• Victoria (9/5): Great stay - Modern room only a short walk from the Duomo and all the sights. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice but if all the guests went at the same time, it’s cramped. The 5 flights of stairs are a workout everytime you go out so only book if you are mobile.

• Kerschbaumer (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war super!! - Sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir konnten unser zimmer schon vor der angegebenen Zeit beziehen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck noch den ganzen Tag im Hotel lassen. Die wichtigstens Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu fuss erreichbar.

• Anna Maria (8/5): - Posizione fantastica per raggiungere il centro città e ambiente curato. Albergo all'interno di una palazzina tranquilla. Vicino a ristoranti di buona qualità. Personale cortese Tavolino per la colazione un po' piccolo soprattutto per tre persone.
• Jean-François (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Belle chambre, bien décorée, salle d'eau agréable, au calme, lumineux. Accès facile à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville (le Duomo à 15mn) et tram à proximité pour rejoindre la gare ferroviaire (10mn) et l'aéroport. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable (merci encore à Rocco). Rien d'important. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié. Il faut monter deux étages à pied mais l'installation d'un ascenseur est prévu en 2027 selon notre hôte.

Sarebbe però apprezzabile offrire ai clienti una maggiore varietà e libertà di scelta, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più soddisfacente. Ma niente forse l’unica pecca sono le scale per raggiungere l’hotel e non avere un balcone in camera.

• Світлана (10/5): Всё супер, рекомендую - Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли поднять и спустить вещи, так как лифта нет. Было всё очень чисто, удобная постель, что дало хорошо отдохнуть:) Вкусные завтраки, особенно круассаны. Так же есть свежие фрукты, клубника. Нас заселили раньше чем было обговорено. Место расположения 10/10

• Κωνσταντίνος Κλητσινίκος (9/5): Fantastic stay - highly recommended! - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and felt very fresh. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore everything. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. A huge thanks to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and polite from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Very close to the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo and yet a very quiet area. The breakfast was excellent. Rocco was very friendly and extremely willing to serve and provide any information. The girls who worked there were very kind and always smiling. I would recommend it without hesitation for anyone who wants a nice and quiet stay in Florence.

Si volvemos, no dudaria en volver a alojarme en Boutique Hotel Hugo Quizás que no hay ascensor. Pero unas cuantas escaleras merece subirlas, porque el hotel y su personal son encantadores.

• Valentina (10/5): Firenze divina grazie ad Hugo! - Della struttura mi è piaciuta indubbiamente la location in sè molto ben curata, pulita e indubbiamente centrale rispetto alla Basilica di Santa Maria Novella. Ben collegata e in un quartiere molto frequentato, ma non rumoroso! Per me che sono celiaca avere una variante per la colazione è stato ottimo! Quindi ringrazio molto la disponibilità! Si può entrare e uscire a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte grazie alle password che vengono fornite al momento del check - in. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere pulite ed essenziali per un soggiorno da turista che vuole apprezzare Firenze, ottima la colazione e ottimo il prezzo! Lo consiglio e ci tornerei subito! La struttura per la macchina fornisce un contatto diretto con il Garage Venezia, prenotano direttamente loro l’arrivo e i prezzi sono super! Ottimo servizio! Rinnovo un ringraziamento enorme allo staff e alla sua gentilezza! Nulla.

• Kajsa (3/5): Too hot to handle - Clean, good Location, nice design The aircon was broken which was an incredible pain in 38 degrees Celsius! We barely slept for 2 nights. I understand mistakes happen but nothing was offered to make up for that major inconvenience.

Indico e voltaria. - Quarto bem amplo, silencioso e limpo com cama confortável e decoração de bom gosto. Ducha forte e quente. Café da manhã variado e de qualidade (buffet livre). Equipe gentil, permitiu-nos ocupar o quarto antes do horário do check e deixar as malas até o horário de nosso trem. Localização relativamente central, a menos de 10 minutos a pé do Duomo. Quatro lances de escada para chegar no andar do hotel (guest house), o quê se torna exaustivo com malas. Recepção e staff presentes apenas pela manhã. Sugestão: poderia haver uma copa com alguns utensílios disponíveis principalmente para quando não há ninguém para nos atender.

• Pierre (10/5): Très belles chambres et emplacement idéal à Florence - Hôtel au calme mais très proche des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville (Ponte Vecchio et galerie des offices à moins de 15 min à pied. Arrêt tram à moins de 5 min (direct de l'aéroport ou de la gare). On entend un peu le tram au petit matin pour les chambres coté rue mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Hôtel très bien décoré et très propre. L'hôtel est constitué du 2ème étage d'un immeuble (sans ascenseur ). Pratique en famille car chambre triple pour nos ados. Bon rapport qualité /prix vu l'emplacement idéal. Je choisirai à nouveau cet dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Florence. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil (nous avons même pu laisser nos valises vers 10h 30 le premier jour dans la chambre qui était déjà prête). Nous n'avons pas pu apprécier le petit déjeuner tous les jours. Il n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h et notre excursion chez Ferrari à Modène ainsi que notre départ très matinal pour notre vol du retour nous ont fait louper 2 petits déjeuner sur place. Cela dit le petit déjeuner était très bon pour les autres jours.
