Não em recordo o nome da Hostess que é francesa, porém ela é S E N S A C I O N A L, a sua hospitalidade e gentileza fizeram o diferencial na minha estadia e na dos meus colegas. No primeiro dia não tinha arroz, porém nos demais eles disponibilizaram no buffet e foi incrível. Sem piscina interna disponível.

Donc pour le petit déjeuner nous n’avions pas de café. Car imbuvable. Briefer les serveurs du Bar, pour qu’ils soient un peu plus souriant, ne ferait pas le mal .

Morven (9/5): Warm welcome in ideal location - The staff were amazing; everybody I spoke to was kind and helpful. I was travelling solo and I felt so welcomed - they even left cakes in my room on my birthday, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is in a fabulous location, my balcony looked out onto the ocean and there is a beautiful beach just opposite and a short walk to the busier parts of the seafront. The room was spacious, comfortable and totally clean. For me, it was the ideal place to stay in Portimao.

La difficulte a ses faire comprendre en francais a l accueil ,on a eu les renseignements pour le bus qui passe devant l hotel mais arrives au terminal il faut attendre des heures pour aller ailleurs et on n a pas su se faire comprendre .les diners peu varies.

Viajamos con un bebe de 6 meses y estuvimos muy cómodos, también nos pusieron cuna para el. Teníamos unas vistas preciosas hacia el mar, me encantó. Nosotros teníamos desayuno incluido y estuvo genial, había mucha variedad y todo riquísimo. Muy bien situado al lado de los acantilados y playa de fácil acceso. Es un lugar perfecto para estar tranquilo y visitar. Tiene piscina. Tiene parking exterior gratuito e interior ( 20€ la noche). Todo muy limpio y ordenado además de cómodo .Sin duda volveré a repetir. Calidad precio recomendado Algo a destacar, era pascua cuando nos alojamos ahí y nos pusieron huevos de chocolate, un detalle muy bonito. Nada

Rocío (9/5): - Las habitaciones y las instalaciones comunes, geniales. Camas muy cómodas. Las habitaciones con vistas laterales al mar tienen terraza y son muy cómodas y agradables. El desayuno tiene de todo. Las horas de entrada y salida no permiten disfrutar bien de lo que se paga. La zona de aparcamiento alrededor del hotel es limitada y supongo que en verano será difícil encontrar sitio (en Semana Santa no hubo problema). El desayuno es copioso pero no de calidad.

Claudia (10/5): Großartiger Aufenthalt, der Kaffee ist nicht trinkbar ! - Dieses Hotel ist sehr groß, trotzdem durch die Architektur und das aussergewöhnliche freundliche Personal sehr familiär! Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich Nur der Kaffee, egal wieviele Espressi shots man drückt, schmeckt nicht Kaffee ! Der Cappuccino schmeckt wie Kakao. Und Kaffee ist wichtig !
