Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They weren't professional, wouldn't cancel when I booked wrong day so I drove back a day early and was told they won't let me check in. It turns out they
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location. Superb view. Lovely apartment.
Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am. There was no information in the apartment re fire alarm evacuation, nor access to reception and we were on the 54th floor. Owner’s cell number was not answered(probably due to time).
Also 20 min to wait for elevator after “all clear” as only one of three was working.
The apartment, itself, was fabulous!

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Positive: good view of Toronto
However, too Many negatives.
1) Owner contacted us 2 days before our arrival, requested for our arrival info and told us to buzz him/her when we arrive, and NOT follow anyone in/ask security. When we arrive, we buzzed for 15 mins, no one pick up. When we tried to contact him via email, he said he was overseas, and asked us to follow someone in.
2) The room was not thoroughly clean, pot drawers and utensils were dirty. Coffee capsules - some was already used. Kitchen towel was only half roll with no spare - we stayed for 4 nights - by 3rd night no more left.
3) cable box was damaged. We informed owner. He Sent someone to take it away the next day. but No information from him, and no television for our entire stay.
4) we tried to contact owner on TV, and also informed him of our departure on our last day. But no response from him at all.
You have been warned - Stay if you don't mind these shortcomings.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic View.
Slightly annoying HVAC fan noise.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Absolutely super apartment. Walking distance to the main attractions. Clean and cosy. Host was very helpful too. Loved it, would stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was in an amazing location. Within walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
- Peter (10/5): - Excellent downtown location, close to Union Station, Scotiabank Centre, easy access to PATH. Great view of lake, Toronto Island, Rogers Center, CN Tower and downtown. Condo is well maintained, clean, well appointed, nice TV & comfortable bed. Unforrunately guests don't have access to amenities such as gym , pool, etc., but still a great place to stay.
- Jannet (10/5): - Loved my stay here! The view is absolutely stunning.
- Sue (4/5): - Sent property owner several text massage and was non-responsive. Access code for building entry was never answered therefore had to do follow people into the building which was highly uncomfortable and not to mention was specifically instructed NOT to do such an action.
- Kerrie (10/5): Amazing view - The view is amazing. The apartment is well equipped and clean. It isn’t very big, but if you don’t have too much luggage it is fine. Location is great. One block from the tower, and easy to walk from the train station. Only downside was the lifts. It can be a wait, but to get to the 54th floor, it is worth it.
- Kath (10/5): Fabulous views - Great central position, close to everything. Small but well maintained and certainly had everything we needed. Grocery store across the road, 5 mins walk to union station, Rogers Centre, Arena, Harbourside. Amazing stay.
- Jerry (2/5): - 56 story building. 1 working elevator. Safety hazard. AC kept me up all night. Forfeited the second night and cut my trip short.
Traffic was a nightmare. Had to park a few blocks away ($20) and walk to the building to check-in before I could park. ??
- Like (10/5): Will book again - We stayed here when traveling to the city for a concert at ACC. It didn't disappoint! Stunning views, a full, clean condo and right across from the venue. Will be returning for future city events. The host was accommodating and the condo was easy to access.
- Victoria (8/5): Room with a view - I decided to splurge for my first night in Toronto. This place is ALLLLL about the view and downtown location. Very walkable. Was able to drop my bags off early and roam around the city, while the unto was being cleaned. Unfortunately, because it's in a condo high rise, the amenities are not available to anyone other than condo owners, but if that doesn't bother you, this place is great for a night with a spectacular view of CN Tower and home base for some downtown fun.
- Kyle (10/5): Breath taking view - Chose this suite to stay with my gf for our one year. The view of the cn tower was unreal. I can't imagine a better one in the area looking across the way towards it. A very cozy and nicely kept condo. Perfect for two people to stay for a night or two.
- Kelly (10/5): Awesome view! - We are from a town in Ontario of 2000 people and do not go to Toronto often. We enjoyed this condo with the view and proximity to the Air Canada centre and Rogers Centre. We would recommend this place to friends. The view was amazing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, very tidy and amazing views! Highly recommended
- tessarae (10/5): Beautiful condo overlooking the city and lake. - I enjoyed my time in this condo. Very homely and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Condo - The view was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed, and grocery stores/restaurants/bars were all very close by. Amazing place to stay in the city!
- Bram (10/5): Great location - spectacular view! - The host was great - let us drop off our bags 3 hours prior to check in. This is a very well appointed suite
complete with oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer and full size refrigerator. We were going to go out for dinner but decided to cook a meal and take in the amazing view from 55 floors up. Then there is the location - 1 minute walk to the Air Canada Centre, 5 minutes to the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. The bed was really comfortable - we had a really great time going out to see some live music one night and a play the following night. The accommodations really added to our get away and would highly recommend staying there. The host also phoned us prior to the stay to make sure that everything would go smoothly and sent us a comprehensive 2 page list of helpful instructions.
