• YOKO (8/5): - 三人分で予約。ベッドルームが個別に3部屋、シャワールーム2つは良かったが、1つのシャワールームはぬるいお湯しか出なくて実際使えなかった。外出時にルームキーカードを外すと冷蔵庫の電源が切れてしまうので、要冷蔵のものを保管したかったら1枚のカードは入れておかなければならないのが不便。ベランダにドラム式洗濯機があるのは助かった。ウォシュレットは設置されて居たが何故か作動しなかった。土足のまま部屋の中を歩くのは苦手なので使い捨てスリッパが欲しかった。建物の入口が路面に接していないので最初は分かりにくかった。

A bit hard to find (need to go past the escalators and through a frosted glass door towards the back of the building to get to the check in desk).

• Kayden (8/5): Lexington Serviced Apartments. Pros and Cons - Cons: Firstly the signage for the apartments were not good. It took us a while to drive around and find the apartments. Secondly, the swimming pool was green so swimming was out of the question. Maybe this was due to the holiday period but there should be a warning to whomever wants to book an apartment with a swimming pool that the pool is not in use. Or maybe a discount should reflect that the pool is not available. Pros: the service from both receptionists were fantastic! Especially Ms Hien! Our flight was delayed 4 hours so I asked to check out later, Ms Hien was very understanding and helped us. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend this apartment, even just for the cleanliness and the super service from Ms Hien. Thank you.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 空間寬敞 - 公寓新穎內部空間寬敞舒適，有廚房、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機，公寓樓下隔壁就有大型超市及傳統市場，不論購物或用餐都很便利，雖然離市區有些距離，但坐車其實很方便。下次到河內還會考慮入住。
• Jas (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful! I love how spacious it is, with a modern twist. I love how it has a washer and dryer, which made it easier for travellers to pack light. The kitchen utensils have been helpful for people who would like to whip up a quick meal. However, the apartment does not provide detergent and dish washing sponge. Would be even better if it is provided. Staff have been friendly too!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant stay with Lexington Apartments - Clean and spacious apartments, staff with fluent English and very helpful manner. Housekeeping staff provide daily room cleaning during our stay. Pillow case is bit too soft. If more restaurants and shopping malls nearby will be even better. Definately will stay again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

• Danny (8/5): - I only stayed one night but I have stayed there previously. It is basically a studio apartment with a kitchen area. The room is clean, modern and there enough English channels on tv. The restaurant located at the lobby level is sufficient for Western meals and there is a Highlands Coffe about 100 meters away for the morning. The gym is top notch and the pool is nice. It is about 20-25 minutes from the airport and for the price it is an excellent deal. I will stay there again.
• BRIAN (8/5): 장기 숙박 추천 - 아주 넣은 스튜디오, 깔끔한 룸 컨디션, 청소상태 굿~ 침대 쿠션도 소프트하지 않아 좋았습니다. 하노이 지사 추천으로 숙박했는데, 장기 출장객 이라면 좋은 선택입니다. 단, 물 두개는 체크인 첫날만 제공. 바로 옆 일본 마켓에서 구입해서 숙박해야 합니다.
• JUYEON (10/5): I’m highly recommend this apartment - 숙소 위치는 관광객이 이용하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 택시를 잡아 타기도 어렵지만 숙소는 정말 최고 입니다. 침구도 좋고 깔끔하게 정리되어 있습니다. 베트남에서 산다면 이런 집에서 살고싶습니다. 첫날 저녁에 거실 에어컨이 고장나 이용이 어려웠지만 다른 방 에어컨은 잘 나왔습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 이용할겁니다. I’m highly recommend this apartment for business trip This apartment is really comfy and clean. And reception staff was friendly. Location is not good for tourists but still I think this apartment is good. Reasonable price and i had good service :)

• Daniel (8/5): Awesome place, with some minor annoyances - Good: the place is beautiful, spacious, convenient, quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Hanoi. Bad: Some staff members are super polite and helpful while others don’t even speak English at all. Make sure you buy a SIM card with calling time if you stay here, you’ll need it. The description of the place clearly states that there will be somebody in the front desk until 12 PM. We checked in around 10:30 PM, we were tired and thirsty. The guy that checked us in rushed us to the room and left. Upon checking the room we found there was no water anywhere for us to drink so naturally, we went to the front desk to ask for assistance only to find out the guy had already ended his shift. We went outside to see if we could buy some anywhere but everything closeby was already closed. Went back to the front desk and there was only a phone number for us to call for assistance (Thank God I had bought a SIM card with local call time!). I called and thankfully somebody helped us get 4 small water bottles, all this took about an hour - hour and a half after check in. Other than that, the guy at the front desk was super helpful throughout our stay, the other girl though... barely speaks any English. In general the place is beautiful, and we didn’t mind staying far from the city center because we wanted quiet rooms.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 렉싱턴 투숙 후기 - 호텔의 시설은 만족할만 하였습니다. 추후 하노이를 갈때 또 가보고싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운것은 호텔의 실내화가 없고, 주방에 요리할 도구가 부족하고 물도 구비가 안되어 있어 바로 물건을 사러가야하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 일반적인 준비도구 및 안내책자를 구비해 주면 더 좋을것 같습니다. 그리고 주변관광안내도라도 투숙객에게 제공하면 더 좋을 것으로 생각됩니다. 주변은 조용하고 쉬고에는 알맞은 호텔입니다.

