Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren resepsiyon ekibinin karşılaması ve ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti. Tüm personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve samimi yaklaşımı tatilimizin en güzel yanlarından biriydi. Tesisin temizliği, odaların konforu ve genel hizmet kalitesi mükemmeldi. Özellikle restaurant hizmetleri son derece iyiydi; yemeklerin lezzeti, sunumlar ve servis personelinin ilgisi gerçekten takdire şayandı. Otelden ayrılırken dahi ilgi ve alakaları eksilmedi. Bizi Türk usulü uğurladılar, arkamızdan su döktüler, “Yolunuz su gibi açık olsun” diyerek güzel dileklerle yolcu ettiler. Huzurlu, keyifli ve kaliteli bir tatil için kesinlikle doğru adres. - Saniye (1/5): UN GRAND DESASTRE ET UNE GRANDE DECEPTION - RIEN À éviter surtout ! personnel mal honnête, on nous a facturé une chambre pour 5 personnes alors que nous étions que 4. Ils ont préféré le silence pour éviter de nous rembourser nos 500 € facturé sans aucun justificatif. Booking n'a absolument pas été coopératif puisque malgré les justificatifs envoyés, a préféré couvrir l'hôtel. C'est une honte. Si ne voulait pas perdre ni votre temps ni votre argent fuyez cet hôtel et réservez en dehors de booking, chose que je ferais désormais!

The food choice can be richer. For example, you can provide food from other regions (such as Asian) to attract Asian Travellers

Absolutely amazing all around.  - The quality of everything, the location, the snorkelling is amazing, the beaches are really good. Everything is exceptional. Also, we are lovers of cats, the cats in Turkey are amazing and so beautiful and friendly. Nothing, we like everything. The spa was a little bit smelly that was the only thing. So we didn’t go in it more than once.

Шведский стол вроде бы небольшой, но всегда было что то вкусное. Отель определённо про уединение. На самом деле территория отеля не очень большая, но очень много зон с лежаками по периметру полуострова. Анимации можно сказать нет, но это не столько минус, сколько видимо концепция отеля. Не понравилась идея самому каждый раз просить обновить минибар. С одной стороны он включён в стоимость, с другой делать вы будете это на сайте на турецком языке. О, и 3 канала на русском языке, в основном с рекламой и какими то странными сериалами. Если возмодно, хотелось бы конечно расширить список.

It’s slightly older hotel , but the rooms are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The All inclusive is very convenient . Also the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. Really good cocktails. The food was the only let down , the buffet is the same every night and the quality of the food is low. There are a few hits but the rest is not good . The A la cart restaurants are always full and it hard to get a booking.

- Yiran (9/5): A good choice in Turkey. - Located in a peninsula about 40 minutes away from Bodrum City, 70 minutes away from airport. Surrounded by 4 beach/pier swimming sites with lots of fishes to see. All inclusive buffet has lots of variety everyday. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Rooms are big and aircon works good. The customer service works via WhatsApp is a convenient way to communicate. There is an entertainment room with some games. Many staffs speaks very basic English. The taste of buffet food is not as good as we would expect (not as good as in Club Med Europe). The facility is a bit aged with leaking problem in our toilet. We arrive when the hotel is moderately busy, it can be very crowded for using entertainment room during peak season.

- Pavel (9/5): - Локация на полуострове очень необычно. С трех сторон разные виды и разные пляжи. Концентрация людей малая, есть ощущение уединенности. Еда на высшем уровне, повары красавчики. Еда готовится нонстоп круглые сутки. Чистота и уют везде. Это все скорее пожелания, чем негативные отзывы. Концертная программа могла быть понасыщеннее. Побольше бы неместного репертуара у некоторых певцов. Бары у пляжей хотелось бы, чтобы работали дольше, особенно когда встречаешь прекрасный закат в 19:30, а бар закрывается в 18 часов. Не помешало бы как-то более активно информировать и зазывать людей на различные активности - кажется что люди не приходят куда-то, потому что просто не знают об этом.

The foods were the best food you can eat at any restaurant , the tastes and the variety of the foods were amazing. The location of the resort is one of the best, seafront with nice calm swimmable water. I would highly recommend this place.

