- Petr (8/5): - Everything was OK, the access to the pool, sauna and jacuzzi was great and one of the best advantages of the accomomdation. The breakfast was good, plenty of food, great choice. Room amenities were OK but nothing extra that would blow my mind. A TV with limited choice of channels, with no possibility to connect USB, and just very basic Nescafe packs of coffee and black tea. But the room was clean and well maintained.

- Krzysztof (9/5): Hotel godny polecenia w Łodzi ! - Hotel duży, widać ,że głównie dla dużych grup ale w weekendy głównie rodziny z dziećmi. Pokoje i łóżka wygodne a bufet śniadania bardzo urozmaicony i każdy znajdzie coś ulubionego. Basen O.K. ale trafiliśmy w sobotę dużą na grupę lokalsów z dziećmi (bo hotel wpuszcza na basen chętnych z miasta) którzy "zagarnęli" basen dla siebie, więc trzeba było zrezygnować.

- Klaudia (7/5): - Lokalizacja, parking Wynajęłam pokój w tym hotelu ze względu na basen i sauny w obiekcie, po zejściu na strefę basenową okazało się, że na terenie basenu przebywa już maksymalna liczba osób i czekaliśmy w kolejce aż osoby wyjdą ze strefy basenowej i oddadzą opaski do szafek, które są obowiązkowe. Dodatkowo ręczniki były niedostępne i musieliśmy wrócić się do pokoju aby zabrać swoje ręczniki, które używaliśmy wcześniej w pokoju. Po 25 minutach jak udało się wejść na strefę basenową okazało się że jest tyle osób w basenie i na saunach, że nie mieliśmy z tego żadnych przyjemności. Jeśli ktoś szuka hotelu, ktory ma dobrą lokalizacje i nie zamierza korzystać z dodatkowych ugodnien hotelowych to ok
- Wojciech (9/5): - Łóżko wygodne i duże, pokój sporych rozmiarów jak na swój standard, w nocy cicho i spokojnie, śniadanie nienajgorsze. Lokalizacja super. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc, więc trudno ocenić więcej, ale jeśli będziemy ponownie nocować w Łodzi to z pewnością zdecydujemy się na ten obiekt. - Moja poduszka była w porządku, ale poduszka żony była gruba i twarda. Nie wiem komu taka poduszka mogła by odpowiadać. Wiem, że poduszkę można wymienić, ale to była tylko 1 noc, więc już nam się nie chciało dzwonić na recepcję, ale dziwiliśmy się, że w pokoju były tylko te dwie poduszki. - Hotel z pewnością nie należy do obiektów "eco-friendly" - wszystkie kosmetyki są w małych, plastikowych opakowaniach. Tego już się praktycznie nie spotyka w obiektach ten klasy. Teraz wszędzie dominują dozowniki, które są o wiele korzystniejszym rozwiązaniem. Podobnie zresztą było przy śniadaniu - dżemy, masło, miód i wszelkie inne "smarowidła" były w małych, plastikowych opakowaniach, gdzie większość obiektów idzie w stronę ekologii i pozwala nabierać odpowiednią ilość produktu z dużych pojemników. Pod tym względem w tym obiekcie czas się zatrzymał.

- PilotMitch (1/5): - Nothing Staff said if I was going to complain to email, so I said then when you want to be paid email me. Suddenly a manager turned up to argue and not resolve. The hotel allows outside people in the pool and it becomes unusable, hotel guests who pay for the facilities end up not using it. The food is awful, the attitude of all staff poor and the hotel is very sterile of atmosphere.
