- 學承 (10/5): - 服務人員很友善，也幫了我們很多忙。房間很大，三個人使用相當足夠。 地理位置也很方便，前往東寺、西本願寺或是梅小路公園都走路可到。 周邊交通機能也很方便，幾乎各大景點都可以搭乘公車免轉乘抵達。 周邊大卡車出入比較頻繁，會有些微噪音跟震動，相對的離主要幹道近，交通出入十分方便。 如果不在意的話幾乎沒有甚麼缺點。

- 美愛子 (4/5): - ベランダ付きの三人部屋に2人で宿泊しました。部屋は広くフローリングに畳を置いてその上に布団がある感じでした。ソファーとテーブルがあり、ベランダには物干し竿や、洗濯バサミなども用意されていて洗濯物を干すことができました。 部屋のドアを開けたら共用スペースのキッチンダイニング、そしてそこにシャワー室、洗面所、トイレがありました。ダイニングとドア一枚でトイレとシャワーは利用する時は少し気になりました。また洗面所もダイニングの中にある感じなので、朝食を作っている時に長い髪を乾かす女性の方がいて、ヘアオイルの匂いが食事と混ざったりするのが少し気になりました。 管理人さんはバイトの外国人の学生さん？ぽい方で、詳しくは言えませんが、部屋の鍵をもらうときに、おもむろに鍵の入ったキーボックス（色んな部屋の鍵が入っているのに共用スペースに置いてあることも危ない）そしてそのキーボックスについてる鍵のナンバーもとても単純な数字で開く（目の前でやっているので見えてしまいました）等、セキュリティが甘いのが少し危ないかなと思いました。 また、チェックアウト時もフロントに誰もおらず、しばらく待っても、電話しても出ずだったので、鍵をフロントに置いて帰りました。その後、『バスに乗っています、どちら様でしょうか』とメッセージが届きました。 2泊３日で35000円程＋宿泊税800円
- Mira (8/5): Otroligt fint och fräscht boende i Kyoto. - Ett otroligt fint boende som var extremt bekvämt! Det var både rent och fräscht och det städades ordentligt varje dag. Det fanns snacks i köket och de gemensamma ytorna var väl utrustade. Tjejen som jobbade i receptionen och tar emot alla gäster var otroligt snäll och hjälpsam! Hon gjorde upplevelsen helt fantastisk - hon är 10/10!! Enda nackdelen var att internet knappt fungerade för ens sista natten. Ibland var det jättebra och ibland fungerade det inte alls i timmar. Två duschar var lite knapert ibland för hur många gäster som bodde tillsammans. Om du duschar på eftermiddagen dock så undviker du köer och trängsel, så det gjorde jag :)

- Ariuntsetseg (7/5): - The location is superb, and the price is reasonable for the room and accommodation. The bed mattress was too soft, which gave me back pain. In the description, the shared bathroom wasn't mentioned, so I was surprised when I didn't get a room without a bathroom inside. I had to pay 200yen per night during my stay for the accommodation fee, which was also not mentioned until I went. The wifi was pretty slow, too.

- Fatin Farhah Binti (9/5): Spacious room and lovely staff - The room is spacious and the amenities was great, our room is near the pantry so its pretty convenient, was able to do laundry which is a plus for us. The staff is really nice and helpful, she offered to carry our luggage during checked out even though its outside of her working hours. A little bit further walk from kyoto station but it was manageable

The staff were super supportive and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, with bus stops very close by and several good eateries in the surrounding area, making it easy to get around and find food without much effort.
- NURUL HANAN (10/5): 10/10 would return and repeat our stay! - I love how this place was veryyy near Kyoto Station, so it was very convenient for us to move around. The staff on site, Thien, was very friendly and helpful. She even made sure to heat our rooms and transported our luggage in our room before we arrived, bless her heart! This place provides washing machine for guests to use, but there is no dryer provided (don't worry, the coin laundry place is very nearby!). The common facilities provided exceeded our expectations and was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay her, sleeping in warmed tatamis and would definitely return if we come back to Kyoto! There are no elevators so going up and down the stairs with the luggage was a bit tricky since the staircases are narrow.

- Eliza (7/5): Good value in a good location - Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location and the host was very sweet and accomodating. There was nice common spaces on the third and fourth floor however only two bathrooms so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. There is also a luggage lift which the host will use for you if required which was lovely :) The biggest downside was that the wifi basically wouldn't load anything and we had to rely on our mobile data. The fitted sheet on the beds also kept slipping off the corners during the night so we'd often wake up touching the mattress underneath which was a bit annoying.

- Joshi (10/5): - Loved this cozy place. We were here for 4 days. The staff is only available during the day time but so supportive and I extremely loved the receptionist. She is so pure and kind hearted. One time when I wasn’t able to figure out the laundry stuff, she did it for me and even put them to dry while we were out. She the best. Place is also really really good. The free candies, smoking in the balcony, the location. Everything was worth every penny.

- Veronica (8/5): Great 🤍 - There are no elevator but its very good that the building has hidden luggage lifter, the staff just entered our luggages inside a room and we went up to our room, and she delivered our luggages in there, so this was a very good thing, we wouldnt mind using the stairs for ourselves, not just for the luggages, the room was very big for us three, 7-8 people may fit in there, it was so comftable and quiet, washrooms were clean and kitchen was huge and clean as well None

Please check the policy before book. Rules are rules and there is no flexibility. The best part is the weather is cold in Japan, but the nights in Kyoto are boring. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, not recommended to stay in Kyoto.

The location is walkable distance from Kyoto Station but do prepare a walk for a bit, but it's also quiet, good for resting after a day of touring /shopping.

Bathrooms located on the fourth floor with rooms on other floors. Wouldn't be great for someone who has trouble with stairs. Loud at night due to traffic noise because of its location on a main road. Good price for Kyoto, but honestly I'd probably just avoid this city altogether.
