• Maryse (7/5): Très proche des transports - L emplacement très proche des transports La chambre était relativement grande et propre L ascenseur Quand je suis arrivée a 8h après un bus de nuit on m a dit d attendre 11h pour avoir une chambre Puis a 10h, on m'en a proposé moyennant 600 roupies de supplément... Je trouvais déjà que 2800 roupies, c était très cher... Le personnel n était pas très aimable hormis le monsieur de nuit Un petit déjeuner est servi mais très épicé... normal on est en Inde... C est bien pour une nuit entre 2 transports

• Valerie (1/5): Not worth the money - Leaving this hotel Rude and impolite check in who was first neglected, as I showed the booking confirmation. The man told me, that we are in the wrong hotel, when I showed him the adress. He was very polite to male customers and absolutly rude and impolite to us. The room wasn't as shown on the booking homepage. The bedsheets had holes in it, the blanket spots, the mirror in the bathroom wasn't clean,....

• Deepak (2/5): Horrible stay and horrible staff.no photos as we don’t want to have any more memory of such a horrible experience. - Location is the only thing that we liked. We booked a deluxe double bed room and have made a special request to provide with a large double bed as we are husbands and wife. We received two emails from the property telling that the booking is confirmed in one email and the other one telling that the special request has been approved as well. When we reached the property we were told that they only have got a twin bed one kept perpendicular position to the other one in a cramped room.They offered a double bed room if we are happy to wait in the twin bed room until 13:20 and they told us that they staff will bring the key to us. We waited until 13:40 and have to call the reception to know that we have to wait another 5 minutes to get the key. After 10 minutes of the call, we were given the key of a room in the third floor and we have to take all our things all by our own to get there. We have to ask for even the toiletries to get it for us in the new room. Overall, our experience with the staff and the hotel as such was horrible. Will never ever visit anymore.

• Bapuji (7/5): Good - Room was clean, AC worked well, and bathroom was decent. Staff were polite, especially the lady at reception. Restaurant isn’t full-time—lunch was below average. Skipped breakfast due to early checkout. Good for a short stay near CMBT.
