I would go there again if I go back to Florence The bed was two single mattresses stuck together which was not very comfortable for my husband and I
• Jessica (10/5): Sunset view location - A beautiful apartment with large bathroom, lounge, bedroom and kitchen with balcony outside. The apartment was air conditioned throughout and all toiletries provided. The location is next to piazzale michelangelo for sunsets and is next to very good restaurants and 15 min walk from the centre. We would definately return. Hosts were great.

• Sonia (9/5): Excelente opción para disfrutar Florencia - Nuestra estancia en este apartamento de Florencia ha sido muy buena. La ubicación es cercana al centro sin estar en todo lo más turístico. Es un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. El centro histórico queda muy accesible, lo que permite recorrer la ciudad con calma y a pie. Por ejemplo, a 15 minutos andando llegas al Palazzo Vecchio. El apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, un comedor-cocina totalmente equipado con todos los utensilios necesarios, cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, horno y microondas. Había sal y azúcar. La limpieza fue impecable y el detalle de tener aire acondicionado en cada estancia (salón y ambas habitaciones) hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. Para nosotros ha resultado ideal, muy cómodo y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La zona, además, tiene mucho encanto: el mirador de Piazzale Michelangelo está a menos de 10 minutos caminando y el Giardino delle Rose a menos de 5. También hay una buena oferta de restaurantes, bares y heladerías en las inmediaciones. Nos resultó algo menos cómodo fue tener el supermercado más cercano a 10-12 minutos. Al menos nos quedaba de paso a nuestra vuelta a descansar y comprábamos poca cosa. En definitiva, sí recomendaría este alojamiento y volveríamos en una próxima visita a Florencia. El único punto a mejorar fue la conexión a internet, que no funcionó durante nuestra estancia. La agencia estuvo muy atenta e incluso vinieron a cambiar el router el segundo día, aunque finalmente no se pudo solucionar del todo. Además, la cobertura en la zona era algo limitada, por lo que nos costaba usar nuestros propios datos.

• Rahul (3/5): - Kitchen had all the equipments The check in was very very stressful, they work only from 3 to 6pm, how can someone predict exact minute they will reach? Are we on holiday of office meeting, after 6pm check in very very tough, I sat on the road for 1 hour, they forgot to mention flat is on 2nd floor with no elevator, the place is hardly close to anything, wifi didnt work for 3 days straight, for evrerythjng I had to walk 2 kms. Booking.com was not avaulable at all

• magdalena (10/5): Polecam. Bardzo dobry apartament. W - Apartament bardzo czysty, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Do dyspozycji osobna sypialnia i salon, a w zasadzie druga sypialnia. Cicho. Lokalizacja świetna, choć trudno było ją znaleźć za pierwszym razem. Blisko przystanek, lokale z kawą i restauracje. Bardzo dobry punkt jeśli ktoś chce zwiedzać. Brak oznaczenia lokalu na domofonie. Tylko jedna para kluczy. Przydałyby się dodatkowe klucze.
