Все устаревшее в том числе мебель. • был паук даже в постеле • телевизор не работал • внутренний телефон звонить ресепшн тоже не работал • НЕОБХОДИМО СДАЛАТЬ РЕМОНТ ИЛИ КАПИТАЛЬНУЮ ГЕНЕРАЛЬНУЮ УБОРКУ + персонал хороший + расположение отеля шикарное + завтрак скромный но вкусный Не думаю что вернусь (если не сделают уборку)

• Düztepe (8/5): Fiyat/performans oteliydi. Tekrar tercih edebilirim. - Seçimimden oldukça memnun kaldım. Odamız müsaitti erken check in için yardımcı oldular burdan da tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Konum olarak turistik noktalara oldukça yakındı. Malesef bizim şanssızlığımıza yan binada tadilat vardı öğlen otele dinlenmeye geldiğimizde rahatsız edici oldu ama tabi bu durumun otelle ilgisi yok, sessiz bir bölgede. Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü yardımsever. Temizliği gayet güzeldi özenle yapılıyordu. Biz deluxe odada kaldık büyüklüğü çok iyiydi çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı geliştirilebilir diye düşünüyorum. Kahvaltı salonunda mikrodalga düşünülmüş çok az ürün için kullanılıyordu, tost makinasını yeğlerdim açıkcası daha kullanışlı olabilir. Örnek kahvaltı tabağı paylaşıyorum, (cornflakes ve reçeller, meyve suyu vs de vardı ben almamıştım) Yataklarda yatağı kaplayan alezlerden kullanılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çarşaf kayınca yatak görünüyor görünt olarak pek hoş olmuyor. Bir de bizim odamız oldukça büyüktü(201), köşeye küçük berjerler çok yakışırdı ve kullanışlı olurdu diye düşünüyorum.

• B (5/5): Passable - The location is amazing and the staff are helpful. The breakfast was very poor. My room was located on the ground floor. It was very tired and in need of refurbishment, and it had a smell of mould. The rest of my family stayed on the second floor and did not have this problem. The bed linen was 100% synthetic and very uncomfortable.

• Shinos (5/5): Not all highest rated booking.com rooms are good in experience. - First of all I would really appreciate the support by the staff. Initially , I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Then I found some difficulty with existing room and got an upgrade for additional amount with an additional night for total of 3 nights. The moment I paid for the whole night’s, I asked about the parking lot and they said no parking lot available. This was misinformed in the booking.com. As per the staff, old city is not allowed to park for anyone and there are no taxi services right at your doorstep. So I pulled all my luggage to the Hotel. Which I was fine thinking that I would rent a car and return on cor back to next destination. The mattress are uneven and I couldn’t sleep well. Next day, I asked the staff for check out with a day as penalty (which I am fine atleast not to loose the whole amount)and refund last or 3rd day which they did and am thankful for that. They asked not to review in Booking.con but I should let the property owner know that’s the people pay for service and they are travelling from different places. Their expectation should be met without fail. One last thing to add about breakfast which is of no value. Not even a bread toast machine was available

He was completely helpful whenever we needed information, may it be a taxi or restaurant or getting around Baku. It was a memorable trip for us and would definitely like to visit Azerbaijan again n stay in the same hotel. Such a nice country with friendly locals. 1. Dental kit was not provided 2. Same menu for breakfast every day

• Alla (10/5): Exceptional - We were staying in double deluxe. We booked first for 1 day, but we extended our stay for all our vacation days. Hotel is very clean, no bad smell. Terrace for the breakfast had beautiful view. The variety of breakfast options weren't so huge, but we were ok as we understand it's not season and probably in summer there are much more options. Staff is very friendly and helpful; whatever we were asking they provided us. Location is just amazing, in old city so you can enjoy beautiful historical streets right away after going out from the hotel. Amazing location. Will definitely come back again. Quality of bed sets. They are clean and good smelling, but not best quality.

Thanks to this person, five stars for the employee, I had a comfortable and wonderful stay. The hotel is in a special place in the middle of the old city. Everything is close by you. You do not need a taxi. I will repeat the visit later. Nothing everything went very well

• jhukup (4/5): Uncomfortable in Boutique Hotel Baku - Getting anxious before going- as the reviews are so bad and also saw the stained bed sheet pictures. Hope I can write a good review once I reach. We arrived at5 am . It was not accessible by cab and had to walk about5 mins in the cold. We were checked in. We were told we will get a better room tomorrow. Came to our room which had a musty smell. Wanted tea but kettle did not work so went to reception and asked for another one. This was brought to our room in 5 mins. Went for breakfast. Did not get proper tea with milk as there was no hot milk but break fast was ok and got some fruits and salad. But there was no toaster. Bread was dry. Came to the room - there was practically no water from the taps. My husband enquired and was told it will come in 10-15 mins. Waited for 15 mins and still no water and this is ridiculous. At least they should have briefed that about water timings when we checked in or explain that there might be a water shortage issue- just hiding it does not sort the problem for us and if this is the case how can we give good reviews to our friends who want to visit Baku about the hotel!! Should have listened to Trip Advisor and booked at a different place

Wenn es morgens einen Toaster und stärkeren Kaffee gegeben hätte, wäre ein Stern bei der Bewertung dringewesen. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Kaffee und Toaster wurde an der Rezeption angesprochen.