- Dina (10/5): Amazing stay, attention to detail is obvious in the management, would definitely stay here again. - Lets start by order, Reception and staff: easy and smooth check in, Valet for your car, the staff speak english very well. We faced a minor inconvenience on our first night where an insect got in from the trees around our room we called the front desk and they immediately got to our room and helped get rid of it and they offered to change our room and upgraded it to Seaview room (special thanks to the nightshift front desk workers on july.21 (ali and semet?(not really sure of his name but he was extra helpful)) Room: very big and with a small balcony. The beds are comfy and wide we had two twin beds. The bathroom is huge and very clean with both a bathtub and a shower. Food: the buffet in all meals (breakfast,lunch and dinner) was very diverse and delicious, also the food presentation was extra-nice. The waiting staff were very attentive and quick. We never even bothered to try the other restaurants in the island because the main one was just as good. Pools and beaches: they had two main pools, two decks (one is adults only with mobile free zone )and at least to beaches. Ordering drinks and snacks couldn’t be easier (you scan a QR code and order from the website). Towels were readily available and unlimited. Sunbeds are everywhere you would always find ones by the view (no need to reserve). Entertainments: Everyday there’s sports activities during the day like volleyball,yoga,pilates. For the night activities I loved the time-machine concert (a band that covered classic rock songs) - The spa: we were told that we can use the spa facilities for free but massages and etc are for a charge, when I went to check the spa out, i was told that for using the facilities of the spa there’s a 10 euro fee per guest (didn’t like this inconsistency between the staff) - The Ironing service: there’s no Iron in the room but I have to say that there is an ironing service where you ask the guest relations to take your clothes and they send them back ironed however it takes an hour, I sometimes needed a quick fix before going out and for that I would recommend offering the guest and iron to the room for those who ask for it.

- Burak (10/5): A Truly Memorable Stay at Xanadu Island - I recently spent a week at Xanadu Island, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location is breathtaking — nestled on a private peninsula with panoramic sea views that never get old. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with beautiful views and all the amenities you could need. The food was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the variety and quality were consistently impressive. From international dishes to local specialties, everything was fresh and delicious. My special thanks to Agit and Abdurrahman at Archipelago pool bar, and Mucahit, Serkan, Elif and Nesligul at main restaurant. I also would like to thank to all food & bevarage staff on behalf of Mutlu chef. I highly recommend Xanadu Island to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious holiday experience. We left with great memories and would definitely love to return!

- SEVAL (4/5): Très mauvais café et nourriture - Le personnel de l'accueil qui se plie en 4 mais qui ne peut rattraper tout ce qui ne va pas, la vue à couper le souffle, les accès aux plages sans buggy. Je ne sais pas par quoi commencer pour cet hôtel surcoté que je je comprends pas. Tout d'abord ma chambre qui sois disant fait 80 m2 mais pas du tout c'est faux, elle était plus petite. Ensuite le café je n'ai jamais bu un café aussi dégueulasse de ma vie. Ca coute si cher une bonne machine à café ? Moi et mon époux nous ne consommons pas d'alcool mais seulement du thé et café. Les alcools étaient de bonne marque mais pas le café, nous étions lésés. La nourriture trop salés et toujours la même chose, pas bon du tout, aucune saveur ... très mauvaise ... dommage pour nous qui ne sommes pas de gros mangeur. La propreté est très approximative. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, vous allez gâcher une forte somme et allez être très déçu. Pour moi plus jamais.

- Vladimir (10/5): Отличный отель - Отдыхали в отеле Xanadu Island Hotel с 04 по 10 июня 2025 года. Это наша вторая поездка в этот отель. Номер очень просторный с потрясающим видом на море! Уборка номера добросовестная. Весь персонал отеля профессиональный и добросовестный. Обслуживание в ресторанах и барах идеальное. Алкоголь оригинальный, если в чистом виде заказывать. Хочется отметить бар около бассейна ARCHIPELAGO BAR (кофе «Фраппучино» рекомендую попробовать именно там). Кухня реально вкусная и разнообразная. Блюда приготовлены очень хорошо. Много фруктов. Красивая подача блюд, что бывает крайне редко в таких больших отелях. Шеф-повар тот же, что и в прошлом году. Он постоянно в зале и контролирует весь процесс. Ставлю 5+ 👍 Есть променад вокруг острова. Вода необыкновенно чистая, но прохладная. Лежаков достаточно. В этом году сделали новый большой двухуровневый пляж. Каждый лежак со своим тентом, что удобно. На каждом пирсе есть холодильник с прохладительными напитками. Также можно по QR-коду заказать напитки из любого бара, не вставая с лежака. У жены был День Рождения, во время нашего пребывания в отеле. В номер принести цветы, торт, шампанское, надули воздушные шары. Было приятно! Ресепшен работает отлично! Через What’s App всегда можно связаться с Guest relation. В этом году русскоговорящая Полина - менеджер по работе с гостями. Во время отдыха два раза требовалась замена батарейки в сейфе. В обоих случаях мастер пришел в номер в течение пять минут. Отель рекомендую 100 %. В такое место хочется вернуться. Не каждый день приносили кофе капсулы, приходилось напоминать. Мини-бар не пополнялся ни разу в течение нашего пребывания(( самый большой недостаток -это подушки ( из трех предложенных вариантов ни один не подошел, слишком жесткие).

