- Veronika (8/5): Nice hotel but not close to spa / facilities - Decent accommodation, clean, new, equipped and has outdoor seating which is nice. If you are there to use the spa and wellness it's quite far from the apratment. You will not be able to wonder over in a bathrobe unless it's hot and you don't mind the walk in your slippers + you pay exttra.
- Maayke (9/5): Heerlijk en mooi appartement - De locatie, de ruimte, alles wat aanwezig was in het huisje het was een heel fijn verblijf. Het personeel bij de receptie en het restaurant waren erg onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam.
- Justyna (4/5): Gdyby nie obsługa byłoby super. - Położenie, otoczenie gór, spokój. Obsługa - pomimo, iż w rezerwacji było, że goście apartamentów mogą korzystać za dodatkową opłatą z basenu, pani na recepcji odmówiła wejścia na basen, tłumacząc, że są limity. Okazało się, że nawet nie była w stanie udzielić odpowiedzi ile osób jest na basenie. Początkowo odpowiadała nam na pytania w języku polskim, później stwierdziła, że nie rozumie co do niej mówimy. Twierdziła, że hotel tylko administracyjnie „obsługuje” apartamenty - tylko i wyłącznie wydając klucze i meldując gości. To co obejmowała rezerwacja nie pokrywało się z tym co usłyszeliśmy w obiekcie.

Televize hrála slabě, nešel zvýšit zvuk, ale aspoň jsme se nedívali na televizi 🙂. Trošku dále od sjezdovky, muselo se na lyže dojíždět autem. Vyšší cena

- Eva (8/5): - Ubytovanie je veľmi prakticky a účelne zariadené. Taktiež vybavenosť apartmánu je na vysokej úrovni, umožňujúce udržanie poriadku a čistoty počas pobytu. Recepcia je súčasťou golfového rezortu, značenie v objekte rezortu nie je jednoznačné aj pre apartmánové domy, s čím sme mali problém pri príchode,, v tme. Kapsule do kávovaru, ktoré mali byť na predaj na recepcii boli k dispozícii až večer pred odchodom.

- Diana (8/5): Если исправят вышеуказанное , я бы приехала еще - Очень красивое место вид из окон домиков сказочный, удобно расположено Нет возможности регулировать температуру самостоятельно, нужно просить на рецепции, уменьшили, но потом новая смена увеличила температуру и ночью жарко спать, открыть окно и невозможно , на улице -10 , очень мало места на кухне для приготовления еды нет духовки , в ванной нет верхнего крепления для душа , в спа салоне в женской части один фен не работает совсем, второй наполовину, люди выходили с мокрой головой , ужин в ресторане ждали долго, но персонал милый и все улыбаются

- Daria (9/5): Але цілком ми залишились задоволені але б хотілось трошки вищого сервісу в таких дрібничках - Все було чисто , охайно , зручно , класне місце роз положення , апартаменти великі та зручні для сімей , є дитячий майданчик і дитяча кімната , спа зона теж добра . Дуже гарний вид з вікна Не сподобалось що елементарно не було води в холодильнику, зазвичай в готелях апартаментах такого рівня є хоч пляшка води . Ми приїхали пізно а це село де в поблизу мало магазинів і воду купим можна тільки в них в ресторані , та теж нема капсул для кави хочаб по одній які теж тре купляти в них на рецепції ну якось дивно для такого рівню готелю не було таких базових речей .

Usytuowanie domków na pagórku sprawia, że widok jest obłędny, Restauracja w hotelu przy apartamentach serwuje bardzo dobre posiłki. Wielkim plusem jest możliwość skorzystania z hotelowego baseny (za dopłatą, ale w rozsądnej cenie)

- Ludo70 (7/5): - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Der Zugang zum Schwimmbad ist kostenpflichtig. Es ist nicht möglich, eine Eintrittskarte für den gesamten Aufenthalt zu erwerben. Die Zahlung muss täglich erfolgen. Das Schwimmbad ist nur abends geöffnet. Es gibt keine individuellen Umkleidekabinen. Das ist mit Kindern sehr unpraktisch. Das Poolwasser ist ziemlich kalt. - Sylva (8/5): Celkově jsem byla s ubytováním spokojená, lokalita je opravdu krásná a pokud bych v budoucnu hledala nocleh v této oblas - Nádherné prostředí, taková malebná lokalita, vše hezky vymyšlené, kuchař vaří výborně Bohužel musím zmínit několik negativních zkušeností s pobytem. V rozkládacím gauči byl velký nepořádek – drobky, vlasy a další nečistoty, skvrna hned po rozložení, snad káva, což působilo velmi neudržovaně a nepříjemně. Dále ložní polštáře byly již značně opotřebované a nepohodlné, určitě by stálo za to pořídit nové. Stejně tak matrace byly velmi nevhodné na spaní – vyležené a nepohodlné, takže spánek nebyl příliš kvalitní.

- AgaZK (10/5): - If you are looking for a very peaceful place with a short walk/ drive from hiking trails with beautiful views look no further. Apartments are located next to the golf course, few minutes away from fun park for kids. Apartments are very cozy. We had a wonderful time.

- Folkert (9/5): Keurig huisje en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen - Huisje was heel erg netjes met ruime slaapkamers. De ligging is binnen 7 minuten van winkels en mooie reisafstand van de leuke excursies in de bergen. En natuurlijk een heerlijk uitdagende golfbaan in de achtertuin.

Van vrijwel alle gemakken voorzien, Prettig voor- en achterterras, 2 toiletten, veel kastruimte.. Mooie ligging aan de rand van een Golf Resort. Eigen parkeerplaats.. Bed van slaapkamer voor volwassenen kraakte heel erg, matras was stevig. Klein kookplaatje met 2 pitjes zonder afzuigkap; niet echt ingericht om dagelijks zelf te koken.. Geen stofzuiger aanwezig om tussentijds even je eigen rommel op te ruimen.

- Willem (7/5): - huisje was modern, ruim en de ruimtes waren goed ingedeeld teflon pan die was erg beschadigd. Bij de receptie een nieuwe gevraagd. Ik kreeg toen een oude pan mee die er nog erger aan toe was. Beetje jammer, want de rest was echt goed.
- Sanne (9/5): Erg mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht - Het appartement was fris, schoon en voldoende ruim voor ons gezin met 5 personen. . Een heerlijke plek met 2 terrassen en een mooi uitzicht. Het was een kort stukje lopen naar de speeltuin Baldův svět. De bedden lagen lekker. De auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Vlak voordat wij aankwamen bleek de deur naar het terras niet in orde. We kregen een ander appartement toegewezen, wat wij erg fijn vonden. Het was voor ons geen groot probleem, maar er waren maar de kookplaat had maar 2 kookzones.
