- Mark (10/5): A charming experience with excellent breakfast, hospitable staff, and clean and modern facilities. - Breakfast was excellent and varied and always balanced with a salad or other fresh ingredients. The hotel staff works so hard to serve everyone with incredible courtesy and hospitality. Though I was English speaking, we were able to work through the language barrier easily and get anything I needed. They really made the place. I’ll always remember the sound of the bell ringing at the front desk and the following sound of the hotel manager coming to help whoever was there. My room was a triple even though I was solo because that’s all they had available. While I understand the reasoning, they didn’t put bedsheets on the other two beds and the two bare mattresses made my room feel a little stark.
- Ty (10/5): - The property is right by Goyru Ski field. Literally a 2 min walk to the life/gondala. The owners took care of us and were really welcoming. We had breakfast everyday and was amaze by the quality of food. We also had dinner there one night and it felt like a 5 star restaurant. If we ever come back - we will stay here again.

The location is nearby escal plaza within walking distance, the food is absolutely delicious with huge portions, not to mention the host and his family is most welcoming and helpful. The interior design is both heartwarming and cute. We had a wonderful time staying here. お世話になりました. Everything is great. Although the room for four is more suitable for three people. With big suitcases, four people may be too crowded for the room.

- Sian (10/5): Amazing food, welcoming hosts and great location a few minutes walk to the slope. - The breakfast and dinner here are fantastic, really incredible quality and very delicious. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms are fairly simple but a good size with everything you need. There are also 2 onsen baths which are lovely after a day in the snow.

- Nicole (9/5): Very lovely stay, will be back! - The house itself is very quaint and clean with many small nice personal touches. The meals also were western but very delicious with huge portions (you must try the bread)! The owner was also friendly and tried his best to communicate with us even though he didn’t speak much English as I think they get more Japanese clients. Tip: they sell discounted lift tickets that’s a lot cheaper than buying on the slope. Unfortunately we only saw this after buying our tickets :( It does not have much restaurants around the hotel so you will need to eat dinner at the hotel or walk at least 15 min to get to a restaurant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適なスキー滞在でした。 - 白馬五竜でのスキーでお世話になりました。2名で利用しましたが、部屋が広くて建物もメンテナンスされているようで、快適に過ごす事ができました。朝食は食べきれない程の量で、お料理自体もとても美味しいものでついつい食べ過ぎて、自業自得ですが朝食後の運動がしんどかったです。。。２泊目が寒かったせいか、床暖房の温度が暖か過ぎて夜中に暑くて起きてしまいましたが、それ以外は大満足です。オーナーさんも気さくな方で、話しやすくて滞在中はとても安心でした。忙しい中バス停までの送迎もして頂き、とても助かりました。五竜へ行く際は、またお世話になりたいと思います。
