Nicht gefallen hat uns die Einstellung zum Kunden.Gleich am Eingang zum Ressort wird der Kunde mit einem Hinweisschild empfangen, dass das Mitbringen von externen Speisen und Getränken verboten ist.Also nicht herzlich willkommen, sonder ein klares Verbot😡Außer einem heimlich eingeschlichenen Stück Kuchen von der Tauffeier unserer Nichte haben wir uns selbstverständlich daran gehalten.Beim Abendessen muss der ganze Tisch das komplette Menü nehmen, da unterstellt wird, dass der Partner/in weniger bestellt und unerlaubt mit isst…eher lustig sind die Gemälde in der neu hergerichteten Kapelle…ja wir haben in den drei Tagen zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis noch für über dreihundert Euro zum Betriebsergebnis beigetragen 😊

They say the a/c was off for winter and the only way to cool the room was to open the doors. There were no screens on the doors to prevent bugs and animals from coming inside so it’s not a very good alternative. I suggest installing screens so fresh air can enter without unwanted animals and bugs.

If anything, maybe a later checkout (10.30 is quite early if you consider a 4pm checkin) and the possibility to bring your own wine since the bar closes at 8pm. Other than that, everything was perfect!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Överträffade våra högt ställda förväntningar - Vilken anläggning! Så vacker omgivning, fint bemötande och otrolig mat - kanske den bästa frukosten vi haft?! Servicen var genomgående något extra. Rummet var fint och välstädat. Poolen och poolområdet som en härlig oas, och djuren bakom tillförde det lilla extra. Vi är så glada att vi valde att bo hos er på Grieco och rekommenderar er varmt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till er snart!

Pedi a recepção do hotel que me fornecesse talheres e saca rolhas para degustar vinho e petiscos no próprio quarto estávamos cansados viajando a vários dias e o hotel fica muito distante da cidade mais próxima, estrada escura e sinuosa... MAS fui surpreendido com a refutação da administração do hotel dizendo que são proibidos de fornecer acessórios para consumo no hotel de itens que não forem adquiridos no próprio hotel. Achei desnecessário uma vez que o hotel não teria qualquer perda significativa. Um pequeno detalhe que faz toda a diferença...

• Gaia (10/5): - Un lingotto d'oro nella Valle d'Itria, quella è l'unica metafora che possiamo utilizzare. La masseria é perfetta in ogni dettaglio: camera pulita, ambienti curati, personale cordiale e disponibile, i prodotti degustati a cena e a colazione di qualità eccellente... Che dire? Nello specifico, il mio compagno ed io abbiamo anche usufruito della possibilità di effettuare un massaggio di coppia sotto una grande Quercia che si trova nei giardini, esperienza, anche questa, da sogno. Abbiamo avuto un leggero problemino in camera dovuto alla pietra viva presente su tutte le pareti, ma il personale non ha esitato a comportarsi nel modo più opportuno e garbato. Torneremo a trovarvi quanto prima!
• Kim (8/5): Family friendly stay with beautiful surroundings, great breakfast, but a few minor practical challenges. - We recently stayed at this hotel with our children and overall had a lovely experience. The breakfast buffet (and breakfast staff!) was a highlight – fresh, varied, and something for everyone. The staff were welcoming, especially towards the children, which really set a positive tone for our stay. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, and both the farm animals and the pool were a hit with the children – they were delighted and thoroughly entertained. We also appreciated the daily provision of fresh pool towels, a thoughtful touch that made things easier. Very positive experience but there were a couple of challenges we encountered as a family. Our family suite had only a Juliette balcony, which meant no real outdoor space to hang wet swimwear or clothes, which is not ideal with young children using the pool daily. Items were taking a long time to dry (in August), which became a bit frustrating. Also, while I understand the policy of not bringing food onsite, especially with the focus on the high quality onsite restaurant and pool bar, it did pose a challenge for us. The menus weren’t particularly child friendly, and my young children aren’t quite at the stage where they’ll enjoy an €18 European sandwich for lunch. My children aren’t fussy eaters but any means, but still they would’ve benefited from some simpler, more accessible options during the day by the pool like fruit, crudités, pastries, or a slice of pizza – just some simple everyday staples for younger guests. For dinner, its easier to go out and find alternative restaurants if needed, but during the day, some days we didn’t want to leave the property but had to for offsite ‘snacks’

• Madina (10/5): Magical - This Masseria is a dream. From the staff the food the luxury and beauty was unmatched. Nothing, everything was amazing! I would have liked to have a more personalised menu for kids for dinner but other than that the place is perfection and we’ll be coming back again.

Would come back in a heartbeat. You’d need a car, we expected that and drove into local towns a couple of nights, with a couple of nights having dinner in the hotel.
• Sarah (9/5): So relaxing and beautiful! - Unbelievably beautiful, felt luxurious. The pool and pool bar were amazing. The service was wonderful. The rooms were simple but clean and nice. Nothing not to like! The only thing I’d say is that we had a room with an extremely firm bed. My parents in law had a room with a very comfortable bed - so if you are specific about beds, it may be worth asking about the specific room prior to booking!

• Sohrab (10/5): Beautiful Countryside Resort Oasis - Our families’ first experience at the Masseria resort was nothing short of perfect. The grounds were simply breathtaking, and we instantly fell in love with the resort. Our children were particularly delighted by the vast farm that stretched between the vineyards, vegetable gardens, and fruit trees. They loved exploring the gardens and discovering the animals that roamed freely on the property. The little zoo of animals was another highlight, and the pool and bar added to the overall excitement and ambiance of the resort.

• Aine (10/5): We have already looked up how soon we can come back! - We could not say more about this most fabulous resort, from the moment we arrived and even the contact before, every person we came in contact with was so accommodating. Special shout out to Rossa who made pesto especially after we asked for it one morning at breakfast, that’s the kind of really personal and top class resort that Masseria Grecio, our tea/coffee order was off by heart and brought to our table. The facilities were out of this world, the pool is simply gorgeous, you’re just blown away around every corner the property is like something from a storybook. The food and breakfast buffet was a foodie’s haven. We ate for evenings here and the courtyard dining in the fair lights set the perfect ambiance and then the food arrives….all homegrown and local, I have never hard such amazing tastes!We have already looked up when we can return! Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations
