We really like the concept, where you have your private bedroom with bathroom (also fridge in the room), and a common dining room, kitchen, and a big balcony you can use anytime. Arriving from/to the airport was super easy by train, and the metro station is also very near.

The accommodation is located a few minutes from metro station and you can reach the center in 15 minutes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is self service which is fine but could have more options like eggs or fruits.

• Ramona (10/5): Cazare minunată in Roma - Comfort, curățenie, conformitate cu descrierea, gazda amabilă și disponibilă. Apartamentul este amplasat într-o zonă liniștită și curata cu acces rapid la metrou și autobuz. Restaurante și trattoria foarte aproape și cu mâncare excelenta la prețuri decente.
• Martina (10/5): Spokojenost - Snídaně se skládá z široké nabídky trvanlivého baleného pečiva či sušenek. V lednici najdete jogurty, máslo, sýr a salámy. S touto nabídkou jsem počítala a tak byla plně vyhovující. Komunikace byla přes whats app, rychlá, snadná, srozumitelná. Způsob check inu byl taky jasný. Pokoje čisté, dostačující. Kdybych si znovu vybírala ubytování, klidně bych znovu zvolila toto. Není to kritika jen doporučení. Nějaké čerstvé pečivo nebo ovoce by se hodilo.

• Cristina (9/5): Ottima scelta - Il giorno della partenza Francesca ci ha inviato subito le istruzioni per accedere all'edificio e alla nostra camera. La struttura si trova vicino alla fermata metro Libia, 5 minuti a piedi. Al nostro arrivo la stanza era già pronta, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Non abbiamo sentito rumori durante la notte, le stanze sembrano essere abbastanza insonorizzate. Per quanto riguarda la colazione abbiamo trovato dolce e salato, in frigo pacchetti di salumi, sottilette, latte e succhi di frutta. A disposizione in stanza macchina da caffè e cappuccinatore, ma ho visto che c'era anche una moka in cucina. Molto gentile Francesca, sempre pronta a rispondere ai nostri messaggi. Ottima la pulizia. Il materasso non era molto comodo e per mio marito il letto è un po' corto (lui è alto 1,84). Se venite in macchina trovare parcheggio in zona è estremamente difficile.

Em geral estava limpo, mas as paredes estavam sujas, de café e não só O pequeno almoço, não estava ninguém lá Tínhamos que nos servir sozinhos e ontem passamos a deixar a mochila e reparamos que a coisas que tinham para comer eram as mesmas do dia anterior. No primeiro dia tive receio porque as ruas ficam desertas, mas depois vi que é bem tranquilo mesmo. Mercados e outros serviços próximos. Francesca anfitriã muito educada e rápida nas respostas. Há na cozinha compartilhada uma limitação de horário para uso.

• Jing (8/5): Very good - The location. The B&B’s located in a building in a very local residential area, away from the busy tourism spots, but just 10 min walk to the metro station. There are a few convenient stores and great restaurants nearby. The room is small but clean with espresso and frother machine, coffee pods provided, so you can have great quality cappuccino at home. :-) Generally we enjoyed everything when stayed here, but we think that the self-served breakfast could be improved by providing more choices, and have the basic stuff such as eggs refilled everyday. The fresh eggs in the fridge were running out on the 2nd day and we reminded the caretaker about it, but it was not refilled till we left on the 4th day.
• Peter (10/5): It really is “just like home” - What a wonderful place to explore Rome!! Just 7 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes from the Termini, this location is ideal. Lots of options in the neighborhood for eating, shopping and relaxing. The breakfast area is terrific with all the food you might want. It’s serve yourself, all day and night with coffee, tea and snacks. Breakfast includes eggs, meats , cheezes, yogurt, bread. It’s has a panini press, toaster, microwave stove oven….everything!! Room is taken care off often and there is a good shower either plenty of hot water. All in all a gem!! The owner was kind and with helpful suggestions. The housekeeping staff whose name is Winnie, a Filipina, was very friendly and hardworking! She is very helpful especially giving directions and advice the guests which is the best places, stores, as well as connections for best touristic experience. I would recommend this to travelers planning to stay in the heart of Rome!

Apartment is super cosy and very clean. Breakfast is good, but if we stayed for more than 3 days, it would probably become repetitive. For 3 days it is ok to eat it everyday.

The room was cleaned every day, the photos matches with reality, we had breakfast every day, the room was big enough and the bathroom too. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe and the metro station Libia is at 6-7 min walking. This is on the blue line which helps to get very quickly to main locations. I have no complaints to do and I will totally recommend it. For sure will choose it if we will visit Rome again. I liked everything about this location
