The hotel needs renovation as it is very old. Also since the hotel is situated on the hill the way back from the haram might be tiring for some.people.

- Salma (6/5): Overall, my stay in The hotel for few days is acceptable and it can be better . - I liked the suit. It’s looks like an apartment , it involves kitchen, washing machines, and dinning. I didn’t like that the hotel location was a little bit far from the haram, the transportation service was poor. I paid for the transportation fully but I didn’t get the service from makkah to Jeddah due to lack of communication. My trip was fast and short , the hotel couldn’t arrange a transportation to take a tour out of Makkah.

- Abdurrahman (1/5): - - مبنى قديم وكئيب - إضاءة الغرف سيئة ولا يمكنك التحكم بها وبعضها لا يعمل! - مروحة الشفط لدورة المياه لا تعمل - تأتيك رائحة دخان كل فترة من دورة المياه - بوابة الفندق سيئة جدا، حتى فندق ذو نجمة واحدة قد يكون أفضل منه! - لا يوجد مواقف سيارات نهائيا!
- Bnkamees (9/5): إقامة فاخرة وتجربة لا تُنسى في فندق شيراتون جبل الكعبة - النظافة تلامس الكمال، والعطر المميز يملأ المكان بروح من البخور والانتعاش. طاقم الاستقبال عنوان للرقي والاحترام، والخدمة تعكس احترافية عالية. أما الجناح فكان واسعًا ومتكاملًا بكل التفاصيل، من الصالات والغرف إلى المطبخ وغرفة الطعام. تجربة تستحق الشكر والتقدير، وسأكررها بكل سرور عدم وجود باص للحرم ولو مؤقت لان جسر المشاه تحت الصيانة

- • (5/5): - ولاشي اولا الفندق مو مره نظيف حتى المخدات فيها بقع ماكانت نظيفه والفرش باين مو نظيف ولما حجزنا على اساس بالصور الشبابيك كبيرة وشرحه لكن انصدمنا بحجمها صغير مره وبرضوا المفروض يوفرون قولف يودي ويجيب للي بالفندق مره تعب مو طبيعي تباون الناس تمشي مساحه كبيره كذا ونتصل نسأل اذا فيه تاكسي او شي يقولون مافي المفروض يوفرون هالاشياء يعني سعر زايد على الفاضي

- ABDULSALAM (3/5): - اعجبني في طابق 12 اللاونج سوء أدب ورفع الصوت من الموظفين والموظفات لإخراج الأطفال من النادي قبل إنتهاء وقت النادي بحجة أنها تحتاج إلى بريك للطعام وكذلك طلبهم الخروج ع الساعه 12 ظهرا مع وجود اظافة خروج متأخر

- Popy (1/5): لا انصح به مكان لايليق باسم فنادق شيرتون - بعيد عن الحرم وعلى مكان مرتفع لا يخدم كبار السن الفوط غير نظيفة دفعت سعر وجبة الافطار وهي وشمولة بالعرض

- Alaa (8/5): - جناح تنفيذي حجمه ممتاز جداً الفندق نظيف والاستقبال متعاونين وفيه مساج 👌 فيه جسر يربط بين الفندق والحرم لكن حالياً مغلق بسبب صيانه الحرم ياليت فيه جولف كار لساحة الحرم لان الجو مره حار

Nada Alghamdi (duty manager), the experience was not professional and isn't the expectation especially at such holy place. * I also suggest to have golf cars for transportation to the holy mosque. * toilet size, is small.
- Osama alfahad (8/5): الطريق للحرم غير مهيء - مريح نفسبا نوعا ما ليس بعيد عن الحرم لكن الطريق فيه خطورة وخطر للعربات وللاطفال و مسار ااسيارات بين الناس كما ان المطعم لايستوعب العدد.. وتضايقت انني صعدت للمطعم واخبرتهم انني سأدفع لان الفطور غير مشمول بالسعر.. فرحبوا ودفعت لثلاث اشخاص.. لكني لم أجد طاولة جاهزة للجلوس... والاكل بارد و قليل .. ليه مااخبروني قبل الدفع حتى ارجع لغرفتي.. مع العلم انني وجدت طاولة بعد وقوف بعض الوقت كما ان بعض الاكل تمت تعبئته اثناء خروجي.. لكن لم استطع العودة لطا لتي وغرف اكل جديد ) استحيت(

- Abdulrahman (8/5): - تعامل الموظفين وسرعة استجابتهم، وبالأخص الاخ سعود في الاستقبال. موقع الفندق قريب للحرم، لكن هناك منحدر حاد ومتعب عند النزول والصعود، كما تحتاج لعبور الشارع لتصل لساحة الحرم، لذا غير مناسب لكبار السن أو من لديهم احتياجات خاصة. جسر المشاة من الفندق لطرف ساحة الحرم مغلق، ولو تم فتحه ستحل المشكلة ويصبح الموقع مثالي.

- Assil (10/5): Super hôtel, je recommande - L’établissement était propre et tes jolie, personnel réactif, mention spécial à Wael qui nous a bien aidé. L’hôtel est proche de l’extension. Le petit déjeuner était bien rempli Avec une vu partiel sur l’extension Plusieurs ascenseurs