- Olga (8/5): Great escape - Xanadu Island Hotel truly offers a luxurious and tranquil escape in a breathtaking setting. The location is incredible—secluded and peaceful, with panoramic views of the sea that are simply unforgettable. The private beaches are clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim. One of the standout features for me was the room. Spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean, with one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve ever seen—modern, well-designed, and stocked with everything you could need. Waking up to the sea view each morning was an experience in itself. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality added a very personal touch and made the whole experience feel special. I was disappointed with the bar service and drink quality. Orders were occasionally mixed up or delayed, and some of the cocktails were poorly made—undrinkable, in fact. The sparkling wine was especially bad and not up to the standard you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. It’s an area that really stood out in contrast to the otherwise high-quality experience. Overall, despite the bar shortcomings, Xanadu Island is a stunning resort with much to offer. I would absolutely return for the location, views, incredible rooms, and top-notch staff—but I do hope they improve their bar offerings in the future.

- Dmitry (9/5): Мы остались довольны, для удобства гостей отметил некоторые ньюансы.. - Отель, обычно, выбирается по фотографиям на интернет ресурсах, где можно оценить номер и территорию. И то, и другое полностью соответствует ожиданиям. В целом, отель соответствует своему высокому рейтингу на booking.com. При развернутой оценке следует учесть, что период нашего проживания 5-9 мая еще не сезон, не все корпуса отеля работали. 1) Территория - оценка 5. Отель занимает целый полуостров, со всех сторон окружен морем. Отдыхающие имеют широкий выбор отдыха на шезлонгах: у одного из двух бассейнов, на песчаном пляже, на травяных террасах, или на деревянных настилах у воды. К сожалению, южный помост был закрыт без особых причин, ощущение, что пока не сезон и не хватает персонала. Замечательный променанд по периметру полуострова. Спортивные площадки расположены в стороне, у вьезда в отель, поэтому никому не мешают. Из минуса - бассейны без подогрева, в мае еще бывает прохладно и сильные ветра (полуостров), это стоит учитывать. 2) Номера - оценка 5. Проживали в номере Sunset, номер просторный, с шикарным видом на море, гостинная и спальня, в номере 3 дивана. 3) Питание - 4+. Мне показалось, что не все возможности отеля были задействованы в начале мая. В целом, еды хватало, готовят вкусно, но, если придираться, и, учитывая высокий рейтинг отеля, есть ньюансы. Катастрофически мало фруктов, не было дыни, ананаса, арбузов, абрикосов, и даже клубники (в сезон, 100 лир за 1 кг на рынках!). На гриле, под заказ, готовят только 2 блюда, антрикоты (для меня мясо было слишком жестким) и котлетки. Почему не добавить рыбы, море продуктов, баранины. Справедливости ради стоит отметить, что отдельно имелись блюда, сделанные на гриле - овощи, курица. Удобна система увеличенного времени на завтрак, обед и ужин, меньше очереди и всегда есть места (был не сезон). Выбор десертов - особая фишка шеф повара, больше 60 видов! А вот на завтрак только один вид сока, апельсиновый. 4) Спа центр, он никакой. Бассейн пахнет хлоркой, посетителей в нем за 4 дня не видели. За посещение спа и хамам требуется доплачивать 10 Евро с человека, мне это кажется странным в отеле с системой все включено и стоимостью проживания от 300 Евро за ночь. 5) Не хватило места, отметить все плюсы, продолжаю здесь отмечать плюсы. Чистейшая вода, так как полуостров, чего не всегда найдешь в отелях на побережье. 6) Есть своя парковка. 7) Есть услуги аква спорта. 8) Удобные лежаки с собственной системой регулировки козырька. 8) Очень красивый понорамный бассейн с восточной стороны. Детей с кругам не было, я бы их сюда не пускал. С запада больше отдыхают с детьми, там есть небооьшой детский бассейн. Отель как-бы соответствует категории только для взрослых, хотя такого ограничения нет, но это не тот отель куда стоит ехать с детьми, на мой взгляд.
- Лыжник Миша (10/5): - Вся территория отеля расположена на острове, что создает очень уютную атмосферу для отдыха. Номер было всегда очень чисто и опрятно. Очень дружелюбный и не навязчивый персонал. На территории отеля есть теннисный корт и небольшое искусственное футбольное поле. Анимация была очень не навязчива и не заметна, можно было отдыхать так, как тебе хочется - либо активно и либо спокойно и размеренно. Питание было вкусное и качественное, предлагаемые блюда были разнообразными и из свежих продуктов. На территории есть два ресторана A La Carte. Есть несколько зон для пляжного отдыха: - зона у песчаного пляжа. Вход в воду, как мне показалось, довольно крутой - две зоны с лежаками на пирсах со спуском в воду по лестнице - большая зона с лежаками на траве чуть выше с доступом к воде через пирсы или пляж. Во всех зонах работает удобное обслуживание и можно заказать напитки и снеки. В целом отель очень понравился, в отпуске удалось хорошо отдохнуть и набраться сил для возвращения в рабочие будни. Покрытие футбольного поля не помешало обновить, оно было уже довольно твердое.

Drawers were not totally clean. There is no food service in the pool and sea area, only beverages.
