• Vivian (5/5): Eine Erfahrung - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Leider ist die Wohnung selbst stark abgewohnt: lose Sockelleisten, Flecken an den Wänden, defekte bzw. fehlende Kleiderbügel und verschimmelte Dichtungen im Bad. Die Jalousien im Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht, sodass der Raum nicht nutzbar war. Der nächtliche Lärm war trotz geschlossener Fenster extrem hoch. Zusätzlich empfanden wir es als unangemessen, trotz Gebühr für die Grundreinigung den Müll selbst drei Straßen weiter entsorgen zu müssen. Störend war außerdem die sehr häufige Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp, E‑Mail und Booking, obwohl die Telefonnummer nur für Notfälle angegeben wurde. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen.

• Zorana (10/5): All things considered, it was perfect. - The apartment is spacious and in the city center. The agency is at your service and available at any time. It can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings, as many people visit the theater located in the square in front of the apartment.

• Haniuskat (3/5): Mala experiencia en un piso céntrico - La ubicación y el parking ( 20 € al día) Al llegar al alojamiento la puerta no abría y nos pusimos en contacto para que nos diesen solución. La empresa que lleva los alojamientos nos hizo esperar más de una hora al teléfono sin ofrecer alternativas coherentes y después nos comentó que enviarían a alguien que podía tardar otra hora más en llegar. La plaza donde está ubicado hace que estés mal aparcado ( habiendo concertado y pagado previamente parking) y la policía estuvo a punto de multarnos. El parking huele muchísimo a orines, imagino que de chavales que vimos haciendo botellón en el mismo. Es estrecho y hay que pagarlo aparte ( no viene incluido en el precio del apartamento) El apartamento no cumplió nuestras expectativas, desperfectos que se pueden ver perfectamente en las fotos y no acordes con el precio del mismo. Una familia de cuatro no puede ducharse con agua caliente y fuimos con temperaturas de más de 22 grados. No ofrecen suficiente champú y gel así como papel higiénico ( rollo ya empezado y colocado de mal modo en el cuarto de baño) Camas incómodas y, lo que es más importante para nosotros, NO estaba lo suficientemente limpio. ( Churretones en el horno, el store de la cocina salpicado y con mal aspecto así como los desconchones donde se observa una clara dejación de mantenimiento y limpieza. Debajo de las camas muchísimas pelusas) No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí puesto que es una ciudad con oferta de apartamentos con muchísimas mejores calidades y a éste o mejor precio.

• Donna (9/5): - Great location. Very spacious apartment. No coffee machine as advertised, but when I mentioned it I was told one would be delivered, kept having to remind them and got it after 5 days.
• Francesco (4/5): - Ubicaciòn. Desafortunadamente, no podemos recomendar este apartamento debido al pésimo servicio de asistencia recibido durante nuestra estancia. Aunque el apartamento y la ubicación cumplieron con nuestras expectativas, el trato y la atención fueron muy deficientes, lo que condicionó nuestra experiencia, especialmente en una semana tan importante como la de nuestra boda.** Desde el primer día, nos encontramos con problemas técnicos debido al sistema informático que usan. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora a que llegara un técnico, ya que la puerta principal tenía la manilla rota. A lo largo de nuestra estancia, hubo varios incidentes en los que nos quedamos encerrados, la conexión del sistema falló y no pude acceder al apartamento en varias ocasiones. Incluso salí para la boda con el temor de no poder volver a entrar. Lo más frustrante fue la falta de respuesta o solución por parte del servicio de atención. En la última ocasión que llamé, me indicaron que esperara al sistema nocturno para pedir ayuda, lo que evidenció la falta de apoyo en momentos cruciales. Una experiencia tan negativa, especialmente en una semana tan significativa, nos hizo perder tiempo y generar estrés innecesario. A pesar de todo esto, esperaba algún tipo de compensación o reducción en el precio, pero no recibimos ninguna. En resumen, si bien el apartamento y la ubicación estuvieron bien, el servicio de asistencia fue inaceptable y empañó lo que podría haber sido una estancia perfecta.

• Adriana Estefania (7/5): - Esta bien ubicado, aunque al estar en una plaza hace demasiado ruido hasta la madrugada. Si tienen problemas para dormir con el ruido no lo recomiendo. Aunque como llegábamos a las tantas y cansados no supuso mucho problema. Las fotos tienen mucho filtro, es un departamento un poco antiguo, la cocina bien pero las camas y los sofás se notaban muy usados. La limpieza en general podria ser mejor, un ejemplo: tuve que pegar una cama a la pared para que mi hijo no se cayera y debajo habia mucha pelusa... y por cierto no tienen aire acondicionado solo un ventilador para que te apañes.

• Trish (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Very near to everyyhing. Air conditioning in front room only (which was a pity) Very dated property. Needs some serious TLC. No air conditioning in bedrooms and could not sleep as was too hot in double bedroom. Late night kebab shops outside where everybody gathered. Very loud until 4 - 6 am Bombarded with information from the Company beforehand regarding check in and during our stay bombarded again with check out details. .

No hot water, air condition dosent reach bedroom, the noise from the street is quite loud, so in that location an acoustic isolation is c necessary. Application to open door not working. Not very nice to discover that when you arrive at 1.30 in the morning. Customer service was kind, but could not solve from the distance, I had to wait an hour for someone to come and open with key. And by the c way I only figured out on check in that there is an over 90 euro cleaning fee..? If I would have known that I would not book it probably.

• Corinne (4/5): Disappointing - Excellent location, close to everything (attractions, market, etc.). Easy access to the property through an app. The air conditioning was not functioning properly (it was an old central AC system, so it could not be controlled by us). Therefore it was very hot inside - a constant 28 degrees Celsius (even when outside were 23 degrees Celsius!), for the whole 3 nights we stayed at the property. My husband couldn't sleep and rest properly because of this, so it ruined our stay in Malaga. We contacted the property management, Del Parque Flats and asked them to fix the problem or relocate us. They sent an employee to check who told us that the AC was ok and that we should not expect more power from the AC as it was a "domestic" one. Anyhow, he didn't seem to care too much and the apartment reflected this lack of care (for instance, one of the doors of the cupboard hardly kept itself, one of the master bedroom lampshade was half broken, etc.). However, these were minor things comparing to the AC problem. To sum up, the apartment had all the basic things needed for a stay, but not at a "luxury" level as advertised. The decor was old and outdated and it lacked a proper maintenance. Maybe if the owners would renovate it, put some shades in the sitting room to cut off the heat and invest in individual ACs, it could become an excellent value due to its location.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, city centre and all bars, restaurants, clubs and the beach were within a 15 minute walk. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Instructions on exactly where the property was and how to use the app were slightly unclear
