The room and hotel were beautiful, and the kindness and generosity from the staff was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed the selection and quality of the restaurants for dinner. Every member of staff ensured we had a great stay and gave us good recommendations for our outings in Tunis, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said. We would definitely recommend and would love to explore more Four Seasons hotels around the world after our first stay at this one in Tunis. The only thing we noticed was that, at times, the table service at breakfast could be a bit slow i.e they would forget coffee orders or take a long time but this certainly didn’t affect our stay and the staff would always apologise for the wait! Just something that perhaps could be improved a bit :)

Le restaurant le CREEK tout était parfait y compris la qualité des produits et la gastronomie. Bravo... La piscine couverte est magnifique, j'adore... Je souhaite partager mon ressenti de manière constructive, car j’ai été déçue par plusieurs points durant mon séjour. Lors du petit-déjeuner, il arrivait régulièrement que les tables ne soient pas nettoyées avant l’arrivée des clients, ou qu’il manque des serviettes et des couverts. Cela donne malheureusement l’impression d’un personnel peu formé, ce qui est surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Nous avons également remarqué la présence de nombreux managers, surtout lorsqu’un client formule une réclamation. En revanche, le reste du temps, l’organisation semble manquer de supervision et de coordination. Le rôle du management paraît davantage centré sur la gestion immédiate des plaintes que sur l’accompagnement des équipes au quotidien. Voyageant beaucoup, il est naturel pour nous de comparer les expériences. Et malheureusement, depuis plusieurs années, nous ressentons une baisse de la qualité de service en Tunisie. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que ce pays possède des atouts extraordinaires : de magnifiques plages, des hôtels splendides et une richesse humaine et culturelle unique. Cependant, certains hôtels sont aujourd’hui laissés à l’abandon et de nombreuses plages souffrent d’un manque d’entretien, avec la présence de déchets plastiques, paquets de cigarettes et autres détritus. Cela donne le sentiment que la propreté et la préservation des lieux ne sont plus une priorité, alors qu’elles sont essentielles pour les visiteurs comme pour les habitants. J’écris tout cela non pas pour critiquer gratuitement, mais parce que j’ai encore de l’espoir. La Tunisie est un pays magnifique qui mérite de retrouver l’excellence et le professionnalisme qui faisaient autrefois sa réputation. J’espère sincèrement qu’une prise de conscience collective permettra d’améliorer les choses pour les générations futures. Il y a bien sûr des sujets plus graves dans la vie, mais lorsqu’on ne dit plus rien, les situations finissent souvent par se dégrader davantage.

Mention spécial à Inès el abed pour toutes l’organisation parfaite.👏👏👏 Le repas et les boissons gérer d’une main de maître par Ahmed Ben haj amor et ilyes jouini. Un grand merci à Nesrine abbes pour son accueil chaleureux et être au petit soin pour nous. Tous simplent un grand merci à toutes les équipes mais la sécurité les voituriers. Houssem (5/5): Manque de la synchronisation entre les différents services - La prise en charge de la réclamation a été satisfaisante, et la cuisine est excellente. L’accueil a été tout simplement inadmissible, en particulier à la réception. Le responsable s’est distingué par une attitude désinvolte, froide et profondément non professionnelle. Son comportement a été non seulement inapproprié, mais également irrespectueux, ne montrant aucun sens du service ni de considération envers des clients pourtant attendus. Nous avons été laissés à attendre 25 minutes devant la porte de l’hôtel, malgré une réservation confirmée et le fait que votre établissement était informé qu’il s’agissait du jour de notre mariage. Une telle négligence est inacceptable. À notre arrivée à la réception, l’accès à la chambre nous a été refusé de manière arbitraire et sans aucune explication claire, sous prétexte d’un paiement non effectué à l’avance — une condition qui ne nous a jamais été communiquée. Le réceptionniste, à l’image de son responsable, s’est montré incapable de gérer la situation avec professionnalisme, sans apporter la moindre solution ni faire preuve d’empathie. Ce manque total de sens du service et cette attitude hautaine sont indignes d’un établissement hôtelier. Je tiens néanmoins à remercier chaleureusement Ameni, dont l’intervention le lendemain a permis d’apaiser la situation. Son professionnalisme, son écoute et sa qualité d’accueil contrastent fortement avec l’expérience vécue la veille.

