• Saheli (6/5): A great location, but a little rundown. - The location was fantastic. Very close to St Thomas beach, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants around. It was very easy to get around by scooter. The staff were also very friendly and polite. The pools are beautiful and cleaned daily. They kindly provided drinking water, and cleaned the rooms daily. The verandah area was quite nice too. The room was a bit noisy (not sure if it was noise from other guests late at night) and let in quite a lot of light. Beyond that, it was comfortable and well-equipped, and I had no complaints about the bedroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom and the towels had a bad smell, maybe because of the humidity.

• Lloyd (10/5): - I've stayed a D'Padang 3 times. The location is great, the rooms are small but are lovely and feel very homely, and the staff are extremely friendly. There are two beautiful pools and the daily breakfast is very nice. I highly recommend staying at D'Padang if your in Uluwaut.

Забронировали 2 комнаты «Делюкс», по факту приезда оказались комнаты супер эконом, не соответствует описанию(свет в комнатах тусклый, плитка в ванной комнате разрушена, нет чайника и холодильника, белье грязное, стены ужасно грязные. Очень старые номера. Попросили пересилить в улучшенные номера, пришлось доплачивать не мало. Переселившие номера были хорошие. Слышимость в номерах, очень сильная. И идет стройка рядом.

The location was great also with restaurants (Lola’s Mexican )cafes (Kynd cafe) supermarket and markets all in walking distance. 15 min walk to surf. We stayed during Nypei day and we were looked after very well with food and drinks. Only fault we found was our electricity tripped on our second day with strong burning electrical smell. Our two daughters in one room us in another had moved to another room. The pool filter must of tripped also as smoke was coming from the motor. Staff very accommodating to Make sure problems were fixed. But can be very scary as maintenance in bali is sketchy. Pool was out of action for 3 days however there was another pool on site to use.

Great location with lots of restaurants walking distance, including a gourmet grocery shop 100m away. Breakfast is simple but tasty. There are 2 great pools. My family had a great time there and would definitely be back. While the bed is comfortable, the pillows are way too high for my liking. There’s a lot of mosquitoes, but nothing you cannot handle with lots of repellent lotion and a plug we bought across the street. The bars nearby can get quite loud on the weekend evenings, but it’s usually over by 12-1 am. We didn’t know the property doesn’t take credit card, so we had to find an ATM last minute.

The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and the hotel has three beautiful, private swimming pools where you can relax anytime. The courtyard is full of trees, and there are often beautiful fallen flowers on the ground – it's absolutely lovely. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and Thomas Beach is just a ten-minute walk away. The owner is a very friendly, thoughtful, and hardworking person who is always ready to provide you with the information you need. His colleagues greet you with smiles every day and are always ready to assist you.

• Stephane (8/5): - un personnel vraiment adorable, un emplacement idéal et un beau cadre avec 3 belles piscines et un jardin très bien entretenu. l’hôtel se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de plusieurs plages d’uluwatu, réputées pour leurs superbes vagues – un vrai paradis pour les amateurs de surf ! un petit-déjeuner plus varié et quelques équipements supplémentaires en chambre (frigo, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux) rendraient l’expérience absolument parfaite.

There are no sidewalks immediately around the Villas . You are constantly stepping onto a very busy roadway . We Gojeked everywhere .Lots of construction in the area . Hopefully the build sidewalks too.

• Mike (8/5): Ich kann es empfehlen. Viel Erholung - Unsere kleine Hütte war wunderschön und toll eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war großzügig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und es gab auch ein Moskitonetz. Am Abend konnte man schön auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die beiden Pools sind auch schön zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstück wurde vom sehr netten Personal frisch hergerichtet. Man konnte beim Personal Scooter leihen und es wurde sich auch um Fahrer gekümmert. Sehr sehr hilfsbereit! Ach ja: einen Platz zum Tausch (Abgabe/Mitnehmen) von Büchern gibt es! Der Strand ist fußläufig. Ebenso einige Restaurants/Warungs. Leider wurde unser zweites Zimmer doppelt gebucht, sodass wir zwei der vier Nächte zu viert in einem Raum waren. Er war groß, aber das war dann schon recht eng (aber man ist ja eh viel draußen). Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch nicht so viel (wir reisen mit Teenagern). Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht das Zimmerproblem zu lösen und die Kinder konnten dann in ein “normales Zimmer” umziehen. Das war aber auch nicht so schön wie unsere Hütte.

