- Fatih (3/5): The experience is far below 5-star standards in terms of service, comfort, safety, and hospitality. - Location (between the airport and Rhodes Old Town) Balcony overlooking the sea. The parking access is poorly designed for families (stairs access, not suita le for strollers) and unsafe, and the parking exit is particularly dangerous (no mirror). The room was not cleaned despite requests, and towels were not changed. Bathroom conditions are poor: the bathtub is slippery and unsafe with a broken support handle, the faucet is broken, and water splashes everywhere when showering. Ventilation does not work properly, leading to humidity in the room after showering, and the air conditioning is also poorly regulated. Soundproofing is very poor, with a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Basic family needs are not considered, with no child toilet seat, no welcome for children, and no child-friendly glass provided. Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, often redirecting simple requests instead of assisting. Food quality was disappointing, mostly frozen or reheated. Bottled water is not provided consistently and is difficult to obtain when requested. The stair levels are unsafe and uneven, so you need to be very careful when walking as they are not symmetrical. The indoor pool was unclean the day we visited it. The elevators were often full and we often need to wait the next one to get in.

I did not fully enjoy it as the indoor swimming pool water was too cold, the hotel felt overcrowded at times, and the bedding did not appear very clean

- Mandy (5/5): lovely hotel but spoilt by a group of certain hotel guests - the hotel Staff were amazing couldn't do enough the hotel is large with lots to do and gave us chocolates on our anniversary cleaning wasnt done on a daily basis i think they came 2 times in a week and the fridge didn't get topped up to i found the food wasnt that good traveled for 40 years and stayed at better 3 star hotels and some of the guests were rude load and unfriendly not going to say more not worth it but it ruined our anniversary and holiday

- Geri (5/5): An overall ok stay. - The Hotel is clean and comfortable. It felt more 4-star than a 5-star resort. The food was very repetitive and several things you’d expect at a 5-star resort was lacking.
- Andrew (10/5): A very good hotel with great staff, nice access to the beach with a great selection on the hot and cold food each day. - Fantastic staff very helpful and always willing to give extra help. Food excellent and the free mini bar a nice touch. Plenty of sun beds and great themed restaurants on site, by far the best I have eaten in on my holidays over recent years. 10 put of 10 The only slight down side is the lifts are limited and tend to go up and down on their own .

Bus stop at the front. The employees are great, super nice people. Close to airport. Pool is great and towel service as well. Bedrooms are good. The facility is nowhere near a 5 star deluxe resort. It is more like a 3 star hotel that has all included food. The cocktails are pre made bottle ones. There is always a line to eat. Not enough entertainment as well for a resort. Food is everyday the same. You get bored very fast in case it is not sunny to be at the pool - nothing else to do.

- ANNETTE (7/5): Beautiful building, beautiful setting, let down by other issues - see details left. - The property is very impressive, as are the gardens and my son loved the pool. I was also impressed that the pools etc and food were included from the moment we arrived - well before check in. I think the hotel is having a few issues though. On our first night, the safe needed resetting which took a half an hour wait followed by a chase up to reset. While waiting we put the tv on and many channels weren’t tuned in properly; we hoped that the person attending the safe could resolved this but’ they were just there for the safe’ so we had to ring reception again. Half an hour later we chased reception who said they might come and check that day but it may be the next day; we went out and the tuning issue never got resolved. We had dinner following queuing to get in to the restaurant then queuing to select the food. I also twice tried to select other restaurants during the day but our check in wasn’t recorded on the system- a regular occurrence apparently. We went back to our room and there were no electrics; again we waited in for someone to resolve the matter and by this time I was very unhappy with the hotel. We went again to see if we could get into another restaurant but were told they were all full for the time we were staying at the hotel as they were very bus - can’t imagine what it must be like in peak season. I was sitting in reception considering whether to ask for a refund on the hotel but my son didn’t want to move so we lowered our expectations and had a reasonable stay. We did get into one restaurant eventually, on our last night, but the meal didn’t start until 8.30 - too late for my son - so we left early. There are also a few other issues such as loose handles and screws but we just let those ride so we could make the most of our stay. See above

