- PATTI (5/5): It was fine. Shuttle was good. - It was a beautiful hotel and clean. I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.

Le hice la petición de coordinar un traslado para mi hermana que llegaba varias horas más tarde y su actitud fue desagrado y lo hizo de mala manera.. por lo demás super bien, pero deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente

Although I didn't get to eat the breakfast I appreciate that it was included and it looked good from what I could see. The room was very cosy and spacious. Overall a good stay. The staff did not book our complimentary airport drop off when I asked so there was a bit of a confusion but the driver helped me regardless of this.

They contract out the shuttle along with 2 other properties so of course for my early morning flight it was full and I had to arrange a ride. You’d think an airport hotel would have a reliable shuttle. They should plan properly or advertise limited shuttle. There is NO reason anyone would stay in this area unless they were on their way to or from the airport.

I could’ve spent a week or more and been very comfortable. I think there should’ve been more than one front desk person on duty at least during peak times such as afternoon/evening. The lines were long.

The bedding and linens were top notch and the woman that checked us in could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airport.

- D8186FRevelynr (4/5): Adequate property/cold unhelpful staff. - Overall it is at least updated and not rundown and outdated like a majority of the RIs are now, which is why I chose it. But, as others have complained, the shuttle leaves you stranded. No matter what, the shuttle is always "about 10 min away"...but you wait half an hour call again..and repeat. Finally another shuttle driver took pity on us because he had made three different trips and saw us still there..so he just dropped us off. It had been a long day, we waited for the non-existent shuttle for over an hour, we were beyond tired, but I always try to be nice and friendly to the check in person...but despite my trying to be friendly, the check in person was an absolute snot. I am guessing she was the one that kept lying to us about the shuttle. She threw my key card at me , and walked away. Nothing about breakfast hours, internet info or any of the other info they usually provided upon check in. I was just there overnight, and it was adequate I suppose (breakfast a bit below the normal standards..which is a pretty low bar to begin with). I have to be in Denver pretty frequently over the next year...but due to the staff I will take them off my list of options of hotels to book when I am in town.

Excellent location if you need to catch an early flight to the airport. The bathroom was light, bright and very spacious.. It was perfect for an airport stay.

- drewsC6384MZ (4/5): Poor Housekeeping, Shuttle left me stranded, General Manager won't respond, Avoid! - Booked this because it looked fairly new and had decent reviews- don't be deceived! Room was dirty, with a full trash can from the previous guest unemptied, which included some paperwork with their personal information on it. Shower had hairs that should have been caught, and the body wash dispenser was completely out. The numerous complaints about the shuttle are very real. The shuttle is shared with multiple cheaper hotels nearby, so it's packed with people and had no room for luggage. Worse yet, when departing to the airport during lunchtime, they left me stranded. I booked it for 1pm upon checking in, per their instructions, and when I went down to catch it, they were unprepared and making contact with the shuttle driver for the first time. He couldn't make it back for at least 30 mins. Front desk staff would not cover the cost of an Uber or Taxi so that I could catch my flight, despite this being entirely their fault. I've attempted to contact the General Manager multiple times for reimbursement but have received nothing other than a copy and paste "we're sorry we let you down" response. Don't stay here! Dirty, poorly managed, and run by a GM who isn't paying attention to customer needs.
- Lacie (10/5): - Property was a great. A little old in the rooms but price reflects that. Staff was great and airport shuttle was awesome!

- Peter (6/5): - The suite I stayed in felt like a studio apartment, complete with dishes, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave. The staff should be a bit more professionalism in certain interactions would enhance the experience.
- emilie (10/5): - I love the property. Spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast buffet choices were great too. The only negative I would is why does the guest have to pay for parking . Not necessary.