• Valerie (6/5): Great location to explore Uluwatu for a few days - Location location location! It’s worth staying here for this alone. We were able to walk to Thomas Beach (beware of glass in the sand) & Padang Padang Beach. So many fabulous restaurants in the area that you can walk to also. Swimming pool at the back Size of the bedroom TV (able to connect fire stick) Shower was always hot. Reception was helpful and staff were very friendly. We didn’t hear any neighbours at night. There’s construction happening in the area so it can be noisy with saws & drills early in the morning but this is not the hotel’s fault. It seems the entire area of Uluwatu has construction so this seems unavoidable for a lot of places. We thought it was good value for money. The bathroom needs upgrading, especially around the skin. Ants were crawling in from the window. Mould on the curtains.

• Carolina (8/5): - La struttura è molto vicina al tempio di’ uluwatu, alla spiaggia Padang Padang e Thomas beach (pochi min in motorino). Le piscina è molto carina sebbene non mi sembri pulita con attenzione. C’erano tantissime formiche e insettini! Probabilmente le lenzuola erano un po’ vecchie e macchiate, non ci sono piaciute particolarmente. Odio la tendina nella doccia, ci vorrebbe maggior illuminazione in bagno. La colazione scadente e povera, è possibile avere solo orange juice e se prendo i banana pancake non posso prendere nient’altro (neanche i toast con la marmellata!). Questi aspetti sono sicuramente da migliorare per un soggiorno di qualità

Colazione pessima con attesa molto lunga. Stanza pulita in modo superficiale. Bagno buio, con formiche e sporco. Asciugamani lavati male. Piscine inutilizzabili, mai pulite.

• Anastasija (9/5): Im Großen und Ganzen schöner Aufenthalt - Wir hatten das Zimmer in der mittleren Preisklasse und es war wirklich sehr schön. Es war sehr neu und modern. Das Bad war super schön und neu, ebenfalls die Möbel im Zimmer. Die Mitarbeit waren immer sehr freundlich und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Thomas Beach kann man sogar gut zu Fuß gehen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider haben die Handtücher nicht mehr so zum neuen Style des Badezimmers gepasst. Diese waren nämlich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das konnte man ihnen leider auch ansehen. Ein Haken im Badezimmer für die nassen Handtücher wäre auch super gewesen

• Mitchell (5/5): Human beings need hot water to shower.....important. - Breakfast was simple but fine. Location was ok. But you have some restaurants close but any shopping or different eateries you need to catch transport. There are no footpaths at all in the area. There was zero hot water in the room. We left a day early as we just wanted a shower. There are high steps with no hand rails anywhere in the hotel. Not even the 2 pools have a hand rail for getting in and out. Fine for young fit people but not for middle aged or older......NEVER! The staff were lovely but very hard to communicate with as very limited English. Will never go back.

• Izzy (9/5): The staff at D”Padang were very accommodating and now staying here twice, it is the perfect little room for a great loca - The millennium rooms are perfectly comfortable. I was solo travelling for a bit there and felt it was a great location and easy to get around. It is also relatively quiet there from street noise even with being so close to the main road. My room was super comfortable and had modern furnishes. There wasn’t anything bad about the property, it was clean and felt safe.

• Wei Qi (6/5): - We booked 5 rooms at D Padang for our guests (we had a wedding nearby in Uluwatu), and chose this hotel/homestay for it's proximity to our wedding venue and proximity to shops. Unfortunately, 2 of our friends found that their room wasnt made when they arrived, and shared concerns about hygiene - and ended up finding an alternative accomodation. 5 other friends who stayed at D'Padang (3 rooms) did not have complaints about their stay.

• Marike (8/5): - Ruime kamer met airco en een goede douche, zwembad aanwezig. De accommodatie ligt nabij restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Op loopafstand van Thomas beach. De badkamer is gedateerd. Douchestang hing aan een touwtje een rek viel bijna van de muur.

Lenzuola con macchie , copriletti con macchie di muffa
• Davide (8/5): Piacevole esperienza - La struttura è molto carina,con piscine e verde. La colazione discreta: tutto cotto sul momento (per lo più uova, in tutti i modi). Staff cordiale. Avevano dimenticato di comunicarci che il driver (prenotato settimane addietro)per un inconveniente, non si sarebbe presentato in aeroporto. Attraverso il canale di messaggistica di Booking abbiamo segnalato che stavamo aspettando invano in aeroporto, pertanto ci hanno invitato a prendere un taxi. Ad ogni modo, per scusarsi dell’inconveniente, si sono fatti carico loro della spesa sostenuta per il taxi. L’unico neo riscontrato, sono stati gli asciugamani, non propriamente bianchi ma con l’usura del tempo ingialliti. Il lenzuolo di sotto, quello con gli angoli, presentava da un lato una macchia gialla. Non lo abbiamo segnalato, dato che ho deciso di non infilarmi tra le lenzuola.

• Grace (10/5): - This was an amazing stay in uluwatu. The room was gorgeous and had an amazing shared pool area. We didn’t get toilet paper or our room cleaned for two days in a row. However, the staff was accommodating.