- Gabriella (7/5): Hatalmas, zsúfolt hotel, a tenger oldalán levő szobákból pazar kilátással. - Jeleztem, hogy házassági évfordulót ünnepelünk, kaptunk gyümölcs, pezsgő, csokoládé bekészítést, és amire nem számítottunk, full tengeri panorámás szobát ingyen. Csodás volt a naplemente az erkélyről. A takarítók naponta töltötték a minibárt. Öt tematikus étterembe tudtunk vacsorát foglalni. Rodosz város 5 perc autóval. Túl nagy a hotel, zavaróan nagy a tömeg. Októberben voltunk, de már reggel lefoglalták a napágyakat. A strandtörölközőt a spa-ban lehet csak cserélni, csak 11 után. Ha délután akar az ember leadni, akkor már nincs tiszta. Az étterem zsúfolt, zajos, menza hangulatú, 5 csillaghoz köze nincs. Az ételválaszték hatalmas, de a minőség rovására. A legrosszabb, hogy a negyedik napon beteg lettem, a foglalt éttermeket le is kellett mondani, és csak az utolsó napra lettem úgy, hogy egyáltalán egyek valami keveset. Akkorra pedig a férjem kapott gyomorrontást. Hozzáteszem, hogy mértékkel ettünk, ittunk. Ez nagyon elrontotta az egész nyaralásunkat, ami pedig tényleg szépen indult. Utólag olvastam több értékelő oldalon is, hogy ez sokak problémája volt már, sajnálom, hogy nem előbb láttam. A környéken helyben semmi látnivaló, ezt nyilván tudtuk foglaláskor.

- Antti (10/5): - Kaikkialla todella siistiä ja hyvin siivottu. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja ruokaa oli saatavilla 24/7. Isot allasalueet ja vapaita tuoleja saatavilla vaikka parhaat paikat kannatti varata aamulla. Palvelut oli kohdallaan ja auton vuokrauskin onnistui aulasta. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon. Sijainti oli lähellä Rhodoksen vanhaa kaupunkia. Erilaisia juomia tarjolla allasalueella ja sviitin minibaari kuului hintaan ja täytettiin päivittäin siivouksen yhteydessä. Allasbaareissa tarjottiin päivittäin esimerkiksi hampurilaisia, gyroksia ja pizzaa. Huoneet oli hyvin äänieristetty ja kauniit näköalat ylimmästä kerroksesta. Vuoteet oli hyvät. Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Ehdottamasti voimme majoittua täällä uudelleen!

- Juuso (10/5): - Kaikki toimii. Henkilökuntaa tarpeeksi. Paikat siistit. Ei isompia jonoja. Aurinkotuolit löydettiin joka päivä viidelle vaikka ei oltu heti aamulla varaamassa. Ruoka hyvää ja etenkin illalliskattauksella lukemattomia vaihtoehtoja.
- fam cant-de meyere (8/5): Gemengde gevoelens - Het personeel in de bars en het restaurant , het eten en dan vooral het Grieks eten Aan de inkombalie zijn ze niet altijd even correct met info. Zo betaal je bvb extra voor een taxi terwijl er om de hoek een standplaats is. Als er wat volk is moet je in het hotel evengoed wachten... Shuttle van en naar het hotel ook duurder dan taxi. Groot hotel met een véél te klein zwembad waar dan ook nog s de animatie plaatsvind. Met resultaat dat de kinderen die al konden zwemmen mee in het adultsonly zwembad zaten. Niet leuk maar wel te begrijpen... Zwembad was een doorn in het oog. Met een ultra all-inn trek je ook een bepaald soort mensen aan. Meerdere avonden , soms tot diep in de nacht heel veel lawaai op de gang door dronken mensen die er trouwens waren mét kinderen, onbegrijpelijk.