Rim (8/5): Globalement, bon service (le personnel est top de l'accueil, bagagiste, service dans la chambre.. - Chambre magnifique, très propre et spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Très belles attentions pour la Saint-Valentin (gâteau, fruits, décoration), très appréciées. Piscine excellente et service en chambre rapide avec des plats arrivés bien chauds. Peu d’options pour dîner le soir de la Saint-Valentin dans l’hôtel. Un seul restaurant ouvert avec un menu unique imposé. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de choix ou une carte alternative ce soir-là.

Got a nice free room upgrade. Kids club fully operating even if my kid was the only there - staff was there for him; tried two restaurants, both delicious. The gym was good as standard for the brand. Lovely staff and beautifully furnished as always. Definitely a very nice stay!

minnesotans4 (10/5): Beautiful hotel on the Mediterranean - The Four Seasons Hotel location was ideal for the 20 minute drive from the airport, Sidi Bou Said and the Carthage ruins. The hotel was an oasis of quiet from the busy area of Tunis. Security guards check all vehicles entering and bags and purses were put through security as well. The three of us had never visited Tunisia so I contacted the concierge at the hotel for assistance. I was very fortunate to be in contact with Khouloud ben Chaabane who was excellent in arranging airport pickup and also with 3 days of a private driver named Mehdi. Khouloud and I texted many times planning our itinerary for each day. Our Mercedes car was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We were upgraded from a garden view room to an ocean view with a balcony. The view was exceptional. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had its own temperature control, huge tub, separate shower, and 2 sinks. Two of our breakfast buffets were complimentary. Zeineb and Ghofrane who were the breakfast hostesses were so personable. The cook who prepared the omelets was so friendly each day. The buffet was fantastic with hot and cold food to choose from. We ate at the restaurant that featured Italian food and felt the food was average. Service was a bit slow. Would not recommend the lobby bar for dining. We placed our dinner order with the female server and after our rather mediocre meal, we waited one hour for our bill. Our plates had been taken away so it was clear we were done. The manager came by and asked how we were doing and we said we had been waiting a long time for the bill. He left and we still waited. Finally, we waved him over and asked if we could please have our bill. No apology but we did receive the bill. Overall, the Four Seasons stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

firasl2026 (4/5): Luxury Name, Underwhelming Experience - We attended the New Year’s brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Tunis as a family and were genuinely underwhelmed. The selection of food was very limited and lacked any sense of occasion. It felt like an ordinary lunch service of a 3 stars hotel rather than a special New Year’s event at a luxury hotel, which made the premium pricing hard to justify. Unfortunately, the service did not compensate for this. Basic details were overlooked: the wine was not properly chilled, and we had to ask the waiter twice before a simple strawberry juice was finally brought for our children. The children’s area was poorly organized, reduced to an improvised 20 m² space in front of the elevators with pottery as the only activity, showing minimal effort to engage kids. At the same time, smoke from the grill station spread across the dining area and affected the tables, further degrading the overall experience.
bensaidk (4/5): Poor new year’s bunch experience - Extremely disappointing New Year’s brunch. The food variety was shockingly poor and felt no better than a hotel lunch on a regular weekday. There was nothing festive or premium to justify the inflated New Year’s pricing. The kids’ corner lacked activity and creativity and was clearly an afterthought. Overall, this experience does not meet the standard expected of a Four Seasons hotel and felt more like a cash-grab than a luxury celebration. Absolutely not worth the money and not something I would repeat.

P5644FLmatthewb (10/5): Extremely relaxing, comfortable hotel with well maintained amenities and personalized service. - Staff is friendly and accommodating, making every adjustment to your room experiences to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. My family and I stayed in one of their suites with a large outside terrace. The room was super clean and spacious, particularly the bathroom area, which had a toilet separate from the dual sink, shower and bathtub area. We also had a large living room that can easily accommodate a rollout cot bed. There was also a full separate bath and shower off of the living room area. Breakfast had many options, ranging from local foods to more standard fare such as eggs made to order, French toast, waffles, bacon, etc. There are also fresh juices and fruits. We had a small issue with the showerhead being stuck, and a slightly dirty floor mat for the bed, which were immediately changed out. Wait staff at bar and restaurants are super friendly and want do everything to make sure your experience is the best it can be. The spa area was perhaps most enjoyable. Space is very clean, quite large and comfortable. I visited the Jacuzzi three times in three days And each time I was the only one using it. The larger pool area is very relaxing and spacious. There were a few other families also enjoying the pool, but there is plenty of space for privacy for all. We will definitely return, and highly recommend.

