We always feel cared for and are greeted with the kindest welcome by Amanda. Amanda should get a raise. Truly. Thank you, Amanda, for your kindness! We reserved a King suite, but the couch bed mattress was very overused and sank down in the middle. The air conditioner made some crazy noises in the night, so we had to unplug.

- Colleen (8/5): Good, but don't pay for the mountain view! - The location was good. It was right off the highway. The room and other areas were very clean. I paid an additional amount for a room with a mountain view. There were mountains in the background, but in between the hotel and the mountains was a recycling center, a highway, and QT, McDonald's, etc. signs. It definitely was not a view worth paying extra money for.

- Michael (4/5): It was a decent hotel. - The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and it smell clean. What I didn’t like was I’m a breast-feeding mom with a seven month old baby and the refrigerator was not cold enough and it kept turning off every two hours so I had to dump all of my breastmilk and there was complaints about us being loud when we weren’t, we were extremely quiet. We have a baby so we tiptoe around the room which it was really weird, but yeah, I was just it was off. The bear was not comfortable it was it was A dent on the mattress, it was very it was uncomfortable at all. The pills aren’t comfortable at all yeah so I will read it a three.

- Strong (10/5): Helpful staff. - The staff was so helpful, I needed my ice packs refroze for our next days travel and they did that for me. Everything was so clean and comfortable. And you can't beat their breakfast. Best variety of food and coffee/tea bar. Thankyou Everything was great!

When checking in I was questioned why I was staying there being that I was a local and they didn’t usually accept reservations from locals. Sorry, but I was having electrical work at my house and had no power. The whole place seemed clean but upon closer inspection I had food left on the rug when I checked in. Everything was just okay. Nothing special!!!

- Rhonda (8/5): - Pros: The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Cons: I reserved a mountain view room. The mountains were so far off in the distance that "mountain view" was not what we got and was misleading. Don't expect any beautiful views! Additionally, the refrigerator didn't get cold, and there was no freezer section for ice packs, etc.
- Bruce (10/5): GREAT!!! - Cleanliness was extremely good, the facility was absolutely lovely. The restroom layout was a big surprise, made me wish my own home had one that nice. Breakfast was very good (I travel a lot so I'm a good one to compare by) only thing was, the coffee was a little stiff for my wife, LOL. I was fully satisfied.

- Sharron (10/5): - Everything about Fairfield Marriott in Hendersonville NC is perfect!! Both of us book the Queen Suite each time we visit which is yearly. The beds are so comfortable including the pillows. When it's time to leave, I looked forward to the next visit. Thank you Fairfield Marriott!

- GoCanes87 (10/5): Perfect stop in a great town - The Fairfield Hendersonville Flat Rock was the perfect stop after a flight followed by a long drive. Our room was clean, quiet and large. Our bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower. We also liked the breakfast buffet. We slept and ate well at the Fairfield. Parking is easy and complementary. Ask for a room with a view of the mountains and crack open the window to air out the room. Be sure to visit downtown Hendersonville and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Do not miss a visit to the McFarlan Bakery on Main Street.

- dmrdar (10/5): Hotel is Clean, Updated and Beautiful - This hotel blew us away when we wlaked into our room. Facility is very clean. It was in a quiet area. Our room was a 2 room suite with 2 tv's. Had a walk-in shower. Breakfast was fine. Had Jimmy Dean wrapped Sausage, Egg and Cheese bisquits, breads eggs, juices etc.. Had a great night sleep. Was worried a bit because it said storms would be in area after 1 am and some may be severe. We did not hear a thing. No question I would stay here again if passing through the area.

The front desk and the rest of the personal are very corteus and professional ans extremely friendly. The rooms are spotless. The hotel is quiet. Breakfast is very good. The location is perfect since you are 25-30 minutes drive to the waterfalls of Brevard , Ashville ,the access to the Blue Ridge Parkway , etc. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again , wish I plan to be possibly next the beginning of October.

- n525cj (4/5): Be careful - Over the last 5 years I have been staying approximately every 90 days. Most of the time it’s been an ok experience if you like front desk personal eat breakfast or on her phone while serving guest and have the housekeeping staff standing in the way of registered guest I the breakfast area. Breakfast attendant not replenishing food and coffee. As with any business there are hiccups in which I understand and do not say much. As with any Business Traveler plans change and hotels are generally constant if you are a frequent guest they normally accommodate a cancellation request, knowing I will be back in the future. On January 14 I had a reservation I called on the 13th and advised the hotel that I might be canceling the hotel for the 14th and asked them if they could make a note in the reservation, in which they did. On the 14th it turned out that I had to cancel the reservation I asked if they could waive the one night stay, the alleged front desk manager said no because I cancelled quite often, I advised her it’s only a few times. She said that she would speak to the manager. She called back a while letter and she said he said no. Then I called Marriott Customer Service as we were talking they noticed that there were 2 reservation on made on the 8th and one on the 14th I never made the reservation on the 14th the hotel did for some unknown reason, after the Marriott Rep asked as to why they made the reservation they stated they needed my contact information, then Marriott advised the hotel Front Desk Manager that it in my Bonvoy profile. I called back on the 16th and asked if I could speak to the General Manager now the real Front desk manager I think said he won’t be in until tomorrow and then she changed it to Sunday. Then I proceeded to asked for the Management Company she said she did not know who it was, I said look on the wall there is a sign there, after a few moments she said there were not sign. Then I proceeded to advised her I have been in the Hospitality Business of the last 55 years and I know the business. I also said that I have talked to the hotel management company before and had to write reviews then she started to over talk me stating that I was threatening her with reviews I was try to exclaim to her that I have had issues with a previous manager before and I wrote review and later retracted them, because they actually listen to my concerns, however she I threatened her and hung up. I did not threaten, here is the fact. I have instructed my staff not to stay at this property which is an average of 15 nights per month. Oh I forgot we inspect Hotels for Cleanliness, Maintenance and Customer service in which this a D. While Blue Star Hospitality Group has great prosperities including Restaurants and there management staff on the corporate level are great people to work with, however I would steer away from Fairfield Inn Flat Rock/Hendersville NC.

- JESSICA (10/5): - Check-in was quick. The front desk assistant was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in and into our room. Room was comfortable for my husband and I and our three kiddos. It was quiet and clean and a great place for is to stay to take a break from our travel back from Sevierville, NC.