- İlayda Özlet (4/5): Sıcaktan pişiren otel - Herşey dahil oluşu güzeldi, havuz büyüklüğü, denizdeki şezlong miktarı, sürekli yiyecek ve içecek bir yer bulunuşu, manzara sevdiğim yanı oldu. Ciddi bir klima problemi var. İlk gün verdikleri odada klima çalışmadı ve hava olağanüstü sıcaktı 2 tane vantilatör gönderdiler ama kimse odaya gelip sorunun ne olduğuna bakmadı bile, doğrudan pazartesi bakılabilir dendi. Gece camlar açık uyumak zorunda kaldık ve bebeğim dahil hepimizi çok fazla sinek ısırdı, bebeğim sıcaktan isilik oldu. Ertesi gün öğlen oda değişimi yapıldı nihayet ama 2 günlük tatilimizin 1 günü rezil oldu. Otelin genelinde klima problemi vardı zaten, ana restoranda bazı yerler hafif serin bazı Yerler aşırı sıcaktı. Asansörler havasız, oyun alanı havasız, lobi ve o bölgedeki barlar havasız. Otelde sürekli terleyen turistleri heryerde görebilirsiniz. Ödenen parayı ve ismini asla haketmiyor. Deluxe filan olma ihtimali yok. Herşey çok eski, şezlonglar yırtık ve basit, genel kullanım alanlarındaki ve spadaki duş ve tuvaletler kırık dökük, eski, kirli. Çocuk dostu deniyor ama maalesef genel alanda bebek alt değişim ünitesi tuvaletlere girince erkek ve kadın tuvaletinin orta yerinde açıkta duruyor. Bebeğin asla mahremiyeti yok.
- Maor (3/5): - בריכה נחמדה, יש חניה וגישה נוחה לים. צוות נחמד. המעלית לא עבדה בכלל בכל השהות שלנו. היינו בבניין של 3 קומות ועלינו וירדנו כל הזמן ברגל. במלון היו מודעים ולא התרגשו מזה. הצוות אמר שהמעלית תמיד עושה בעיות. החדר קטן עם מקלחת ממש קטנה שלא מתאימה למשפחה . המגבות והכריות לא באמת של מלון 5 כוכבים. אוכל ממש לא טעים ולא איכותי. הילדים נגעלו ולא אכלו כלום חוץ מפיצה וצ׳יפס. חדר האוכל והלובי היו חמים וחנוקים כל הזמן. נראה שהמזגן שם לא עבד כמו שצריך. בלילה הראשון היו חסרות 2 מגבות. כשביקשנו עוד, הצוות הביא רק מגבת אחת כי "יש מחסור במגבות" רק אחרי שהתעקשנו קיבלנו עוד מגבת. בקיצור ממש לא מומלץ.

- Karabulut (5/5): Heureusement qu’il y avait les animateurs de O’Club . - Les animateurs surtout les animateurs du o’club Trop de bruit le soir . Des incivilités tous les jours . Et personne de l’hôtel dit quelque chose . Par exemple il est écrit qu’il est interdit de réserver des chaises longues mais toutes les chaises longues sont réservées dès 7h00 du matin . Insupportable . Il n’y a pas de personnel de sécurité. Des anglais toujours trop alcoolisés font trop de bruits et sont violents . Mais personne de l’hôtel n’ose leur répondre ou les inviter à se comporter comme des humains civilisés .

- Natalie (10/5): - ממליצה בחום! מלון הכל כלול ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש. לקחנו 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת בקבלה שידרגו אותנו עם נוף לים היה מדהים. הגענו מוקדם בבוקר וכבר איפשרו לנו להיות בכל המתקנים ולהנות מהמלון. יש 24/7 אוכל טרי וטעים, מלא אפשרויות בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל. 4 בריכות מדהימות, שתיה חופשית כולל אלכוהול מכל הסוגים ופינוקים. היינו 6 ימים ולא הספקנו להגיע לכל מה שהמלון מציע.. צוות בידור, המון פעילויות. בהחלט נחזור!!!!!!!!!! שווה כל שקל. הצוות בידור בערבים חילק חולצות עם שמות לילדים כחלק מהבידור בערב, הם קראו לילדים לבוא למדוד חולצות כדי שיכינו להם עם שם. אחרי שהילד מודד הם מבקשים תשלום של 18 יורו. זה הרגיש כמו רמאות. צריך לציין מראש שזה בתשלום כדי לתת בחירה לאנשים, זה היה מאוד מביך עבורי ועבור הילד. בנוסף, עשינו צק אאוט לפנות בוקר ואכלנו בחדר אוכל, כנראה כי חא היו אנשים טיילה שם חתולה.. אלוהים יודע במה היא נגעה.. הבידוד של החדרים לא הכי טוב ושומעים רעשים מהבידור ומהמסדרון, קחו אטמים.

- Anneli (8/5): Kommer tillbaka - God mat, fantastisk personal både vid poolbaren och loungbaren. Älskar läget. Dålig AC på rummen, vänner fick byta rum 2 ggr och min fungerade sådär. Städningen är inte den bästa.
- Elena (9/5): - בריכות היו מצוינות,קרוב לחוף פרטי.אוכל מגוון וטעים מאוד גם בחדר אוכל וגם פיצה בבריכה. צוות מאוד טוב.גם ממש אהבנו מסעדה איטלקית. חוף עם אבנים היה קצת קשה להיכנס למים.קפה בחדר אוכל פחות היה לטעמינו.מסעדה אסייתית לא ברמה.אחריה הלכנו לאכול ארוחת ערב בחדר אוכל.