Ghannam (6/5): Disappointing stay - We have been to the four seasons Tunisia before in 2023 and we had a great experience as a family . this time it was bad experience for my parents .. the only improvement is the breakfast They did not treat my parents nicely.. the room was not a good view as we booked .. the amenities in the room were less .. the staff were not nice .. even when my mom called hairdresser to book an appointment she told her ok then when she knew it is only blow dry she told her the booking is full .. We are really disappointed.. we booked the stay for my parents to relax but it was no good experience.. even communication through booking is not good .. This is four seasons we have been there in many countries not sure why it doesn’t meet the same standards here

Everything worked well during our stay, from the room that was spotless with very comfy bed and very nice bathroom, to the very friendly and helpful staff, to the restaurants we used for lunch and breakfast. It didn’t look like an original four seasons. The pillows were terrible. The beach was not nice and there was no access from the pool…you had to walk down a path. The food was so bland. The service in the Italian restaurant was so so slow. All of it…felt very post war.

Hairdresser only does blow drys. Spa allowed us (my 13 yo daughter and me - she was standing next to me when we booked) to book Hammam but then when we came said no children allowed. This ruined our day as we did deliberately not plan anything else.

658maticb (4/5): Four Seasons should be ashamed — this hotel is a disaster and a total waste of money - Shockingly bad experience at an official Four Seasons hotel. As usual, I’ll start with the arrival. The pickup procedure was fine. Because the customs line was long, the driver had to wait for us longer than expected, and the extra waiting charge was understandable. When we arrived, we were greeted as expected and received decent help when we opted for an upgrade to connecting rooms. Still, the price was outrageously high — about €1,400 per night for two connecting rooms — which is absurd compared to Tunisian standards. Naturally, with such a price tag, we expected true Four Seasons quality. Unfortunately, what we got was one of the worst price-to-performance ratios imaginable. This hotel is “high-end” only in price — everything else falls apart. The property is relatively new, yet it already shows serious signs of neglect. The corridors leading to the rooms are damp and smell bad. You can see mold around the AC units, and dirty windows everywhere — especially in the spa area, where handprints look like they’ve been there for years. A lot of equipment simply doesn’t work. Doors get stuck and are visibly damaged. Somehow, they managed to make a fairly new hotel look 30 years old with minimal maintenance. The same neglect applies to almost every area. The pool area has missing and broken tiles, dirty glass, and poorly maintained surroundings. The spa is an embarrassment — a disgusting sauna with missing wooden panels, a broken hot tub, and more missing tiles. The gym has a heavily damaged wooden floor. Our room looked decent at first glance and wasn’t badly damaged, except for a few details like the shower. The equipement like AC worked fine, but what was completely unacceptable was the orange-colored water coming from the faucet and the strong smell of fertilizer. For a “luxury” resort at this price, that’s inexcusable. The breakfast was good, and the service there was decent. Unfortunately, the food elsewhere was nowhere near worth the money. We ate in all the restaurants, and the only one worth mentioning was the pool bar, thanks to the excellent lobster. The biggest problem by far was the staff’s attitude — ignorant, disrespectful, and clearly unmanaged. It felt like the hotel had no general manager. Service in the bars and restaurants was painfully slow — you had to ask ten times just to get served. Eventually, I started walking up to them myself because waiting was pointless. Staff often rolled their eyes or sighed when asked for something. Requests made at reception were ignored 80% of the time, with zero follow-up. When you asked again, there was always an excuse. The worst incident happened on our departure day. Despite confirming our transfer three days in advance and three times per day, nobody showed up to pick us up — we literally missed our flight due to the incompetence of the guest service team. There were also bizarre encounters, like a kids club staff member locking the door in front of my wife and refusing to let her through, claiming those doors weren’t for use. Reception later confirmed those were actually the main connecting doors. When confronted, the staff member started rambling nonsense about the doors being “broken but now not broken.” Completely unprofessional. Given the state of the country — with trash and rubbish everywhere — we eventually stopped being shocked by the litter around the hotel grounds. Still, cigarette butts in the grass, plastic bottles along the paths, and a beach that looks like a small garbage dump are absolutely unacceptable for a Four Seasons property. Any competent manager would ensure such trash never stays on-site. The only people who deserve praise are the housekeeping staff — they cleaned the rooms perfectly every day. Everything else was a complete disaster.

