Everything was just as described. The location in a neighborhood was inviting. It was an easy walk to a wonderful dinner at Cafe 1. Liked everything.

The apartment was very clean. Awesome breakfast to start the day in the best way possible. Highly recommended.

• NIGEL (10/5): Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for marathon weekend. - The owners went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and made you feel really welcome. Lovely people. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean. The guesthouse was about a mile (20mins walk) from the town centre. Early runners' breakfast if you're running the marathon in September. This is a really nice place. I can't think of anything I would do differently.

It is outside the bedroom, which had me worried at first, but it actually wasn't a problem at all because it still felt very private. The hosts were povely. The breakfast was AMAZING! • hui (9/5): It’s a place to stay for the vacation and holiday. - It’s a comfortable apartment with three separate bedrooms. It’s also free parking. The breakfast was really good. We ordered Scotch breakfast which included haggis, black budding and scone. The hostess showed her hospitality. She gave a packing box to pack the food we could not finished.

Janice was so accommodating, getting up early to make marathon runners breakfast, and then driving them into town when the taxi didn't turn up! Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Aunque solo hemos estado de paso 1 noche es un sitio ideal para pasar al menos un par de días. Está a 20 minutos del centro de Inverness, dando un paseo se llega muy bien!!

Wir hatten für zwei Nächte das Familienzimmer, das sehr sauber, geräumig (ok, das Bad ist wie so oft in UK schon cozy) und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Inhaber sind unglaublich freundlich und zaubern ein sehr gutes, persönliches Frühstück, das man quasi neben deren Wohnzimmer einnimmt. In die Innenstadt von Inverness kommt man zu Fuß in rd. 15 Minuten, ansonsten liegt das Guest House so, dass man mit dem Auto auch rasch aus der Stadt zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Parkplatz vor dem Guest House kann für große Autos eine gewisse Herausforderung sein.

• Ross (10/5): If you're in Inverness... STAY HERE! - Janice is one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. Her care for her home and her guests made this more than a stay but an experience. She exemplifies Scottish charm and friendliness and here wealth of knowledge made our stay so much better than it might have been. Everything we needed was provided and we wanted for nothing while there. Can't do it. There is no criticism for this stay.

• Lonkerle (8/5): - Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dame des Hauses mit ihren erfrischenden Plaudereien. Frühstück konnte nach Wunsch bestellt werden und war reichlich. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein und hatte keinerlei Abstellfläche. Das Bett hatte nur eine Bettdecke über die gesamte Bettbreite. Das war für uns ungewöhnlich.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. We only stayed for 1 night as we were driving the NC500, but it was the perfect start to our break, and therefore, we would highly recommend Furan Guesthouse to anyone wishing to stay in Inverness.

• Sven (10/5): - You get a fresh breakfast every morning. I am sure nearly everyone here writes that. It is do delicious. Try haggis and blood pudding. The room was cozy and has everything you need. (We just slept there, but you can stay there on a rainy day if you wish.) Janice is such a lovely hostess. You experience right from the start how dedicated she does here work. It was a pleasure to meet you. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Some people might not like that the bathroom for our room is seperated. But it is still your own, so don't worry. (I think, all the other rooms have bathrooms en suite.) Read what you are booking and you are fine. ;-)

Właściciel Alan przyjął nas bardzo gościnnie i przekazał wiele istotnych wskazówek dla organizacji naszej wyprawy na szczyt Ben Nevis. Lounge i kuchnia przygotowane na goszczenie rodzin, super wyposażone i można tam składować jedzenie w wyznaczonych pojemnikach oraz w lodówkach. Cóż, niewiele i zależnie od osoby. Osobiście wolę twardsze materace, ale mimo to spało się komfortowo po dniu pełnym atrakcji. No i midgets'y, ale na nie nikt nie ma rady ;)

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und wurde frisch und nach individuellen Wünschen zubereitet. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist etwas enger, aber Kevin erwartete uns schon und hat uns eingewiesen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum von Inverness. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Garten der Besitzer abstellen. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank! ---

• Tibor (10/5): A legjobb szállásunk volt a 3 hét alatt! - A háziasszonyunk végtelenül kedves volt, minden reggel friss finom reggelit készített. Egy szép nagy szobában kaptunk elhelyezést, amihez egy külön fürdőszoba tartozott. Nagy tiszraság és rend volt, amit minde nap kezelt. Nem volt külön bringatároló, de a nagy konyhába betolhattuk éjszakéra. A kertvárosi környezet magával ragadó volt.

You are a 15 minute stroll into Inverness. The facilities in the rooms are excellent and extremely clean. The room size including the en-suite was more than adequate. Janice & Kevin are very hospitable. The breakfast that Janice prepares is excellent and you will not need to eat during the day. Depending on what you order, I had the works and it was as good a breakfast as you will get, including Haggis & Black Pudding….yum! Also the advice Janice gave us for our trip to Skye was great. Nothing, all was great

• Keryn and Gary (10/5): Wonderful Furan Guesthouse with wonderful host - We loved our recent stay at Furan Guesthouse. Janice is one of the best hosts we have met on our travels. She is kind and generous and offers itinerary suggestions and cooks an amazing breakfast. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had lovely little touches that made you feel spoilt and welcome. It's an easy 15 minute walk into Inverness town to go for drinks and dinner. We will be recommending Furan Guesthouse to our friends and family and would love to return one day. We loved everything about Furan Guesthouse

• John (10/5): Absolutely peaceful and stress-free - Loved walking around the old-looking neighborhood; quiet; delightful owners/operators; good breakfast; quick checkin/checkout; three minute drive to the busy part of Inverness and 30 minutes to Loch Ness. Perfect for the family (three different rooms with a restroom, kitchen and laundry access). No negatives come to mind...it was great!
