We were thrilled we did as the rooms were a decent size, check in was easy, breakfast was convenient and good (both Japanese and Western options), very clean, very quiet and most importantly the location was amazing! It is connected to the Shibuya train station so we could access any part of Tokyo very easily! Also walking distance to lots of dinning options and Shibuya crossing, but far enough away that it is quiet! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again! After staying at 4 different hotels during our Japan trip (including another in Tokyo), this was the best hotel overall!

- Erica (10/5): - Room was a tad small, but was very clean. Amenities like laundry and toiletries (razor, soap, tea, etc) are available 24/7. Staff was extremely helpful, and have a translator on hand if needed. Self check-in and check-out was very straightforward. Hotel has it own pathway to Shibuya station and easy access to JR line. I read a review saying stairs was the only way to get to the 3rd floor elevator to access the hotel, but there is an entrance to the left of the stairs where you can access the elevator on the 1st floor so you do not need to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overall great stay.

For first time visitors, we loved this hotel, especially for the price. I was concerned about the “twin” bed they advertised for 2 people- it was as large as a full and comfortable. They have a coffee/tea machine in the lobby with some nice amenities available to take back to your room. Will definitely stay here again.

Their laundry facilities were supremely helpful and the fact that I could check if any machines were free from the comfort of my room was amazing!! The front desk staff was really helpful and helped me book luggage forwarding to the airport for the first time, had a luggage scale to borrow, and had a fully stocked amenities bar for my personal grooming needs. I could not ask for a better hotel and will definitely be back!!

- Phuong (8/5): - They have good customer service. They kept this hotel well maintained and clean. My twin room are not so tight and bathroom are very clean. Air conditioner are strong and a lot of nice TV channel to watch. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the Shibuya Stream shopping mall and Shibuya train station. They give out free toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, face cleanser, tea, coffee and etc. at the lobby.
- William (10/5): - This boutique hotel in Osaka was absolutely fantastic, and the room had all that you need in a compact Japanese form. Excellent concierge staff. Many supermarkets and corner eats and walkable to Metro.

- Cengiz (6/5): - The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to get around the city by subway or taxi. The only downside is the size of the rooms and the beds. They are quite small. One side of the bed is the wall and the size is like a single. I wish they had a bit larger rooms.

- Sandra (4/5): - We only stayed for one night, and while the location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a shopping mall—the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the bed being attached to the wall made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Check-in was done through a self-service kiosk, and while there was staff available, they weren’t very friendly and their English was limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price, as it doesn’t meet the expected standards.
- CELINA (8/5): - I stayed with my family during a summer vacation in Tokyo. I like the fact that this hotel is at a location that is convenient for almost everything from food, shopping, to transportation. It is a 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble and less than 10 min walk to Shibuya crossing and Shibuya train station. The property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
- Wanda T (8/5): - I got into hotel just after 9pm and there was one agent on duty. The check in was via a kiosk and she was helping another guest. After some time, we checked in and the room was nice. It was clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated. There were slippers and a robe, nice touch (didn't get that at the Hilton Tokyo Bay!) The bidet had warm toilet (Hilton did not). There was complimentary coffee and the usual toiletries you get at lobby. Location was close to the Stream near many restaurants, very convenient. Lobby isn't grand and it's in small office building. If you're good with that which I was, I totally recommend this hotel for the price, room and location!!

- Jay (10/5): Great hotel with friendly staff - This is a great hotel if you are arriving from or departing to NRT airport as it's a direct line no transfers. The hotel is essentially connected to the station so you don't have to wheel luggage across Tokyo streets. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind.

Hotelier are very nice and they even allow to leave my carriers in their office due to fright time after check out. There is little bit of problem. Hotel is located right behind subway lines. So if you are sensitive regarding the noise, you need to check up room location. Front side of building may be OK because it is face to small street.

Its prime location offered unparalleled convenience: just steps from a 7-Eleven, direct access to the railway station via the third floor, and a nearby coffee shop. Within a short walk, we reached the busy shopping mall area and the iconic Shibuya Crossing. The room, though compact—a common feature in Tokyo—was impeccably clean, including the bathroom. Positioned on the 11th floor, we enjoyed a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle. A standout feature was the in-room washer/dryer combo, complete with detergent. We could monitor the laundry status directly from the room’s TV that added to our convenience. While we didn’t opt for the daily morning buffet, we decided to try it on our last day. It was easy to walk in and pay, and the buffet offered a nice variety of options. Additional amenities included a selection of toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, bath salts, etc.) available in the lobby, and complimentary hot water and coffee in the lobby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with English-speaking personnel making communication seamless. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay.

Rooms are small in Japan, it is better to reserve a room with 2 beds. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was a pickle buffet of cold foods: carrots, mixed veggies, egg salad, fried chicken, fish. There were eggs previously cooked on a table, cold! Margarine, not butter, onion soup. Nothing to do with breakfast or good food.

Also, these cabinets stored Hotel equipment and paraphernalia so a guest could not use them. Overall, although the room was superficially attractive, it did not provide the basics for a traveller to easily access their suitcases.

The one not great issue was cleanliness of the bathroom- sink had some of last occupant’s remnants still there and shower had last occupant’s single hair on the shower wall. But since everything else was great, I would still consider staying here again.

- Min Yen Veronica (6/5): - Location, location and location. Whilst being aware rooms in Tokyo tend to be small, it was still smaller than expected. Breakfast selection was limited. Location is excellent though, sheltered walkways through mall to Shibuya train station. The closest exit was the new south exit which is directly above the AirPort Express platform. 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble so everything is super accessible. Probably won’t stay again but highly recommend for people who is just looking for a convenient place to sleep, venture out most of day and night.

The hotel has a mandatory room cleaning policy on the 4th night to make sure the rooms are sanitary, which we love. We love a clean room! We love the breakfast buffet but we wish there is more variety in the menu. We stayed for 5 nights but we got tired of the same breakfast menu on the 3rd day. The hotel is conveniently located. It is just right the JR station and just minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble.

Minutes away from restaurants, both large ones (Shibuya Stream) and smaller family-owned ones. Breakfast was wonderful—a great variation and of very good quality. Rooms are very clean (newer hotel) with ample space for Tokyo standards. Daily cleaning was done with no additional charge. Laundromat was a plus. Checking-in was a breeze.

I highly recommend adding the breakfast commendations if you stay. The French toast blew my mind. I actually left my jacket there and emailed the hotel and they said they could keep it there until I pick it up, knowing I was couldn’t be there for 6 days. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Near yet away in Shibuya - Getting to the hotel was confusing, as there are levels to Shibuya centre. And coming from the station Google did drive us all over the place. But once you got the hang of the area it was pretty easy walk to the hotel. Connected to the Shibuya station and the sakura stage building. The hotel is in a quiet lane yet is ten minutes away from the scramble, and the shopping area. For people taking the narita airport limousine, the stop is it's a 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel room (ours was a twin room) was impressively bigger than the ones we stayed in Tokyo. Overall a really nice hotel
