• Joanne (8/5): Our week in Portugal was delightful and this accommodation was a charming addition to it. - We liked the location.... close to a beautiful beach and cliff top trails. A very pretty area. Access to the garden was very nice to have. And the views! Provided parking was great. Home was cozy and inviting and had everything we needed. It smelled a wee bit musty on arrival, but was not noticeable once we opened doors and windows. The duvet covers were not as charming as they were in the photos. 🙂 not quite the same vibe. These are just small things. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Lindsey (10/5): Traditional portugese property with stunning views and superb owner/host - Stunning terrace garden with lovely sea views, super quiet and easy to access with private parking. I can’t think of anything we didn’t really like, it’s not a property similar to one we have stayed in before as it was very traditional Portuguese in its decor \ layout and we usually stay in a more modern apartment/ villa that said we thoroughly enjoyed staying somewhere different and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

• Raymonde (7/5): - L'espace de la terrasse ainsi que la vue est magnifique mais c'est la seule chose qui est favorable de cet appartement. Quoique les chaises datent des années 80. Petites chaises en plastique. Cet appartement a été équipé dans les années 80 donc tout est vieux et désuet. Le lit est vieux et pas confortable. Nous n'avions meme pas un set de draps complet. C'était une housse de couette que nous avions comme drap donc la housse était plus courte qu'un drap plat. Vieilles oreillers bref, nous y sommes demeurés 4 nuits et nous avons mal dormi durant notre séjour. Le divan n'est pas propre. Nettoyez le svp pour vos prochains locateurs. Nous sommes en 2025, mettez une cafétière Nespresso ou semblable à capsules, plus facile pour les locateurs. Les serviettes de bain sont très vielles et décolorées. C'est très dommage car l'endroit est très bien. SVP Donnez de l'amour à cet appartement!

• Christian (9/5): Very charming apartment with sea view - Very charming apartment with a great view. Close to the beach and some restaurants are also nearby. Quite area without too much noise.

• sylvia (9/5): - Dieses Haus bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Der Garten ist in typisch portugieser Art mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Ana ist eine Seele von Mensch, hilfsbereit, und immer da wenn man jemanden braucht. Ich fühlte mich gleich sehr wohl bei ihr. Gern empfehle ich dieses Haus weiter. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. Wegen Ana und der herrlichen Lage! Buchen würde ich dann jedoch nur in der oberen Etage. Zum Kochen sind nur sehr begrenzte Utensilien vorhanden. Das im Souterrain gelegene Apartment besteht aus nur einem Raum, der auch noch sehr niedrig ist, plus Bad. Menschen ab ca1.80m können nur im Bad aufrecht stehen. Handtücher gab es nur am Anfang 1x 2 kleine und 1 Badehandtuch. Leider haben die auch gar nicht gut gerochen. Ebenso waren große Flecken auf der Bettwäsche (sah nach verfärbt aus) und auf der Tagesdecke, das war Schmutz. Auf Kakerlakenbesuch sollte man sich einstellen. Ich hatte in der Woche 3 Exemplare. In der Region nicht unüblich, ließ man mich wissen. .

• Mandy (10/5): Heel fijn appartement! - De locatie was erg fijn, rustig, maar toch alles in de buurt. De accommodatie had alles wat je nodig had!
• Peter (9/5): Urban Beach is in en excellent location. The property is very pretty and clean. - Breakfast not included The bed not comfortable but ok. The comforter has some smell.
• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - This was a beautiful location! We were in the perfect location and the Casa was an authentic Portuguese home! We loved it! Thank you to the hosts!
• Fonyad (9/5): With an extra heater and more stable wifi, it could be one of the best accommodations for Algarve tours with it’s great - Location and the style of the house was amazing! The hosts and the manager Rafael are extremely nice. The Wi-Fi was weak, often out of work, we should restart a lot. Although Rafael said this in advance, it's still unpleasant. At winter nights the air-condition for heating in the bedroom was also weak for some reason. Everything was humid in the morning. It was somewhat replaceable over a period of evening time with fire in a cozy fireplace in the main room.
• Carla (9/5): Sweet beach haven but just be aware of these things in advance! - - The location can’t be beat, right near the infamous -Vale de Centeanes, which is the start of the ‘Seven Hanging Valleys’ trail. - Nice safe and quiet neighbourhood. - The view of the ocean from the balcony is stunning - Cute and cozy retreat. Truly feels like your own little beach unit. - Provided beach towels and an umbrella, which was life saver in the heat! - Ana Maria was super sweet and Raphael was helpful and available to answer questions. - Provided a welcome bottle of wine, which we enjoyed at the beach! - Wifi was unreliable and slow. - Should be noted laundry is shared and subject to availability. - Bed was pretty uncomfortable - Some basic essentials were lacking like soap and shampoo, didn’t have enough toilet paper either had to ask for more. - Miscommunication between house cleaner and point of contact. Asked for a 30 min later check out and got approval from host which we were grateful for, but the house cleaner didn’t get the memo and showed up right at the original check out time ready to clean - which made for a stressful checking out/ packing experience! - The apartment building across the way has a maintenance person that loves to leaf blow at 6:30 am..

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Welcomed by Rafael despite the late hour with our flight being delayed. Took the time to show us round the apartment. AnnaMaria introduced herself a couple of days later and was there if we needed her, very lovely and accommodating. The view from the terrace every morning was just beautiful. No blind on bathroom window. More comfortable pillows.
• Edward (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment, great balcony and superb position, five minutes from the beach Lacked a chopping board in the kitchen and the mattress protector was a little lumpy.
• Karina (8/5): A charming house in Carvoeiro - Great location, ocean view, and steps from the beach. The place is good for 2 people. It had basic amenities. It is not modern, but it has its charm. We were missing a hair dryer, dishwashing liquid, and basic soap. The owner lives in the same house. She is a lovely lady and I guess we could've asked her to provide those, but these should be the basics the place is equipped with before arrival. It is a basement studio so there is not much light but it keeps a cool temperature. Overall it was a very nice stay in Algarve. We were gone most of the time sightseeing.
