J'ai eu une problème car j'avais oublié mon cellulaire dans mon appartement et avec un voisin j'ai pu vous appeler et j'ai eu une excellent service. Seulement j'ai remarqué que lorsqu'on sélectionne le service en francais ça disait que vous étiez fermé. Je parle en anglais c'est correct, mais pour une urgence de clients franco ce n'est pas optimal et si comme moi il y avait un problème pour rentrer dans l'appartement ça peut être un peu paniquant pour un client franco un dimanche soir. Sinon je trouve que le ménage n'était pas parfait et à la hauteur d'un hôtel. Ce n'était pas sur " la coche" pour la cuisine.. plancher, cheveux un peu partout par terre dans le salon. Divan sale... peu invitant. Lit très bien et salle de bain très belle, et ménage OK.

El razonamiento de las cosas por ejemplo dos cápsulas para lavar la ropa, dos cápsulas para lavar los platos etc y si quieres más pagas. Si quieres entrar antes aunque no haya nadie , paga. Si quieres salir más tarde solo puedes una hora más y pagando. Todo pagar. Tienes que dejar una fianza bastante elevada , aunque después la retornan.

The lack of a reception desk and luggage storage is inconvenient. Furthermore, the discount code provided for the partner storage service didn't work (expired or invalid), which was quite disappointing.
- Sherree (9/5): Perfect - great value and very comfortable - The location was amazing - right next to grocery stores and restaurants and a short walk to the Bell Center. The apartments were beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. The only complaint was the shower temperature control dial - it was stiff and wouldn't turn. However the water was hot and great pressure. We had some trouble with our door code not working but the staff came promptly within a minute and got us in.

- Chloé (10/5): Exceptionnel - Je recommande cet appartement à 200%, tout est parfait! La literie est incroyable et la localisation exceptionnelle permettant de rejoindre le centre ville à pieds. Le ménage était impeccable. Le chauffage un peu bruyant la nuit mais on s'y habitue vite.

- Christian (9/5): Super Arpartment - Wir waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel, diesmal Appartement 306 und auch dieses mal hat der Check in wieder ohne Probleme funktioniert.Das Bett war wieder Mega bequem und die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet um kochen zu können. Leider war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken im Badezimmer verstopft.In der Küche hatte ein Schwamm und ein Geschirrtuch gefehlt.
- Christian (9/5): Top Appartement - Ein unkomplizierter Check-in, zwar alles digital und ohne persönlichen Kontakt aber dafür lief alles reibungslos über den per Mail gesendeten Bording Pass.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist auch gut.Eine Metro Station und ein Parkhaus sowie unzählige Restaurants bzw. Fast Food Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hier und da hätte der Fußboden und das Geschirr etwas sauberer sein können.

- Benedicte (10/5): Magnifique - une bonne localisation pour ceux qui aiment être au centre-ville et vivre la belle vie à Montréal, comme moi. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’appartement : très propre et calme.🩷 Par contre, leur système de mots de passe est un peu exagéré. Je comprends que c’est pour la sécurité, mais ils devraient trouver une autre façon de gérer ça.

Rappukäytävää pystyi käyttämään alaspäin, mutta siellä nukkui asunnottomia. Äänet huoneen ulkopuolelta kuului huoneistoon. Huoneessa oli huono ilma, johtuen ehkä ilmanvaihtokanavasta ikkunan alapuolella

L’appartement est bien mais les thermopompes de chauffage font beaucoup de bruit et les codes pour tout; portes, ascenseur, et porte d’entrée. Les stationnements proches étaient exorbitants mais nous avons trouvé pas trop loin a 21$/24 hrs.

- Jessica (1/5): Sconsigliato, assistenza clienti assente. - Niente Non mi è stato possibile raggiungere l'appartamento, ho annullato tempestivamente la prenotazione, una prenotazione di 7 notti, ho ricevuto un piccolissimo rimborso, rimborso che non copre neanche le tasse ed i costi che la struttura non ha dovuto affrontare per la mia assenza. Sarebbe stato corretto rimborsarmi almeno le ultime 2 notti del soggiorno, ma che siano stati trattenuti anche i costi accessori è scandaloso. Pessima gestione, almeno i costi che la struttura non ha sostenuto dovevano essermi riconosciuti.

- Florence (9/5): - Bien situé à proximité du métro et de plusieurs arrêts de bus en centre ville. L'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos. Grandes fenêtres qui apportent de la lumière. Literie grande et confortable. Salle de bain grande, avec lave linge et sèche linge. Indications claires et système de communication via Whatsapp efficace et rapide en cas de besoin ou questions. 4 codes de sécurité pour accéder au logement, fastidieux en fin de journée mais en tant que femme voyageant seule, ils m’ont permis de me sentir en sécurité. J’ai passé un agréable séjour. Le vis à vis avec l’immeuble d’en face donc une sensation de manque d'intimité quand les stores sont levés. Des odeurs de cigarettes (entre autre ... ) à certains moments alors que c’est un immeuble non fumeur.

- Xinyi (6/5): Its ok - most things are ok, space is clean, has everything i needed, location is great, paid parking garages are within walking distance. on the first night, some guy was trying to open my door and its 11pm and i was tired from hours of driving. not only did he knock multiple times but also typing on the keypad and trying to unlock it. i could not tell who it was and there is no peep hole on the door. i felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable with the encounter. i emailed the videos to the company on 12/19 and got no reply. the place is good but just the attitude of this company is enough to turn me away forever. sorry
