Nicol (8/5): Mittendrin - Historisches Hotel mitten in Old Town. Gepflegt und alles da was man benötigt, Tourbuchung, Geldwechsel, Wäscheservice. Der Pool ist schön erfrischend. Es ist laut in der Straße, es wird aber angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln wenn man nicht schlafen kann. Etwas kleine Zimmer.

Daniel (9/5): Central and friendly - The reception when we arrived was one of the most genuine I've ever had, ever. The pool was refreshing (we threw the kids in but didn't get in ourselves, but the kids loved it) The staff were great and the breakfast team was so friendly. There weren't many vegetarian options so the staff helped me navigate the breakfast buffet. We originally booked the balcony room, facing the street. We read the reviews about noise so we knew what we were getting ourselves in for, but it was too much even for those of us who go to bed late. But we swapped rooms into an internal room and slept like babies. Maybe the balcony rooms are better for the young who are still out late haha. In saying there was noise, I knew about it so I only blame myself, however the hotel's response to changing rooms was excellent. I would happily stay at the hotel again in future, but definitely not one of the street facing rooms.
Ron Richard (10/5): A VERY GOOD STAY - FRIENDLY STAFF AND COZY AMBIENCE. LOVE THE POOL!!! KUDOS TO KIM AND TREN WHO ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! Only minor, the bath tub is not fully fixed to the wall. when you shower, it floods a bit on the floor area of the bathroom when it should have been maintained dry if the tub is fully fixed to the wall.

Uwe (9/5): - Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt. Mit einem kleinen Pool, deshalb haben wir uns für das Hotel entschieden. Hat sich gelohnt, im heißen Hanoi ist eine Abkühlung immer willkommen Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, europäisch, asiatisch, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Nur der Kaffee war nicht so toll, wie wir ihn sonst getrunken haben. Transport zum Flughafen wurde wunderbar organisiert. Nun noch eine Anmerkung zur Lautstärke. Es ist laut in der Altstadt. Wir hatten das sehr schöne historische Zimmer zur Straße, es ist sehr geräumig und hat Doppelfenster. Wenn man dann noch die Vorhänge zuzieht, war für uns die Lautstärke kein Problem mehr. Wir haben auf Ohropax verzichtet und trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Cet hôtel est équipé au mieux pour nous protéger du bruit.

Durelle (10/5): - Nous avons passé un super sejour, le staff est attentionné, gentil et aux petits soins. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et étonnamment calme malgré le bruit du quartier. La piscine et le sauna apportent un vrai plus au séjour ! L’emplacement a été le coup de cœur, en plein cœur du vieux quartier, tout est accessible à pied, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Hanoï. Donna (10/5): A fantastic spot right in the heart of the action of the Old Quarter - This place was right smack bang in the middle of the Old Quarter by many drinking establishments. Our first night was quite loud and noisey but we were so tired we passed out. They do give you ear plugs so don’t worry, they know you will need them. It’s a great spot with a balcony to watch all the action below on the street. The pool was a great relief after a busy day out in Hanoi. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. There’s an ATM right outside the door which is great as the one up the street did not work at all. I would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was yum with fresh fruit, salads, authentic cuisine or bacon and eggs if you wanted. I didn’t like that I had to leave

Pool was nice also Way too noisy - all night long doors banging, people yelling & street noise kept me awake which spoilt my stay somewhat. I will not choose this location in future

Çobanoğlu (10/5): Şehrin kalbinde güvenilir insanların çalıştığı otel - Çok ilgili çalışanlar,temizlik çok iyi kahvaltı güzel tabi bir Türk kahvaltısı beklemeyin 😊,resepsiyondan Kim hanım ve Lu hanım o kadar yardımcı oldularki anlatamam,harika insanlar,onların nezninde tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Otel şehrin en merkezi yerinde old Qarter da dolayısıyla ön taraftaki odalar biraz geç saatte bile sokağın gürültüsünden etkilenebiliyor,otelle ilgili tek olumsuz konu bu olabilir,biz geç yattığımız için rahatsız olmadık.

