Dear accommodation, on the last day when leaving the hotel I was charged for two small water bottles which are normally free and replenished daily by the staff, I recommend buying your own water if you don't want to unnecessarily pay triple the price for a bottle!

I double checked and it is NOT specified clearly room without any window. the room seemed smaller as 25 square meters. It did not meet my expectations at all. I did not like it. I had booked only one night, but needed to stay 3 nights in Hanoi. I changed and went to another hotel, where the staff was lovely.
