The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The food was also very good. Breakfast was especially impressive—rich, varied, and offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. In the evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, where I highly recommend trying the beef soup and the steak. Both dishes were delicious and well-prepared. The spa and pool area exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect place to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

The breakfast offers a good variety of local products, and there is also an option for a quality à la carte dinner. The spa is excellent and a great way to relax after skiing. The staff is friendly, efficient, and speaks English well.

• Kseniia (9/5): Дуже приємні враження: комфортний готель, смачні сніданки, чудове spa і зручне розташування - Номер виявився кращим, ніж на фото на сайті. Це був дуже приємний сюрприз: у реальності він виглядає краще, ніж очікуєш, і загалом є зручним та комфортним. Дуже смачні сніданки, які входять у вартість номера. За 5 днів вони зовсім не набридли: усе було свіже, вибір достатній, і на різні смаки. Сніданками ми залишилися дуже задоволені. Спа-зона справді класна. Басейн відкривався з 11:00, а з 13:00 починали працювати сауни та інфініті-басейн. Саме через інфініті-басейн ми свого часу й обрали цей готель — і не пошкодували. Сама спа-зона сучасна, доглянута, приємна. Дуже зручне розташування для катання: готель ski-in / ski-out, є вихід прямо на трасу. Зручна парковка: можна комфортно поставити авто, і з паркінгу є прямий вихід у готель. Також із парковки є вихід у депо / кімнату для зберігання спорядження. Усе дуже чисто, акуратно, сучасно, продумано. Лижі та спорядження добре висихають, і великий плюс у тому, що не треба нести все це в номер. Із готелю зручно спускатися до підйомника, усе логічно організовано. Навіть якщо ви без лиж, локація все одно дуже зручна: поруч є фунікулери, якими можна швидко спуститися в місто. Прямо біля фунікулера є SPAR, а також багато закладів, тож у побутовому плані це теж дуже комфортно. Для нас, як для пари, було не дуже зручно, що в номері були два окремі одіяла. У номері не було міні-бару та холодильника. Також, на подив, не було чайника, тож не можна було навіть зробити собі чай чи каву в номері. Нас здивувало, що в номері не було води. Уже пізніше ми дізналися, що тут можна пити воду з крана, але спочатку цього не знали. Алякарт ресторан працює в досить вузькому режимі, і нормальні гарячі страви можна замовити лише з 17:30 до 21:00. Не завжди встигаєш у цей проміжок. Ми не були готові до австрійської культури саун: це textile-free zone, тобто в саунах потрібно бути без купальників і без одягу. Для нас, як для українців, це було трохи несподівано і навіть поставило в ступор. Тут без претензій — це місцева культура, просто про це варто знати заздалегідь. Єдине, що трохи не збіглося з очікуваннями: мені здавалося, що інфініті-басейн буде на верхньому поверсі, а він виявився на нижньому. Оскільки вже була тепліша пора і сніг частково підтанув, під басейном вже було видно траву й землю. Але це скоріше особливість сезону, а не мінус самого готелю.

Бассейн с подогревом, выходом на улицу и массажными зонами, а так же сауна. Комната для хранения лыж тоже просторная и отлично оборудованна для хранения и сушки лыжного инвентаря и выход прямо на гору со спуском к подьемнику.. Завтраки отличные, саежевыжатые соки, при вас готовят омлет или яичницу, лосось, прошуто, сыры и другие вкусности в ассортименте. Персоналу отдельное спасибо за внимание, бодрожелательность и отзывчивость. Недостатков нет

Matthias along with his family and staff were friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure any request, large or small was attended to quickly and efficiently with a great big smile. The after skiing facilities just added the little touches of pampering which added to the overall prefect venue. The food was typically Austrian cuisine from large breakfast with lots of bottomless coffee which was awesome. Lunch perfect and dinner, oh my god. Such large serves after a hard day on the slopes. The staff ensured that your beer or wine was always topped up if you wanted. None.

• Simone (10/5): Umbedingt einen Besuch wert! - Der Alpengasthof Grüner hat uns vollkommen überzeugt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Wellnessbereich war für uns ein Highlight, gerade die Poolanlage wirkte sehr neu und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und es gab viel Auswahl wodurch für jeden etwas dabei war. Wirklich alles sehr zu empfehlen und umbedingt einen Besuch wert! Nichts

Особенно понравилось расположение: выходишь из отеля, надеваешь лыжи — и сразу можно спускаться, ощущение, что ты уже находишься прямо на горе. Персонал очень доброжелательный и приветливый, всегда готовы помочь. Также порадовала хорошая спа-зона — отличный способ расслабиться после катания. В целом всё было на высоком уровне, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо!

• Florian (9/5): Top Hotel! - Lage direkt an der Piste, sehr gutes Frühstück und tolle Küche im Wirtshaus. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider keine Hausschuhe im Spa-Set dabei, um vom Zimmer zum Spa-Bereich zu kommen.

• Jenny (9/5): - Sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen Zimmer unglaublich geräumig. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Bergen bis nach Obergurgl. Traumhaft. Die Wellnesslandschaft inklusive Pool scheinen ziemlich neu zu sein. Uns hat das Ambiente dort sehr gut gefallen. Wunderbar sind die Wärmelampen draußen auf der Liegefläche im Pool. Der Pool könnte für uns ein wenig wärmer sein.

• Katharina (9/5): Zu empfehlen! - Ein sehr schönes Hotel, etwas abgelegen. Zu Fuß gut mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Wir haben den SPA Bereich sehr genossen. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir würden uns über einen Tee im SPA Bereich sehr freuen.
• FRAU (10/5): Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! - Es war insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war groß und der Ausblick war fantastisch. Dadurch dass wir weiter weg von der Hauptstraße waren, war es sehr ruhig. Der SPA Bereich und das Schwimmbad waren nicht überfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unglaublich nettes und entgegenkommendes Personal, sowohl die Familie Grüner als auch Katarina, Mika und Johan haben alles gemacht damit wir uns willkommen heißen und gut fühlen. DANKE dafür :-) Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll.

• Lior (8/5): הספא של המלון שווה את הכל!! - אהבנו מאוד את איזור הספא והבריכות המשקיפות על נוף מטריף!! בנוסף, המלון מעניק כרטיס כניסה לאטרקציות שונות בסביבה. אל תשכחו לבקש מהקבלה. לא אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר שהיתה דלה במבחר ובמגוון. בנוסף, לא אהבנו את החדרים שהיו די פשוטים ובסיסיים. המלון לא מעניק לאורחיו קומקום חשמלי ותה או קפה אלא אם אתם מבקשים מהקבלה. לדעתנו זה דבר בסיסי לספק בחדר.

We were told that since we didn't book directly, we only got breakfast and not the apres hour (2 to 5 pm) snacks and drinks. It was a special occasion visit for us and we would have liked the whole shebang and would have willingly paid for it.

• Anton (10/5): Those were great ski and relax days! - First of all very attentive and helpful Owners and Staff of the hotel! Very favourable and comfortable location - real SKI IN/SKI OUT, close to Apres-Ski places and funiculier to Soelden center. Nice SPA complex with outdoor pool. Ski passes can be purchased at the hotel reception. And one of the most important things for us is that breakfasts was till 11am. You can ride the corduroy snow on fresh pistes and then enjoy a delicious breakfast.
