• Anju (3/5): Hotel needs Maintenance regularly. Especially the toilets. - The food and Punjabi tadka was very good. All the basic amenities were not provided. None of the rooms flush were not working. I was made to change the room 3 times. At last they gave me a better room for which I was charged more than what I had booked for. I come every month to gandhinagar for a week. I thought I will come to this hotel always but now I will try some other hotel.

• Koyya (1/5): Horrible experience and it is really hellish - Sunlight is good Reasonable breakfast Manager do not have basic knowledge of government issued ID documents, very adamant and got an attitude. Very bad start of our vacation. Virtually they have put us on the street and not willing to let us in in spite of has having correct documentation. Took a lot of escalators for us to get checked in
• Dipti (2/5): Very poor - Bed was okay and size of the room was big But no breakfast till 8: 30 am!!! I asked for morning tea, even that was not available till 8:30 am. Had to go to work without breakfast and even tea! No cab, or auto-rickshaw could be found in the morning. At 7:30 am I asked them to book for me, they refused. And I could find none!