• Sadiyah (6/5): The bed sheets ruined my personal experience. - The location and all was great. Room and facilities were not bad. Checking in and out was fine and staff was nice. Walking distance from everything in Old City. The bed sheets and covers used were absolutely the worst. Thank God I only booked for one night cuz I could not sleep at all. Next morning we had to head out on a tour early and whatever they had laid out for breakfast was not to be touched as we were too early. Not sure I liked that. If tours start early, should hotels not accomodate that?

It also have a rooftop dining area, which I didn't get a chance to use, but did check it out I needed to stay for the night, hence I picked this hotel for the rate. I felt the hotel does have potential, for what it's charging it's quite ok. The hotel need to be refreshed as it looks like it needed it. The towels and everything are clean, but it does not smell fresh.

Breakfast on the top floor had amazing views of the city. The location was fantastic with a short walk to everything but was still a quiet location. I couldn't fault anything. If I could of got two rooms next to each other rather than on seperate floors. But that was beyond the hotels control really.

• Julia (8/5): Great starting point for your day - Modest, but super nice. Everything you need. Robe and slippers in the room. Very warm welcome from all the stuff. The room was clean and spacious. Elevator for easy access to the upper floors. The breakfast was basic, but quite enough. Beautiful spacious dining room on the top floor, no lineups, breathtaking view on the Baku bay – an excellent way to set the mood for the rest of your day. After the check out, I left my suitcases by the reception for the day. It felt very comfortable. Came back at the end of the day, changed and repacked. Next to the reception, there is a big bathroom where you can change before the flight.

• 692anuja (8/5): Good Value for money in Old Baku - Old Street Boutique hotel is centrally located in the old city of Baku. it's location is what makes it unique. Walkable distance to Nizami Street and in the heart of old city with tons of great eateries and shopping places around. Breakfast is very very normal at the place. Almost no veg options, no live counter. While booking please be mindful to take a room with balcony coz that the USP. The bathroom did smell a little strange. Mattresses can definitely be improved. Overall a good value for money if you are looking for something in the old city and want to experience and old world charm. Again, balcony is a must for the experience. P.S. in peak hours, entry to the old city becomes a little difficult owing to traffic.

• Ambika (9/5): Superb - Beautiful boutique hotel located right in the Ichi sheher (old city). So close to main tourist attractions like Palace of Shirvanshah, Maiden tower, Nizami street, Baku Boulevard. Neat and clean room and bathroom! Very good interior work! Breakfast was below expectations as there were not many choices. Even though the terrace where the breakfast was arranged was super cool!
• richardtraveller33 (4/5): Old dated hotel in need of renovation - Very bad foul smell in the room. Room size is small. Bathroom is stinking with rust smell. Had to keep the air freshener right next to my face. Only positive is the great location in old town. Walking distance to nizami street. Avoid it as better options available at similar price.
• Hamoud (4/5): Excellent location, very helpful staff but facilities are bad. - Location was perfect and staff were very helpful, especially Azar. Very basic, rooms need updating. Mattress very old with springs hurting the body. Uncomfortable. Bad sewage smell in the room from the bathroom.
• seanotto04 (2/5): Horrible - I booked my trip in January for 3 nights in April, on arrival owner said I didn’t have a reservation, then acknowledged I did but he had cancelled it , after 1 hour of back and forth, then told me he only had a room for 2 nights and after that I had to move to his other hotel Maraj, super seedy and less priced, also 45 minutes away from Old City in a Soviet era block neighborhood, no restaurants or anything but refused to refund me the difference, now he is disputing the whole thing, disgusting and disappointing, how can you admit you made such a mistake and then not refund the balance of 1 night?
• Sean (2/5): - DO NOT Trust the owner, On January 28th I booked a 3 night stay 8th-11th of April. Upon arrival I was told I did not have a reservation, I showed my Orbitz confirmation, then he told me I had cancelled it, I never did, then he told me they were sold out, no offer to find me another hotel or any help, I refused to leave; an hour later then miraculously he found the confirmation email, but only had a room for 2 nights, my last night would be 1 hour away in a dingy 2:5 star sister hotel called Miraj hotel, He offered to pay my metro card, (thanks, I got it), now he is disputing this and dragging his feet and refusing to refund the difference. Ironically I work in the hospitality industry and this is terrible ownership in my professional opinion, stay somewhere else or risk this happening to you on your holiday. I cannot believe you would treat a guest like this. If I had wanted to stay in a Soviet era built area I would not have booked in the Old City.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Good location in the old town. Not very clean. - Nice view from the restaurant. Comfortable bed and good location. We were able to check in earlier, so that was very nice. Room was not really clean and the bathroom would frequently smell. Most likely from the drains. Breakfast was not great and they have no idea of how coffee should taste as they make it like tea and you really can’t taste anything to it.

• Richard (10/5): Great hotel in Old City - This place was nice clean and right in the heart of the Old City. Very easy to explore from this location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but does the job to start you off during the day.
• Jozsef (9/5): Great facility, staff, rooms. - Excellent, friendly staff, room and location perfect, central, historic place. Breakfast was offered a bit late, could be made available from let us say 7:30.
