• Raffi (7/5): Could have been brilliant if the room had not had the smokey smell. - The location was convenient for shops and restaurants. Also near to some important tourist sites History of the hotel itself is very interesting. Very nice check in and check out Room had been previously had a smoker in it; the whole building had this, even in the common areas. The main shower did not work; we used the shower head in the bath. The room however was well appointed and spacious.
• jennifer (9/5): This hotel is in a great neighborhood for walking and dining; staff is extremely nice, helpful. - The staff was friendly, informative, and efficient. The layout of the hotel with gardens and many buildings was very nice. The room is spacious and has many fine touches. The bed is comfortable. My only small hesitation is that the walls are thin and you can hear people on the other side of the wall, depending on who you get next door.

• 微风 (8/5): Location, convenient hotel - Location, hotel environment, the hotel is right on Shiquan Street, with many reasonably priced restaurants and silk shops, which is very convenient. They also provide cooling drinks to customers every day, which is very good. We've booked a Deluxe king Room, at Xiangqulou, when we arrived, they've upgraded our room which is nice, but the room filled of very strong Smoky smell, even in the bed which was terrible, as We've requested a non-smoke room, so next day we have to ask for room change. They changed our room to LiXige, there was a pure place that has no smoke at all. We were very happy. Restaurant in Garden hotel is very expensive. The bathroom in Deluxe king room is super small; the colour looks a bit dirty.

• Jbbreads (10/5): It was such a pleasant surprise that this hotel maintains it core historical buildings. Keep it up! - Location is strategically convenient with the Metro. It's just a mere walking distance of 7 mins and we have arrived our destination to roam around Suzhou city. Room is exceptionally big and clean. Love the layout and interior design. Staff are all very helpful!

• Edmundas (8/5): Luxury old style Chinese hotel experience - It was not the usual hotel experience as it is spreaded among several buildings in traditional Chinese garden style area. I could call it luxury hotel. Close to several Suzhou famous gardens. It looks like target audience are rich local customers and wedding planners. Not clearly signed in English. Was not suggested to order breakfast as it was not possible to book room with breakfast included in advance.
