly.

The property is located just in front of the Bhimtal Lake and has ample parking space for your vehicles. There is nothing as such which i didnt like but the overall in room experience can be better.

On 24 sep at night i informed to hotel staff the fan and lights are not working and thay didn't respond and next day in morning at 8 am they are saying pls change your room. My experience is very bed. But location and food is good