Excursion56465377899 (10/5): Wonderful Vacation - Wow. Another amazing vacation at a Four Season property. We had a great suite which was clean and spacious with a huge closet. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen- a lot to choice from. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. My favorite was the spa area with a huge in door pool. The hotel is about a 30 min drive to the airport and about 40 mins to downtown. My only complain is that one day our only option to eat was on the 6th floor because they had private events going on. They should have not closed down the other two restaurants leaving guests with only one option. Other than that it was almost perfect. Oh and I also went to the beach one day and the staff didn’t bother set up my lounge chair but they did for other guests. Bring your mosquito spray!

The rooms themselves are awesome, lots of space, deluxe bathroom & shower. The gym, spa, pool, restaurant by the pool, and the beach that surrounds the property are great. The gentlemen in security are great guys. I remember them from last year, and they received me with a warm welcome. The restaurant that serves breakfast is absolutely amazing and has everything you can try in Tunisia. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Miriam and Zayneb. Miriam was always there with a friendly smile, remembered how i liked my coffee and offered some great food suggestions, alongside some historical sitees to visit. Zayneb who used to work at the Movenpick was now working there, it was great to see her again, and her hospitality is next level. We were able to have some conversations in Spanish as she is studying to perfect her Spanish. She did not disappoint with the recommendations. One of the gentleman that worked there, I can't remember his name but he had glasses, gave amazing recommendations on how to grab individual ingredients and make some Tunisian authentic dishes! On behalf of the US Embassy, I thank everyone for their amazing hospitality!

Ma-aveyah (9/5): Amazing! - The property is beautiful. The rooms large with lots of space. I booked a king size room with a sea view balcony, it was exquisite. All the facilities are amazing, including the spa which I went to has a great jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor facilities, the pool and the service at the pool is great too. The private beach is also serviced and really nice. There are a few restaurants all good with good food and great service. The guys at the pool and the pool restaurant were especially hospitable and Yassine in particular always struck up a conversation as i had all my meals by myself. The ladies and gents at reception are amazing too! All in all a great stay! Would love to go back! Nothing it’s lovely! It’s not really close to anything but you can get a driver, taxi or transfer pretty much anywhere.

X2936ZTsophied (8/5): Very good but could be great … - Just returned from a delightful weekend at the Four Seasons Tunis. Let’s start with the positives: the property itself is breathtaking, stunning decor and architecture throughout all of which is spotlessly clean and very well Maintained. I really cannot flaw then attention to detail - even the lift was gorgeous! The facilities are equally fabulous : the pool is generous in size, well appointed and a perfect temperature and the spa is fabulous with a hamman, sauna and jacuzzi as well as lovely changing rooms. The rooms are also very nice, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and luxurious bathroom with double sinks, waterfall shower and huge bathtub! Now let’s get on to some not so positive: 1) the service - it wasn’t the service was bad, it was just a little inconsistent. Some staff were wonderful and helpful , others, not so much. In particular breakfast was a huge let down, we waited ages to be seated just standing there haplessly, when finally we were attended to the lady was super snappy and rude. The we had to wait again for anyone to bring us water or coffee. There were a couple of other instances : when we were checked in no one walked us to our room, when we called for ice on room service no one brought it, when I requested more milk from reception- I was brusquely told I should have called housekeeping… just few things that fell short of what one might expect from such a prestigious brand. 2) the food- again food wasn’t awful, just a bit mediocre for the price- overcooked chewy steak, watered down cocktails… passable but again perhaps not the expected four seasons standard. Overall we had a fabulous time and we would return - we just feel a little more refinement would help justify the price bracket a bit better :)

The corridors were dirty i haven’t seen anyone vacuum; the sink drain wasn’t functioning well, the bed was not comfortable. I didnt see the fourseason standards in the room furnishings. Staff were slow at restaurants.

The property is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern luxury and local charm. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special.
