• Vallet (5/5): - Il manquait une pelle pour le ménage, aucun produit d entretien, un balai seulement,4 petites cuillères pour 6 personnes. On nous a envoyé un message pour nous dire qu il fallait rendre le logement aussi propre qu a l arrivée, sinon nous serions prélevés de frais sur notre carte bancaire. Nous n avons pas l habitude de rendre le logement sale mais nous devons signaler qu il ́ est difficile de faire le ménage sans un.minimum de matériel.
• nad (7/5): Bel appartement mais très bruyant - la surface et l’emplacement de l’appartement, le balcon, la grande cuisine, la luminosité, l'ascenseur. des travaux hyper bruyants toute la journée, construction d’un immeuble accolé insupportable, on aurait pu être averti, impossible de se reposer. La place très exiguë du parking, donc on se garait dehors. Aucun contact avec aucun personnel, tout se passe par mail, nombres de relances multi quotidiennes pour remplir un complément de renseignements d’identité alors qu’on est dans les délais, la taxe de séjour augmentée par rapport à la réservation initiale, bien au dessus des prix de 90 cts par personne réglementée en catalogne. le prix élevé en hors saison, beaucoup augmenté, c’est la 5e fois qu’on loue cet appartement avec différentes agences.
• Cécile (8/5): - La localisation, les pièces spacieuses et le grand balcon. La place de parking en sous sol Manque de couverts Baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas. Place de parking vraiment petite. Compliqué avec une grosse voiture.
• Frédéric (8/5): Belle appartement bien situé - Très bon emplacement Il manquait une casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau qui nous a été apporté par la suite. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, donc sans casserole c'est compliqué de faire une infusion ou du thé. Il n'y avait pas de tapis de douche avec les serviettes de toilette. D'après l'agence c'est normal ! Sinon l'appartement était très bien.

• Claude (8/5): - L'emplacement était top en plein coeur de ROSES, je recommande vraiment cet appartement, très propre, bien situé, confortable, avec une place de parking sous l'immeuble. Toutes les ouvertures de portes se font par WhatsApp, et j'avoue que c'était bien pratique. RIEN
• Rita (8/5): Had a lovely week in Roses in the Sunshine. Large, Comfortable and well equipped Apartment just the Entry system & d - Great Location with close proximity to Restaurants, Beach and Bars. Very Clean with sufficient utensils. Very nice Oven and Hob. Nice Bathrooms and very comfortable Beds but glad I took our own Duvet & Cover. All in All we had a very nice week in this Apartment. Did not like the Entry system having to use WhatsApp to enter the 2-Front Doors and to use Garage to Park Car. We arrived on time but took us over 2 Hours before we could get in as the instructions were not clear enough as we had never used this type of entry system with No Keys and couldn’t see how it could work (Our excuse is we are 72 Years old !!) We did not have the use of Internet on our phone at this time and impossible to enter the property without. Also being a Public Holiday didn’t help as the Office we eventually found in Town was closed for the day. Found a Bar with Internet and with help we eventually got instructions on how to enter the Building. Much prefer a Key system. Also be prepared that the Parking spaces although a reasonable width are extremely difficult to manoeuvre the car into and our car is a Kia Sportage so only a medium size.

• Michel (5/5): - La propreté du logement et tout ce qui fallait pour faire la cuisine. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement glacial. Il a fallu 24h pour y vivre sans pull. D'où notre note ! Ce n'était pas compliqué que de mettre le chauffage la veille ! Sauf si Money is Money. Pas simple non plus l'accès au garage en entrée et sortie.

• Gordon (9/5): a great place to stay for a small family. would definitely return. - location, spacious and clean, good sofa, lift, lots of eating places close by and a really good daily market. good view. quieter than other reviews have said, bedroom at back anyway. good kitchen appliances and equipment (except below). enough plates and frying pans. cleaning welcome pack. car park is tight (large car would be tricky). blankets - duvets would be much better. no kettle or small saucepan
