  Stone-built, fully equipped villa with fireplace and views to the garden, Sivota and Poros Bay. Includes: -air conditioning -well-equipped kitchenette with oven, cooking hobs and fridge' -dining table -seating area with flat-screen satellite TV. Cleaning and linen/towels change takes place twice a week. Please note that children can be accommodated in existing beds at no extra charge.

• Susanne (10/5): Traumaussicht - Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Der Pool war schön, aber nicht beheizt, also jetzt im Herbst nichts für Weicheier. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Wir waren in der Villa Dias mit 3 Schlafzimmern sehr privat. Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannende Zeit. Mit den Wespen muss man klarkommen.
• Simone (10/5): Erholsame Woche in einer schönen, ruhigen Unterkunft. - Ruhige, fast einsame Lage. Toller Ausblick, großzügig angelegt für die wenigen Wohneinheiten. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Ort Syvota fährt man etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Auto.

• Nicole (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Die Lage und die Aussicht waren ein Traum. Bequeme Betten, ausreichende Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer (Villa Poseidon) war sehr eng.

• Dimitris Bik (6/5): Overall decent apartment, a bit overprized. - Beautiful view. Next to Syvota. Quite place. Comfortable beds in bedrooms. Properly placed aircondition units. Bathroom quality was moderate (flash took forever to reload). Pool and apartment smaller than expected from pictures. Pool and outdoor lights were off automatically at 1:30 (changed last night but couldn't enjoy it because of extreme early checkout 10:00) The couple sleeping on the sofa had bug bites. A door mosquito net is needed, as well a fix in the door in order to close properly without the need to lock it.

• Andrea (9/5): Relax, quiete, aria pulita, vista top - Posto davvero magnifico. Lontano dal caos. Vista meravigliosa su Cefalonia e Itaca. Piscina favolosa per un tuffo mattutino o per un aperitivo serale. Ci sono un po’ di vespe fastidiose. Forse un nido lì vicino. Per cui pranzare la sera prima del tramonto è difficile.
• Peter (9/5): - The view is fantastic. Two nice bedrooms with AC. Very nice private poolarea. Clean. Friendly staff. Gas grill. Small bathroom. Lacked a few kitchen amenities if you wanted to cook at home. Sharp knives and toaster. We arrived very late and markets were closed, there was no drinking water, coffee or anything so we had to get up early to find a supermarket to get a drink of water.
• Ann (8/5): Enjoyed our stay but a comfy bed is a must for us! Lack of sleep isn’t great on holiday - otherwise a good villa, wonder - Wonderful location… perfect view and pool.. Villa itself was good. Everything supplied that you needed. And very comfy sunbeds. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable! Very firm! No aircon in living area but a fan was provided.

• Camilla (9/5): A really lovely stay and vacation we enjoyed our stay, the Beaches , sivota and Vasiliki :-) book a stay you Will not re - I really liked the view, the House was really Nice and clean. We loved our week there with our family of 4 and my mom, so 5 in total. Maybe next time we Will rent or specify the need of a House with more rooms:) I Stayed in the Living room area with my oldest kid and the sofa bed was very hard, but i slept fine anyway. The hos Konstantinos was a very Nice host and he made sure all was perfect with the House. He was always a phonecall or sms away and fast to respond, we would really recommend to stay here! We Will be back :-) Only the one bed, next time we Will specify a ekstra room. :)

• James (8/5): Whether a couple or a family this is a good place to stay. - Wonderful views, comfortable beds! Great pool for the kids. Bugs were a little out of control here, woodbugs and ants were getting in from somewhere. Nothing that cant be fixed. Once that is addressed id say its about as good as it gets!

• Sofia (5/5): gorgeous views- terrible amenities - great location and amazing views. the apt is very basic though clean. the queen bed was broken (and left that way) when we arrived and the ac in the other room wasn’t working. forced to sleep in single bed which was extremely uncomfortable with just a fan in the middle of august. absolutely over priced for the lacking amenities- host was kind but was no substitute to the inconvenience