• Stewart (10/5): WOW! - Awesome place! Incredible pool (very warm, 25-30 meters long?), great gym, spacious room, everything worked! The only downside (not for me, but maybe for some) is that it's not in a highly "westernized" location--to me that's a plus, I enjoy being in the real Vietnam, not the places designed for tourists, but I know some differ. The value of this place can't be beat!

• Simon (8/5): 새로 지어 깨끗한 아파트 - 생각나는대로 적습니다.. - 한국 콘도미니움하고 비슷 - 새 건물이라서 깨끗, 동네 수준도 있는 편 - 위치가 큰길에서 조금 떨어져 있고 이용자가 아직 많지 않아서 분위기도 조용 - 건물과 주위에 준수한 슈퍼와 식당 - 매일 깨끗하게 청소 - 새침대 (매트리스가 아직 싱싱) - 깔끔한 주방집기 (깨면 비싸요~) 단, 레인지에 올라 갈 수 있는 것은 큰 냄비 하나 프라이팬 하나 뿐. - 하노이 최고 수준의 짐, 수영장과 열기사우나. 단 사우나는 이용자가 없어 덥히는데 시간이 걸림 - 트인 조망. 큰 유리창 - 각 방 분리 냉난방 - 공항 고속도로에서 가까운 접근성 - 롯데,대우,미딩, 중화 어디서든 가까운 편리한 교통 - 건물 앞에 택시 잡기 비교적 용이 - 그래서 약간 높은 가격 그래도 합리적인 편 - 침대 시트를 교환해달라고 따로 말하지 않으면 그대로 퇴실일까지 무교환 ㅜㅜ - 욕실에 욕조가 있으나 온수는 부족. 뜨거운 물에 몸을 담그려면 물 받는데 시간과 요령이 필요 - 다소 낮은 수압, 샤워걸이 부재 - 내부에 세탁 건조 겸용 일렉트로룩스 드럼세탁기가 있음(장점). 그런데 정말 시끄럽고 불편하고 하루 종일 걸림(이건 단점) 더구나 나갈때 카드키를 빼면 전기가 끊겨 멈추기 때문에 키가 두개 필요 ㅜㅜ. 물론 비치된 세제는 없음. - 체킨 카운터가 24시간이 아님. - 무료제공 생수 없음 - 바로 옆 군사학교에서 아침 저녁으로 알람나팔.. 동반자는 잠을 설쳤음 - 밤에 조용할 대 천정에서 소음 들림. 아마 수영장 기계소음이 아닐까.. - 1회용 실내 슬리퍼 챙겨가면 좋아요~ 여기까지.. 도움이 되셨기를.
• Frequent travel (10/5): Great Value - Fitness center and the indoor pool are great quality. The room is spacious with a sink and stove top plus it is well maintained. The bed is comfortable and a nice view of the city from the balcony. I was only in Hanoi for 1 night so I didn't get to explore anything near the hotel and I am not sure if any tourist attractions are nearby.

• purin (10/5): 여러명이서 이용하기 좋은 호텔 - 친구들과 함께 총 4명이서 묵을 수 있는 숙소를 찾던 중 렉싱턴 아파트먼트를 알게되었다. 거리는 하노이 시내(호안끼엠 근처)와 약간 거리가 있지만 시설과 청결함, 직원의 친절함으로 커버가 가능하다.
• Happy Man (8/5): 사진만 보고 판단하지 마세요. - 1.프론트가 비어 있어서 체크인하는데 오래 기다렸고, 2.100만동의 시설보증금을 요구하는데 이런 내용도 미리 호텔정보에 공지를 해주었으면 좋겠고, 3.화장실에 예비화장지를 준비해 주었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었고, 4.수건도 손수건,세면수건,샤워수건 이렇게 3가지의 수건을 기본적으로 갖춰었으면 합니다. 5.샤워할려고하면 욕실 벽에 샤워기를 걸어둘 샤워기걸이가 없어 샤워하기가 불편합니다. 6.복도바닥이 타일로 시공되어 복도의 소음이 크게 느껴지고 늦은 시간까지 통행하는 사람들로 인해 매우 시끄럽게 느껴집니다.
• chienhuan (8/5): 靠近郊區的公寓 - 這次旅行的最後一天預訂了比較靠近郊區的公寓，雖然離市區比較遠，但可享受較悠閒的環境，且公寓隔壁的大樓就有超市，非常方便。公寓空間算大且有陽台，環境也算乾淨，整體而言如果有四個人以上到河內，蠻推薦當入住公寓。
