• Mark Etrheim (9/5): - Location is as good as it gets. Restaurants, shops, Trevi Fountain is 100 meters away. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Room was nice, bathroom was good. Has a safe. 2nd floor room no elevator. So if you have big bags it's a bit difficult. Has a small area as you enter, they had plates and silverware, coffee, hot water but no microwave. Refrig is tiny and in other room.

He didn’t rush us after our long journey from India and gave us time to settle in, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome. The main door could really use some attention—it would benefit from being painted or polished to give a warmer feel. It’s such a lovely apartment, and upgrading the entrance would make it feel even more exclusive and luxurious.ii

On top of the bedroom area there was a nice living room TV area that gave it an appartment atmosphere! On top of that is a 3 min walk to Fontana di Trevi ...so very well placed! I would especially like to praise the staff, particularly Daniel, who was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and even arranged a taxi for us. Truly outstanding service.

• Chris (8/5): Excellent facilities and location with super helpful staff to greet us and support where needed. - The suite was a very good size and facilities were very good. Location was perfect, close to the Trevi Fountain and not far from the Pantheon - also very accessible location for a walk from Termini train station and all other main tourist sites and shopping areas - excellent! Katerina and Daniel were both on hand to greet us and help with anything we needed - very friendly and happy to keep our bags to allow us a final day sightseeing as we had a late flight home. Thank You. Overall we were very happy - the bed was a little firm for our taste but overall fine. Despite the location the noise was not bad at all when windows closed, light sleepers may need ear plugs and eye mask, but all good.

• Carol (3/5): It was dirty and so disappointing. The worst place we’ve stayed - We liked the location and the spacious room. The room was filthy, we wiped some of the edges and the towel was black. The bed had hair in it. The baseboards had not been wiped for a very long time. The air conditioner leaked and there were marks from previous water leaks on the cloth headboard. We did take pictures and showed our hosts the dirt, they got their cleaning staff to come back the next day but that first night we both felt dirty and we slept in a dirty bed. Yuck! We only did this because we were so tired from our travelling day. There was grime and dirt around the handles in the bathroom and on the armoire. They did nothing to compensate us.

The service is good, and overall it feels like a safe place, aside from one odd incident with a man waiting outside the entrance who wanted to talk. The main area for improvement would be cleanliness. The sheets could be changed more often, and the property doesn’t quite feel like a hotel in terms of upkeep. Also, there’s no elevator, which made carrying bags a bit of a hassle.

• Tiago SANCHES MORETTI (10/5): Perfeito. - O local é perfeito, muito próximo a Fontana e demais pontos turísticos o que facilita e muito para fazer as visitas. O apartamento é super espaçoso e acomoda muito bem, com várias opções, frigobar, tomadas, banheiro espaçoso. O responsável pela acomodação foi muito atencioso, nos recebeu na porta, ajudou com as malas e repetiu isso quando fomos embora, nos deu várias dicas e orientações para que tivéssemos uma boa estadia. O único dia que pedimos para fazer a limpeza ela não foi ok.

Cada vez que salía podía pasar a ver la Fontana a cualquier hora del día. Me gusto todo en cuanto a este alojamiento, a pesar de que no tiene ascensor y subir escaleras puede sonar pesado, valía la pena ya que todo se sentía más cercano, humano y acogedor.
• Ashley (9/5): Excellent stay and easy access to Rome - Location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the fountain, but also well placed enough to walk to other locations. The room was clean and had everything you need and the bathroom was to a good standard. Check in was easy, with keys left on the door as we arrived a little late. Not too much of dislike, it can be a little noisy as you’re on a Main Street, but the windows kept out so much of the noise and we slept fine.

• Amber (10/5): Beautiful and roomy - You will not be disappointed - This was one of my favorite rooms, from our stay, in all of Italy. There was a separate room with a couch, a bedroom and bathroom, all with doors to separate. It was quite and near everything we needed. I loved that the entrance is kind of hidden but in plain site. The windows opened to the street and it was nice to open them up in the mornings and evenings. The windows when closed blocked out noise and covers to block out light. Comfy bed, nice big bathroom with separate shower and sink areas (if your a woman this is important when doing makeup). Also the room is full of mirrors, loved that for getting dressed! This is a wonderful place to stay, everything was perfect!!! I have nothing bad to say - We enjoyed our stay here. I did not see an elevator and there are stairs upon entrance. Just know this. Most places we stayed all throughout Italy did not have elevators, not an issue for us but could be for others.

Daniel talked to the cleaning staff about finishing cleaning our room so we could check in early. He also assisted us when we needed copies of our IDs. Loved having 2 bedrooms! Soooo many stairs with no lift/elevator, but Daniel carried my bags up the stairs to our room.
