• Paula (7/5): Departamento completo pero de muy difícil acceso al mismo. Excelente ubicación. - La cercanía al centro Que el anfitrión me avisó el mismo día de la llegada que el departamento se encontraba en el último piso al que solo se podía acceder por escaleras! 6 pisos subiendo valijas!! Las camas se hundían en el centro y había poca presión de agua al bañarse

• Arturo Bruno (6/5): - La posizione, la vista del Campanile di Giotto e la vista della cupola del Brunelleschi. La gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. E visto che avevamo il treno alle 14,45, ci ha fatto lasciare l'appartamento quando volevamo. Davvero gentilissima. Quarto piano senza ascensore, ma ho visto che è in fase di installazione. Può darsi che il prossimo anno sarà in funzione. Il condizionatore è rumoroso, un po' datato. Qualche presa da sistemare. Le porte da cambiare. Ritorno di cattivi odori dal bagno.

• Lilia (6/5): Pretty View, Convenient Location… but Hot and Crowded - The location of the apartment is undeniably convenient. Literally down the street from the main square with the Basilica in one direction and the Academia in the opposite direction. Also a convenient 10-ish minute walk from the train station. The view of the Duomo from the apartment is also stunning, especially at night. Having a kitchenette was very helpful, especially with a grocery store so close by, you can stock up on snacks and save some money on meals. There is a washing machine, which is awesome, especially if you packed light and need to freshen up your wardrobe after a long hot day. The apartment itself although clean and conveniently located, leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a. 4 flight climb to the top floor (about 120 steps). It looks like they might be installing a lift, but it’s no where close to being in yet. It has an air conditioning unit, but it struggles to keep up with the Summer heat wave, so be prepared to sleep hot and with the windows open, which will then result in you being bitten by mosquitos all night because there are either no screens, or torn screens on the windows. There is too much furniture, that too, cheap and flimsy, in the apartment, which makes it feel smaller than it is (in terms of square footage, for an Italian apartment, it’s actually pretty big) but becomes cramped with all of the stuff in it. The bed is very soft (which is up to the individual to decide if it’s comfortable, but it wasn’t for me) and the sheets don’t fit and pop off every time you sit on the bed. (The futon is actually quite comfortable for me because it was a lot firmer). For the price, it was a little disappointing, but, you take the good with the bad. It could be easily made into a 4-star, but is currently more like a 2.5 star. Which is fine, but know that your paying for location, and that’s all.
• Maria (7/5): Ubicación excelente, pero no vayas en verano - Ubicación inmejorable. Te dan todo lo necesario para la estancia (utensilios de cocina, toallas, bolsas de basura...). Roberto, anfitrión, fue muy atento y nos permitió recoger las maletas a las 6, aunque el piso se dejase sobre las 10. Si viajas en una época calurosa, no recomiendo la casa. El aire acondicionado es bastante antiguo y apenas enfría; da igual el tiempo que lo tengas encendido que casi no notarás la diferencia. La combinación del "no aire" y la ubicación en el cuarto piso, que parece un sexto —segun vas subiendo notas como la temperatura aumenta considerablemente— hace que la estancia resulte, en ocasiones, incómoda. La neverita enfría, pero no congela. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, un detalle que no se aprecia mucho en las fotos, aunque no es un gran problema.

• Graham (7/5): Great location, the couch is comfortable. - Location is spot on and quiet 117 steps - (no lift). I missed that in the details so that’s my bad. The bed needs replaced as the support on the right hand side of the bed is non existent
• Dennis (7/5): Good - Good location. Had everything needed. Four stories high with only steps. Advertised TV but there was no TV. We asked about it and he said it was not working. I did not like the note about an extra charge if trash was not removed. See picture. Had to carry trash to a few streets over to a trash bin. No where to take it on the property.

Pontos Fracos: 5 andares sem elevador: Este é um ponto fraco significativo, especialmente para aqueles que viajam com muita bagagem ou têm mobilidade reduzida. Subir 5 andares pode ser cansativo e desagradável, principalmente após um longo dia de passeios. Apartamento antigo precisando de melhorias: Embora muitas pessoas gostem do charme dos edifícios antigos, um apartamento que precisa de melhorias Chuveiro é bem fraco não tem meio termo ou a agua fica exatamente quente ou fria mobiliário desgastado ou falta de amenidades modernas podem tornar a estadia menos confortável.
• Heather (8/5): Great host, great location, average facilities. - Great location for sure within walking distance of many great sights. Host was helpful and quick to respond. A LOT of stairs. Water pressure/temperature not the greatest, and a little worn.
• Gemma (1/5): Uncomfortable and displeasing despite Florence being beautiful city. - The washing and location The apartment is in need of maintenance as it is very old, hidden cost for cleaning however you are instructed to take your rubbish when checking out, shower did not work, unfrosted window in bathroom which had direct view to another apartment. I generally felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
• K (1/5): Nice view but a very dissapointing else - You are paying for an alright viewpoint to the Duomo but getting a crappy flat with an unkind, unresponsive, and irriliable host which kept me outside of the flat util very late as he did not send the instruction for chekcing in on the booking.com platform. Cold dripply shower, dumpy flat, ricketty old fridge (the flat had 2 when I satyed there). The host is not responsive and hence caused me terrible hustles by keeping me outside the flat without the direction for the self checkout. On top of all, he claimed I didnt leave him the city tax money and demanded I will pay again (said hia cleaner lady did not find it). PS an exhausting climb to the flat without an elevator and ABOVE ALL: AN OLD WIMPY AIRCONDITIONER THAT CANNOT COOL THE TOP MOST FLAT ON THE SUMMER DAYS.
• Salome (9/5): At the very center of Florence - The location was great. We walked around the whole city. Air-conditioning was very useful, as the flat is small and gets hot easily. There are big windows but we didn't want to open it because of mosquitoes. The shower was getting cold very soon and it was a little uncomfortable. Also the wifi connection was very weak. The flat was clean but still smelled of little dampness but it's natural for those old buildings I guess. The host wasn't obliged but one little bottle of cold water at home would be great when we arrived with luggage to the fifth floor on a hot day. To sum up the flat was totally worth its price not to mention little discomfort.

• Andrea (6/5): Ultima opción . - No son puntuales con el check in, llegamos a las 14:00 y recién entraba el Servicio de limpieza , que se fueron a las 2:30 de limpiar el departamento . El departamento no tiene ni utensilios ni camas de calidad . Hay que subir 4 pisos por escalera , agotadoras . Lo único que deslumbra es la vista de la cúpula desde la ventana .
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellente situation pour ce studio, très lumineux, avec grande fenêtre sur le dôme et le campanile de la cathédrale. Proche des musées et monuments les plus importants et, en même temps, très calme.