VALERIE (8/5): Emplacement idéal si on aime les quartiers animés. - L'emplacement dans le vieux quartier. Idéal si on veut sortir le week-end, à proximité du marché nocturne du weekend. Le manque d'insonorisation entre notre chambre et celle d'à côté ( porte entre les deux chambres peu isolée). Ambiance bruyante car quartier des bars avec musique.

Marianne (10/5): Idéal ! - Nous avons annulé la réservation initiale dans un autre hébergement pour revenir à celui-ci tant il nous a plu. Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute. Les échanges sont fluides (organisation de navette aéroport etc). Les chambres sont grandes et disposent de tout le nécessaire. L’emplacement est idéal ! Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages sans problème après votre nuitée et il y a même des toilettes et douches à disposition ce qui est un vrai plus. Merci pour tout !!

Paul (9/5): Great location for the old town. - We’ve just spent 4 nights at the Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel and Spa. We’d originally booked a room with balcony on the front of the hotel but at check-in decided we would prefer a room at the back of the property. The Reception Desk team, Kim and Trang were excellent, relocating us to room 402 which was at the end of a corridor, rear facing which is probably the quietest area in the hotel. Kim also took us through hotel meal timings and was available for your bookings if required. Both Kim and Trang made us feel as if we were the only guests that mattered. Being on the edge of the old town, the hotel isn’t the largest or newest of properties so the room was smaller than others we’ve stayed in (we expected this). The room though was well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows, large wardrobe, safe and a large bathroom with shower cubicle (and not the normal wet room). The shower was powerful and hot water was running in seconds. The hotel breakfasts were varied and filling. A great selection of hot and cold food plus omelettes and scrambled eggs cooked to order. The restaurant team were attentive and cheerful. Always a good start to a day. Daily housekeeping was of a high standard, the rooms were spotless, fresh towels and toiletries restocked daily. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a great stay.

Bernard (10/5): - Hôtel rustique mais Super bien équipé, avec un personnel très à l'écoute. Notamment une personne parlant français...ce qui est très appréciable et rare. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux avec beaucoup de choix. L'établissement est super bien situé dans sun quartier vivant, avec resto, commerces, à 5mn du lac à pied.
Wayne (6/5): - The breakfast was good. The only issue is our room was facing the busiest street in the old quarter and was very noisy every night until 1 to 3 am. The location of our room with balcony on this very busy and noisy street. The music started 8 pm until 1 to 3 am. Hence I would not recommend this hotel unless your room was at the back where there was less traffic and noise.

Jan (8/5): Fijn hotel - Prima ligging in het oude centrum. Personeel erg aardig, en wilden graag wat voor je doen. Goed ontbijt. Matige badkamer. Slordig tegelwerk. Douchen in bad. Bad sluit niet aan aan muur dus lekkage. Warm water snel op. Met 2p achter elkaar douchen lukt niet.

Sofia (9/5): - Κεντρική τοποθεσία , καθαρό , ευγενικό προσωπικό , άνετο μεγάλο δωμάτιο και μεγάλο μπάνιο Το πιστολάκι στο μπάνιο ήταν με κουμπί που ήθελε συνεχώς πίεση και για στεγνώσει ένα κεφάλι πρέπει να πάθεις Αγκύλωση. Η τηλεόραση δεν συνδεόταν στο ίντερνετ ( ήθελε 10 λεπτά να συνδεθεί )

Patricia (6/5): SOLO VALE LA PENA LA UBICACION - Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion. En la calle de bares y restaurantes y night market. Escogimos el hotel por la piscina interior y spa y ni funcionaba el spa ni avisaron de que la piscina estaba en obras. No ofrecieron ningun tipo de compensacion. Otro punto desfavorable es que escogimos habitacion con bañera y el agua caliente no funciona ni 3 minutos (literal); con lo cual, ni puedes llenar la bañera ni te llega para una ducha completa. La habitacion tiene aire acondicionado,pero no calefaccion y Hanoi en enero hay dias frios. El personal de recepcion fue muy amable el primer dia para venderte excursiones y traslados. Después ni te saludan. No lo recomendaria porque hay muchos hoteles por la zona y este no era barato.