- Salvatore (10/5): Un sogno! - Struttura di dimensioni importanti, tanto che non avrei mai creduto potesse essere gestita in modo così efficiente. È stato tutto fantastico, personale gentile, camera e luoghi comuni puliti e in ordine. Cibo con formula all inclusive ottimo, gestione dei ristoranti precisa e puntuale…nonostante la presenza di numerosissimi clienti raramente abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per mangiare o ordinare qualcosa da bere. Quanto alla formula all inclusive vorrei evidenziare che tra tutte quelle che ho visitato, questa è indubbiamente la struttura che offre tale servizio in modo migliore…insomma, tutto fantastico. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per quanto riguarda l’animazione che ci ha fatto compagnia soprattutto nei post cena. P.S. La struttura è situata in una zona un po’ periferica, fronte mare…a 20 min di taxi dall’aeroporto.

- Bashar (5/5): Blandade upplevelser – bra mat men dålig komfort - Jag gillade maten väldigt mycket – den var utmärkt! Personalen var också fantastisk, alltid vänlig och hjälpsam Tyvärr fanns det flera saker som inte var bra. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade dåligt, både i rummet och i resten av hotellet. Wi-Fi var också väldigt svagt och instabilt. Rummet var mycket litet, och när vi kom fungerade inte toaletten – det var verkligen inte okej.
- ANDREIA (10/5): - I liked everything. Every day there are entertainment activities. I love the swimpools. The variety of foods, the drinks, and cocktails. Also there are gym and spa facilities. I enjoyed the Cretan massage. This hotel is worth each penny. There are lots to do, and it makes it hard to think of leaving the hotel when you have everything inside. I would for sure return and recommend it to other people. The child's bed mattress was a bit hard.

- יפית (7/5): מיקום טוב אוכל טעון שיפור - המיקום של המלון מעולה הצוות מאוד ידידותי ונעים הבריכות יפות אך חסר כיסאות ומקום מוצל בבריכה בנוסף האוכל בצהריים בערב מזעזע בעיניי לא מגוון כל דבר תבשיל עם חזיר וחלב שממש קשה למצוא משהו לאכול בנוסף אין מיזוג בלובי אין מיזוג בחדר אוכל הבריכה עמוסה ואין מקומות מוצלים

I servizi offerti sono ottimi, il cibo buono e vario, con una buona scelta ogni giorno.Sono stati gentilissimi al nostro check out La posizione è comoda: in soli 10 minuti si arriva a Rodi città, sia con il transfer dell’hotel (a pagamento) che con l’autobus che passa proprio davanti alla spiaggia e costa circa 2 euro. Una bella vacanza Grazie Quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato il materasso, davvero scomodissimo, che rendeva difficile riposare bene. Dal bagno proveniva un cattivo odore persistente, tanto forte da rendere difficile starci dentro. Gli asciugamani spesso non erano bianchi ma tendenti al grigio, dando una sensazione di scarsa pulizia. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni, ma le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate. Inoltre, i mobili presentavano delle macchie e in camera si avvertiva un odore di vecchio poco piacevole. A mio parere, non rispecchia gli standard di un vero hotel a 5 stelle.

Διαφορετικές λύσεις για θαλάσσιο μπάνιο, πισίνες, δραστηριότητες και για παιδιά. Βραδιές αφιερωμένες σε δράσεις. 24ωρη παροχή σνάκ, ποτών! Το εκκλησάκι ήταν κλειστό!

- Joanna (10/5): - Mój syn wraz z czwórką znajomych spędził w hotelu swoje pierwsze dorosłe wakacje. Wszyscy byli zachwyceni. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, piękny pokój, mili animatorzy.

- Elina (8/5): Kiva perus All inclusive loma. - Ruoka oli hyvää ja neljässä päivässä ei niihin ehtinyt kyllästyä. Ranta-alue oli rauhallinen. Siivous huoneissa ok ja aamuiset yoga/venyttelytunnit kivoja. Lyhyt matka Rodoksen kaupunkiin bussilla tai taksilla. Allasalueella ja ruokailuissa ehkä liikaa ihmisiä, sai jonotella. Ihmispaljous hieman rokotti viihtyvyyyyä. Hissien kanssa välillä hidasta. Kävelyetäisyydellä muutama kauppa mutta ei oikein muuta. Voisin jatkossakin kuitenkin tulla muutamaksi päiväksi.
