We especially loved how much outdoor living space there is for enjoying the holiday, relaxing, and simply taking in the peaceful tropical atmosphere. The entire property feels luxurious yet warm and welcoming at the same time. The pool is absolutely outstanding, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. What also made our stay special was the exceptional staff — always available, fast, attentive, precise, and genuinely kind. Every request was handled quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and the spa experience was equally outstanding. It is a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, nature, and luxury.
• Charles (10/5): Outstanding - Just about everything. The beach is manicured daily. Food and drinks good. Reception uses WhatsApp to communicate and this works well. The travel agent who preys on hotel clients - and who is NOT a hotel employee - demands payment in cash despite a fully functional card reader which is very annoying in a country where the biggest bank note is $4.00. I'm not convinced that the tip we asked her to pass on to the tour guide reached him as despite request for his WhatsApp number she didn't send it. Have suggested to hotel that they review their arrangement.

• 155tiborl (10/5): An amazing place! - A place that in reality looks even better than on pictures. When we arrived here, the place was beyond expectations. Beautiful gardens, full of flowers, crossed by small alleys connecting the villas and facilities - which are well distributed to offer silence and privacy for the guests. Our villa, at the end of the alley, was amazing. Fully equipped, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with an extra-large terrace overlooking our private pool, overlooking the beach and further, the ocean. Words cannot describe the beauty and energy of the place. Reception, and the staff overall, anticipating our needs and helpful all the time. Then, the bar & restaurant: outstanding in terms of variety, taste, ambience, price and service. And a special mention to the Spa as well: on top of a small hill, under the shadow of a large large tree, super relaxing massages are offered in a serene environment. All in all, a great place, probably the best in the area. • Tali Efraty (10/5): Amazing resort with wonderful villas and a magnificent beach strip - The management was super nice. The resort manager woke up to welcome us at 4AM! to make sure that all is okay. We got a super large villa, with more rooms and space than we needed. The villa had a sizable swimming pool and a path to a perfect beach strip that was all for us. The villa was located a bit far from the restaurant, so we had to ask for a club-car every time we left the villa. We didn't like the fact that we were charged for those rides... In addition, restaurant was good, but the priciest we came across in Madagascar.

• Barbora (8/5): Very good - The place is fantastic, looks like a fairytale, the villa was spacious and tasteful, the beach, the sea, the view, little pool, all great. The servise, although staff was friendly and they were trying, they could not provide a good quality service, all took increadibly long, half of the things were not available, no one could speak proper english. We got food poisoned at the restaurant three times, all of us, so eventually after that third attempt we stopped going there.

The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We did a combination of relaxing in our villa and enjoying the resort facilities as well as fun excursions which we were able to book through the resort. It was a truly wonderful family vacation!
• lisalolad (10/5): Best resort ever… - The best resort in Nosy with no doubt. We had a fantastic stay with our kids. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was great as well as the service. The villas are huge but for the price of a hotel room !! Our only regret is not have stay longer ! The zip line and the excursion to Nosy Fany is a must do…
• Nikolai (8/5): Very good - We really liked the size of the villa, food in the restaurant was delicious, SPA was really relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no that much of the Beach but if you walk 20/30 min on the sand you will get to a beautiful beach in front of local village.
• Matt (5/5): Beautiful views but not very comfortable or worth the value - Beautiful views from the Seaview Room and the pool was really nice to use with plenty of space in the villa. Privacy is limited especially with the daily maid (who was invasive and showed up continually even when asked not to come or to leave) AC is only in bedrooms and one living space and 3 of our 5 did not work.
• Wesley (10/5): Simply amazing!!! - super clean houses, wonderful restaurant, super attentive staff, the sound of the sea, the wonderful view…. All very good! And the restaurant's chef Rivo prepared a special dinner with typical Brazilian food for us... it was a show Everything was fine !!
• just_saraff (10/5): A haven of peace and beauty - We stayed in villa Ankoay (H11) for two weeks in half board. The 3-bedroom villa is modern, elegant and spacious, with a very large infinity pool enjoying a magnificent 180° view of Befotaka bay. A haven of peace and beauty. The villa was serviced by Luisette, who carefully took care of the cleaning and maintenance everyday from around 7am to 2pm. We couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness and service, always delivered with a smile. A special word also to Nathaniel, the manager, who received us with a wonderful check-in in the villa and checked on us throughout the stay. The beach is just a few meters downhill. It’s a deserted and natural beach, perfect for long walks and some quiet time. We had mixed feelings about the restaurant and food service. The breakfast buffet is very basic and not at 4-star level. They deliver in the villas during the day, which is very convenient, but the selection of snacks and salads is limited. In the evenings, the choice of “plat du jour” ensures diversity and food is well-cooked and nicely presented. However, we were sick a couple of times during the stay… Although in general the restaurant staff is nice, we would advise checking the charges that you sign up there, as we had “mistakes” a few times, always in their favor (specifically, Miza always seemed to be involved). In any case, food and drink prices are very reasonable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return in the future.

• Ahmed (7/5): It is a nice, calm resort with reasonable facilities. - warm private and facility pool water was amazing. views from the villa were very good. it is quiet and private. The spa facility was fantastic. A good resort but need to keep expectations in place. This is nothing like the modern facilities you will find in east asian tourist places like Thalang, phuket or Nusa dua, Bali. Very few of the staff members speak english, which is a challenge if you are not a fluent french speaker. the accommodation is a little old and stairs in our villa were too steep to be safe. food is average.
• sannoba (10/5): Exceptional Property - Home The Residence - This was my first visit to Nosy Be. I had booked three nights at this property. The hotel is very nice. Exceptional, in fact. The service was good too. The breakfast was lovely and so was the food in general. I enjoyed the apartment I had booked. It was clean, impeccable in fact. The only thing about my apartment was that it required me to go down the hill and climb up every single time I needed to access Restaurant or the Reception. The wi-fi network was not too good either. The landline phone in the paartment was dysfunctional and no one bothred to get it connected in spite of repeated requests. People hardly spoke English. Overall, a good property if you havesome company. A solo traveller such as myself struggled a little bit there.
• Falyrav (10/5): Exceptional - The villas are beautiful, right on the beach front. The personnel is very professional, courteous and friendly. The food is very good! Maybe just a few healthier options for breakfast would be necessary.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - It’s the perfect gateway resort. away from everything on the island, completely isolated. the nature surrounding the resort is a mazing, right in the middle of the jungle. It’s 40~ mins from Hell Ville and 1 hour from the airport.
• HCaldas (2/5): Be careful - Atencion be careful to your bill, 50000 art +- 12€ because unfortunately I have broken the small card that comes with your key, I have broken 1°minute that I have put it in my pocket, it is not a fair price. So after that I start to check all the bills and I have found some other mistakes
• Verified traveler (10/5): Pick This Spot, Opt for the Pool - We flew up from Tana early in the morning after traveling the day before from the states. This hotel was exactly what we were expecting and exactly as comfortable as we needed. The staff was excellent and accommodating, the food was good, and they were able to coordinate a bit of travel for us throughout the island. I would recommend the villa with the private pool to anyone that goes.
