- Kim (3/5): 추운 숙소, 영하 날씨에도 꺼진 난방, 안타까운 서비스 - 숙소가 추워서 심한 감기에 걸렸습니다. 난방을 틀어달라 했으나, 데스크 직원은 내가 혼자 방을 쓰기 때문에 추운 거라고 대답했습니다. 다음날 다른방 도미토리는 여전히 비어 있는데, 갑자기 제 방에 모든 여행자들을 밀어넣었습니다. 여행자 한명이 기침을 하고 콧물을 흘렸고, 다음날부터 저 역시 며칠간 아팠습니다. 이 호스텔의 가격은 퀸즈타운 가장 저렴한 숙소보다 70% 비쌉니다. 가격을 많이 받는데도 난방비를 아끼는 모습이 프로답지 않았습니다.

- Ellen (5/5): Great location but needs some more love - The location is amazing, you couldn’t get any more central and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small and ours had an unpleasant sweat smell from the start which wasn’t ideal. The common spaces like kitchen and TV lounge were small and could do with some more maintenance (although naturally your outside exploring Queenstown) it is nice to come back to a more ‘loved’ common space to chill.

- Kotomi (1/5): Kind staff, but poor management and safety concerns - It’s in the CBD, so it’s convenient. The female staff member was kind. One night, a very drunk guest was moved from another room into our room. He was so drunk that he needed help walking. The staff said he could not climb to his top bunk bed in the other room and that he would “just sleep,” but after the staff left, he started shouting in the bathroom, throwing towels, and vaping inside the room. Eventually, the staff called the police and he was moved to another accommodation. I honestly don’t understand why he was moved into our room in the first place. It seemed very stressful for the female staff as she was working alone, handling check-ins, small tasks, and repeatedly calling her manager for help.

- Kota (9/5): 悠々自適な空間 - 日本人から見てもホテル内部、キッチンや廊下、部屋の中も清潔に保たれていました。毎朝スタッフの方が部屋に清掃に来られていました。スタッフの対応も良く、親切に接していただけました。また、立地がよくバス停や飲食店、トレッキングコース、24時間営業コンビニが近くにあり、ちょうど街の中心に位置しているためどこに行くにも大変便利でした。 キッチンにペーパーが無かった。 (私が見つけられなかっただけかも)

I know the policy is non-refundable, but since it was not my fault and I couldn't arrive on the first day, I would appreciate it if you could consider a partial refund for that missed night as a gesture of goodwill. The accommodation itself was great, but the flight cancellation was out of my control

- Jane (7/5): Good location - LOCATION. Kitchen was nice but small with a nice view of the lake. Would be cramped during busy summer months. Glad to have free luggage storage. 2 luggage racks in bedroom, but then there was little room to walk. The room was VERY small and the double bed was pushed against the wall - hard to get in and out for the 2nd person. Soso linens and bedding. No bedside table (no room) and lights were up above the bed headboard.

Bathroom on Level 1 was more spacious compared to my en-suite bathroom - both clean just Level 1 was more spacious. Close proximity to all the restaurants,supermarket and Bus Interchange. The top bunk bed was too high and the hired towel had a damp smell.

- Su-Lin (9/5): Nice and comfortable - The hostel is in a great location. Being at the lakefront, it’s in the heart of Queenstown surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. We had the Queen Ensuite room and it had a wonderful view of the lakefront. That was sweet as! We came back from the routeburn track with a lot of wet clothes. So the laundromat came in really handy and it was one reasons we pick this accom in the first place. Staff were friendly as well!

- Penny (8/5): Excellent location and value for money. - Excellent location, close to the center of the town. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Parking is not easy in the centre but the staff is very helpful. It’s a bit noisy as it closes to the pier and restaurants but OK after 12am.

- Melody (5/5): - The location was as excellent and the staff were nice. The bed was like sleeping on a brick and very uncomfortable. Soundproofing would be a great idea to add to the en-suites as hearing everyone’s business in the bathroom is very off putting. Plus they are all mixed rooms and I found that very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with most of the attractions located nearby at a walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend visitors on a budget to stay here. Safe, clean and comfortable. Nothing that I can put my finger on. I would be nit-picking for this one!

- Kim (8/5): Modern hostel on the lakefront - Great central location, modern facilities, ensuite. Room was next to kitchen which was a bit noisy early in the morning.

- Clayton (9/5): Great stay in the centre of Queenstown. - The location is right in the middle of everything! The kitchen has a great view and is well-equipped, and there is a games room to hangout in. It's close to everything, but you can also get the noise from nearby bars etc. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen, but not sure there was any milk.

- Gloria (10/5): Amazing hostel by the lake front - Amazing location, right by the lake. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and there’s plenty of space to store food on shelves and in the fridges. The bed was very comfortable, and the privacy curtain was a great addition. There’s plenty of space to store luggage under the bunks. The shower cabins have a lot of space to put your stuff. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Best hostel I stayed at so far! I was not a fan of the unisex bathrooms, but I got used to it.
