• Martina (5/5): - Die Lage ist super, gerade wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das betrifft alle Bereiche. Das Frühstück ist absolut okay, aber unterer Standard.

• Juerg Geiser (7/5): Einsam und lieblos, aber ok zum Schlafen - Es hat alles, was man braucht, damit man schlafen kann. Mein Zimmer war ein grosses Zimmer. Ich hatte die vermeintliche Nähe zum Bahnhof überbewertet (ca 15 min, aber bergauf). Andere Hotels wären vom Bahnhof aus dank öV bestimmt besser erreichbar gewesen. Es ist in diesem Hotel alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten haben eine sehr harte Unterlage, das Bad ist uralt mit defekter Duschen-Halterung, Steckdosen gibt es fast keine. Der Frühstücksraum ist fensterlos im Keller. die Würstchen und das Rührei: alles kalt. Ich sah um 08:30 Uhr weder Personal noch andere Gäste.

Camera pentru 2 persoane și 2 paturi cu o singura veioza funcțională și o singura priza pentru încărcat telefon, etc. Baie cu invazie de furnici.

• lmalys (7/5): Basic hotel for 1 night stay - Location was good for me. Was what I wanted for 1 night sleep. The room was very basic. A bit noisyat times. . Furniture was dull.

De cum intri te izbeste spatiul vitrat necuratat si mirosul de detergent. In zona de servit masa la fel. Micul dejun slabut. Geamurile foarte subtiri, nu izoleaza deloc, se aude tot traficul. Salteaua foarte inconfortabila.

• Nicoleta (1/5): Leider war dieses Hotel eine große Enttäuschung!!! Es muss nicht modern eingerichtet sein um sauber zu sein und ein gute - Die Internetverbindung war gut. Das Bett war kaputt (1 Fuß abgebrochen), die Bettwäsche waren alt und haben stark gestunken! Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer verlangt, sie hatten aber keines das sauber wäre. Zum Frühstück waren wir zu dritt (mein Mann und ich und eine weitere Person) außer Croissants war nichts essbares! Die paar Stückchen Brot waren hart.. der Kaffee war leider auch sehr schlecht!

• Marcelo (9/5): Passagem rápida por Cluj Napoca - Desde a chegada, a simpatia e a atenção da Sra. Gabriela. Quarto confortável. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, muito bem servido e muito bom (a equipe também foi atenciosa). Foi possível deixar nossas bagagens após o check-out, o que permitiu um passeio tranquilo por Cluj. Para finalizar, agradeço a atenção do Daniel, que nos orientou como melhor chegarmos ao centro antigo da cidade. Nada a comentar.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 24 hours front desk (not just a 24 hours check-in but an actual person available at the front-desk 24 hours).

• Lynn (6/5): Poor. - I’m sorry to say that we were quite disappointed in this hotel, but they do have lovely staff. A couple of other positives - the air conditioner worked well (though it appeared to be on a timer and shut off in the night), and the shower was ok, other than not having a door or curtain. The hotel is old and dated. The first room we were given reeked of sewer gas. The next one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke but was the better option. The rooms are dingy, the beds are old and uncomfortable, the pillows small, old and lumpy; breakfast was terrible, consisting of a few cold cuts and cheese plus cold, congealed fried eggs and cold sausages (we were there around 8:00, so not at all late). There was never any wait staff in the breakfast room the whole time we were there so we couldn’t ask for anything fresh. The hotel is next to a busy street with a traffic circle so it was noisy all night (may be better if you get a room on the back side). The location is only a km or so from the train station but is quite far from Old Town and all the historic sights of this beautiful city. We don’t understand how this property is rated as it is on booking.com.

More sockets in the room would be good- extension cable would be fine. I had to pull out the cabinet holding the tv and fridge to get to a socket to charge my phone.

• Einat (8/5): Good value for money, helpful staff, convenient location. - The staff were very friendly and kind. I needed some assistance since I had mobility problems and they were very helpful. Their attitude was very positive. The location is pleasant, on a beautiful street leading down to the city centre. The hotel is not very accessible if you have problems walking, there are many stairs. The facilities are quite old and could benefit from a thorough renovation. There was also a weird problem at breakfast since the hot water was not quite hot enough to brew tea.

• Dennis (7/5): Functional - Stayed here for one short night, arriving to Cluj by plane and catching an early train next morning. The hotel is located close to the railway station, which was convenient. My room was basic, but clean. The wall mounted toilet felt like it was loose and sagged while sitting on it. Scary!
